Ordering process is confusing, and it does not let you check your order (AND find out that shipping is AS MUCH AS THE PRODUCT before charging your credit card). I tried to order 2 pillows and ended up with four. There are lots of complaints about this on the web.
Then, it's hard to find their phone number, and when I finally did, their "system" isn't updated, and I had to repeatedly call back.
Finally, a couple of days later, I found my order, and when I clicked the little button to cancel, that function isn't working. And guess what... the office is unexpectedly closed. Nice.
Stay away from this site. I'm now on day four of trying to get this resolved.
