A dear friend of my wife is retiring after 35 years of teaching. My wife is arranging an outdoor ceremony and wanted a banner made. Never having done this online, I google and came upon Signs.com. While they have templates that could be used or tools for designing your own, I created what my wife wanted external to Signs.com as a PDF. I uploaded it to Signs.com, selected the size (8' x 3'), options and placed the order. It arrived about a week later. I have to say, the specific colors I had selected were vibrantly replicated as was the entire complex image I uploaded. The entire banner is of excellent quality with grommets interspaced throughout all sides with a perfect hem around the border. Selecting Signs.com to produce this banner was one of the best decisions I've ever made, especially since my wife is so pleased with the outcome.

I ordered a small sign to display at parks and other locations to announce what I am doing. Signs.com sent me just what I needed, and even with postage, it was cheaper than I could find locally. Great job!

Pricing is very competitive and the production time is lightning fast. They offer a great product for a great price and we intend to continue doing business with them for a long time...

Went above and beyond making sure it was just right. Great communication, great to work with! Loved that they sent mock up fir me to see first. I wasn't sure how to fit sign in space I had but she took the time to figure all that out for me.

The sign design is great. It arrived damaged and customer service replied almost immediately and assured me they would reprint the sign and send it out directly. I highly recommend Signs.com for quality and customer service!

I ordered signs from this company for a trade show. The signs were delivered on time, but not the hardware required to mount the signs to the floor plate. I've called the company several times. They have refused to help me and refused to send the hardware required to stand the signs up. As a result we went to a trade show with no signs. It's been weeks later and several phone calls and they still refuse to correct their mistakes. Avoid this company. Their pricing isn't better than any other sign company and their customer service is horrible.

Over the past couple weeks, I have been on the live chat with multiple different representatives.I submitted a design that got flagged for not meeting requirements and when I went back to my design, I found none of the issues that they raised. The lettering must be a minimum of 1/2" tall whereas mine are 3/4" tall. The line strokes must be a minimum of.0375" thick whereas mine are over twice as thick as their minimum requirement. When communicating this issue to a representative for over an hour, they abruptly closed the chat window without any kind of suggestion or resolution to the "issues" that they raised. The representatives' name was Ivan Khile and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from him.

I appreciated the fast processing. I would have given a 5 start logo but there seems to be some deficiencies on reviewing the final product for quality. There was a very noticeable white mark due to a scratch in one of the logos. It is clear that the logo was printed on top of that scratch pre-existing in the background material (see Stagewood Entertainment Foundation Logo - Left on the middle line). Either it was dismissed assuming we wouldnt notice, or the final product was not reviewed at all for quality control.

I've used several other companies online before and found this one from a search. After comparing prices and delivery details I decided to give them a try. The service was superior and the quality was excellent. So much so, that I ordered another sign from them.

It advertise as next day printing but took two days to print and two days to ship even after we pay for overnight shipping. They should change their turnaround time if they can't do next day production.

Excellent service in making a 2' x 4' metal sign with company logo and additional text for a client. I sent a copy of the logo to designer Felipe who responded immediately to my several color revision requests. Final product shipped very quickly (even during Covid-19 pandemic) and was very well packaged. I was very pleased with final sign and my client loves it! Thank you.

I ordered a banner for my glass art business to use at shows. I needed it in time for a show I had coming up, and my banner came extremely quick! The banner is clean and crisp. The colors are true to my original design. I'm super happy with my banner and will definitely be coming back to signs.com to give them my business.

Overall I'm quite pleased with the quality of the vinyl. The shipping was super quick and the packaging was top notch. I only have one small issue with a letter that's missing from one of the signs (I ordered 4) but I have no doubt that this will be taken care of.

I will definitely use signs.com again. My first purchase/experience was great. I was able to create exactly what I wanted online and place my order. I made a mistake on my order and called customer service. They corrected it immediately, without delaying my delivery date.

We love the way our logo printed. The colors are bright and great quality. The only disappointment is that the decal is slightly foggy to see through at night and even though it is clear you can see that there is a sticker on the car. That's just my OCD maybe... We do plan on ordering more for our other vehicles and the ordering process is easy. Thanks again!

I found the online design features for my 8' X 10' Step and Repeat Backdrop to be more than I expected. I was able to design exactly what I wanted. The Backdrop arrived quickly with it's own frame. The quality of the fabric was excellent and the product exactly as I had designed. Very Happy.

The signs are not what I ordered. I ordered 2 sided signs but recieved signs that had the same statement twice. The website used for ordering is abysmal and was not working properly when I placed my order. The signs took a month to be delivered.

You are great to work with! After I sent my order in, there was changes made to the artwork that I needed uploaded. The online help was fantastic and assured me the new artwork was going to be printed and it did! High quality print and materials! Highly recommend and will use this company going forward with all our banners! Great Job!

The customer service was amazing! I'm a graphic designer but, still had issues using the site to set up my design. I sent my design over to signs.com and they put my order together quickly. Great quality product and customer service!

signs.com is NOT what it used to be. It took me a week of calling to get to a live person. It apears the lady that customized all my signs is gone as others. I was on the phone 40 minutes and tried to place a re order when I was informed my PMS colors are no longer an option. They don't use PMS and whatever color match they do the lady on the phone has no idea how to match up and will not guarantee it will be the same colors. I can't get a Manager or Supervisor on the phone! Its now 50 minutes and she just put me back on hold! DON'T buy anything from this company it is not the same!

sent a photo file for a 32'' x 32'' print. Looks fabulous. Had to send a 50mb file, but you can do that on special request and it's easy. Earlier I sent a file and complained that it was blurry, but turned out to be my fault (sorry)

I ordered a customized signed for my apartment building and worked with Taryn. She was really nice, very responsive and quickly made any changes I needed. The whole process was so fast and easy. The part that's taking the longest is waiting for my landlord to hang the sign. I highly recommend.

Thank you for sending an extra cause the first thing I did was mess that up. I did the tape and everything but the plexi had a lot of static so as soon as I pulled the backing off the vinyl, it sucked it down and I had to take it off. "Frosted" doesn't look very frosted. Looks more like clear.
