Since I couldn't find a pre-made banner for my garage, I sought assistance online to create my own. Process was very easy and well done. Had my banner configured in just a few minutes! A welcome addition to the garage for sure!

Very satisfied original manufacturer said the decals weren't available anymore so I had to design my own came out quite nice. Fast delivery they even cut me a break on delivery charge even though it was actually my mistake for not creating a mirror image but they still got it to me on time and gave me a discount on the delivery on top of that when I had to order the mirror image of one of the decals.

We are a small business and every penny counts. The quality of the sign, far exceeded the price and our expectations. Customer service was very helpful in the designing of the sign. The sign was designed and ordered on Wednesday and to my surprise, it was received on Friday. I plan on ordering other signs, as I was more than pleased with the first one.

I had one of their designers put together what I was looking for. She did a great job and provided me with the two options I was looking for. I received the first shipment and the quality is better than what I was expecting. Very nice looking and professional for our business. The material is breathable and soft and does not pull on the ears. I highly recommend.

The product itself was good, but twice now signs.com has shipped my signs to other customers, causing significant delays. Additionally, they placed a sticker in the front of the sign which scratched the front of the sign trying to get the stickers off.

The crew at signs.com were very easy to work with and provided excellent service to us. They went over and above to provide us with a sign that met our needs. They even expedited shipment to us at no extra cost when we ran into a issue with our logo art work. I would highly recommend them to everyone! Kudo to signs.com and the team working there!

I am so impressed with the sheer quality of the banner and the printing. I was expecting one of the thin plastic banners, but this one was amazing quality and beautiful. The print and text turned out great! My best friend loved it!

Signs.com made an error when printing my vinyls. I contacted them about it and they quickly responded and worked with me to troubleshoot and find a solution. The Vinyls I ultimately received were excellent quality and a perfect match. Great product and great service!

I couldn't believe how simple the process was. Then I couldn't believe how fast the turn around time to the final delivery destination was.

From the time I hit purchase to 5 days later it was at my door.

The materials are better than I imagined. The image very crisp.

We LOVED our sign. I was professionally made and shipped. We even asked for help creating the sign and asked for 3 separate revisions. They made the changes without question. The process was so smooth!

I love the design and the service I received from your company. After applying the decal, I found it was harder than I expected to see out through the window. (It is applied to the rear window). Thank you for the decal.

The sign arrived bent, even though it was packaged with bubble wrap and various cardboard protectors. That leads me to believe the sign was bent before it shipped and was sent anyway. I won't be sending it back because I needed the sign ASAP and couldn't wait for another, but I am very disappointed in the quality.

I can't fault that I received what I ordered. I will say that the overall resolution of the print on the sign is not that good. My main problem is that I supplied a specific brand color that it should have printed in but the color that I received is not the same.

I ordered some wooden signs for a work project and I used their Graphic Designer for some help. The designer was very patient and worked with me to get the design, just right. I was impressed by the personal attention I was given before I ever made a purchase. Then, my signs arrived, on time, and packaged very well. Again, I was impressed. When I opened the 1st box, I noticed that the signs weren't exactly what I ordered (the lettering was missing the white color) and I took pictures and emailed customer service. I was hoping to receive a response within a couple of days but instead, I got a response from Abby, in customer service, within a couple of hours. She was AMAZING and handled the situation quickly and completely to my satisfaction. The quality of the signs is what I hoped for at this price point. I will certainly be ordering from them again. Signs.com sent me boat decals rather than boat lettering and were unwilling to make it right. After an hour conversation, where I showed them that when you upload an image the website would switch from boat lettering to boat decal without an alert, I received a call back from a manager telling me that they would credit my account 30%. 7 days later, nothing is in my account and I am receiving no email responses. I was not happy with a 30% credit to my account but felt I had no additional recourse. The worst part for them is that I have spent thousands of dollars with signs.com and rather than have a happy customer and a loss on a 200 dollar job they have lost a customer that will make sure people think twice before using them.

I couldn't figure out the self-design, and so the designers made the sign for our glass door. I had to reorder an additional name to be added months later, and they pulled the right design and got that added immediately. Highly recommend.

They Look great! Very happy :) I'd definitely come back and get more when I need. The only thing I'd say is that the packaging wasn't great. They slid to one end and one end of each was creased and wrinkled. Maybe bag and tape to the cardboard insert?

Great custom signs and excellent people helping me. The colors are perfect. Signs. Com custom made my sign from a photo I had of what I wanted the signs to look like. I would recommend them to my friens anytime.
