I've ordered from sigma on multiple occasions through the last few years, never experienced any problems. Their brushes and make up are truly top of the line and worth every penny. As far as shipping I have always received my orders in a timely fashion never any issues ever. I absolutely love sigma.
I have never had so may issues with my makeup brushes as I have with these. They are overpriced for the quality. They shed, fall apart, chip, break, I have brushes from all different brands and I would rather just head over to target and buy some cheapo brand that has better quality. And before this trash company responds with a canned response about their "warranty policy" it is also trash, the CS team either doesn't respond, doesn't help, makes you jump thru a million hoops to prove that yes, the brush is broken. I want the brush made right the first time, especially considering how much they charge. Won't buy again, I'd rather use cotton buds.
This has literally been the worst experience of my life ever! I spent close to $300 on brushes and received a box with halp of my order missing. I emailed sigma beauty and someone named "Jazmine" lol emailed me back being extremely snobby telling me there's nothing she can do she can't send out a replacement order or refund the missing items and that if i want to I can make a dispute with my bank. I was shocked to say the least so then I call in and ask to speak to a manager/supervisor and then I get the absolute most unprofessional woman on the phone. She basically tells me the same thing to file a claim with my bank. So I call my bank and they say it can take up to 30 days so then I call back to sigma speak to the same supervisor who sounds like she just got hired yesterday I mean honestly she was super unprofessional and was making very contradicting statements. Then finally she agreed she wouldn't refund me but she would re send the brushes. Well a few days go by now jazmine is emailing me again telling me one of the brushes is out of stock and to pick another one of same value. Whatever it was a major run around and hassle the ending of the story is that both jazmine and the supervisor are very unhelpful, rude, snobby and disrespectful unprofessional ppl I don't see how they work for a company as big as sigma beauty. If you have any issues at all they absolutely will not fix it. And btw there known for leaving things out of ppls orders so it's a pretty common complaint. Stay away trust me it will save you a headache!

I have been a loyal international sigma customer for many years, purchased many things from them and I wait months every year for their world wide free shipping events, as this is the only way I can avoid the exorbitant international shipping fee. In a all the years I have purchased from them NEVER before have I been charged past what I paid from my purchase on the site. So imagine my shock and anger after receiving a call telling me that not only will I have to pay again, the amount is more than DOUBLE what I would have paid for expediated shipping. When I contacted their customer services, they gave me a rote run around that this was their policy and that it was a duty fee, etc, etc. If this is the case, why was this the FIRST time this has happened in the FOUR years I have been a customer. Had I known from the first purchase years ago that this is what would happen, I would never again have purchased from them.
What was the point of me waiting for their free ww shipping event? The whole reason I would anxiously wait is so I can enjoy some savings on products I love. What would be the point of me waiting for ANY of their sales event, EVER? To say I am upset is an understatement. I have always loved Sigma products, and can't count the number of times I have recommended them to my friends, but this is it for me. I will not be purchasing anymore Sigma products, if whatever deal /sale I want to enjoy will not only be negated by shipping, but actually cost me more in the end. I also will stop recommending their products.
First of all company doesn't have a phone number. Placed an order (on a Friday) but didn't receive confirmation despite the funds been taken out of my account. Emailed and had to way 3 business days for a response which I thought they would have fixed after advising me of a glitch in the system. Asked them for tracking ID. Had to wait another 3 business days for response then they respond with we refunded the money today all our brushes are out of stock. Because of the usd to aud conversion rate for that day I ended up loosing $40 when they simply should of emailed me and asked if I wanted a refund or a store credit to get other brushes or to wait until they are in stock again. I then places the exact same order again after creating another account and surprise surprise all in stock still. Re contacted them and asked for priority shipping on my new order (I figured that I pretty much paid for it anyway with the $40 they stuffed me around with). I get a response in three business days that's sarcastic which links me to a conversion rate website as if I'm somehow uneducated about the difference in currency - even though it was their fault to begin with to rerund me without communication. I have asked for a phone number several times to sort this out as I can't keep waiting 3 business days inbetween responses. Each time I've asked they have replied to the rest of the email and not that part. Sent an email two weeks ago just asking for a phone number and no response! Website is a scam, customer service is a joke, prices are too high and seriously not worth the drama! Next time I'll be purchasing my sigma brushes through the Sephora website rather then directly through them

After a lengthy wait, my package finally arrived, but to my dismay, it was missing two out of the seven items I had ordered. Hoping for a quick resolution, I contacted their customer service via email, only to be met with condescension and disbelief. The audacity of their response claiming that their shipping department had thoroughly checked and scanned each item before shipping out, as if I were dishonestly claiming missing items, was both infuriating and insulting.
Although they promised a full refund for the missing items, it does little to alleviate the immense inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by this experience. Adding insult to injury, I discovered that I was charged an exorbitant $6.27 USD for a travel cup, but their refund amounted to a mere $3.75 USD. This blatant discrepancy highlights their lack of transparency and disregard for fair pricing practices.
It is clear that Sigma Beauty fails to appreciate the importance of customer satisfaction and respect. Their customer service department's dismissive attitude, inadequate resolutions, and unprofessional conduct have left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I urge consumers worldwide to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Sigma Beauty.
I, for one, have vowed never to make another purchase from Sigma Beauty and will make it a point to share my dreadful experience with friends, family, and anyone willing to listen.
