I am a SIgns.com convert! I recently needed to turn around banners very quickly for an event and Signs.com came through for me--- the quality of my banner is excellent and the print job is vibrant and beautiful. I will never go back to my old vendor! Highly recommend!
The absolute worst experience with any printing company I've ever dealt with. 20 days and I still have nothing to order because their manager changed my accepted proofs to something completely unrecognizable from my brand. Many days later and no closer to placing an order than the first day and I decided to take the loss and cancel the whole thing. Over 2 dozen emails, 20 minutes on a chat, followed by an unproductive phone call and still no resolution. They can keep my $20 for the design, I have no doubt whatsoever that my products would have arrived with the either the incorrect artwork or the wrong item.
Delivery was quick is the best part. Should make it more clear about Perforated window decal - only white option, not clear and can not choose which side is sticky.
The online tools made designing my campaign signs a snap! I received 100 1.5' x 2' signs within a few days. Quality is very good. I am coming back to order a few large signs.
I bought the heavy duty stakes.
They are bent out of shape after one day and the sign is about to float away.
I will have to find some other way to plant the sign.
I put the signs in my front yard and on my fence with heavy wire that I bought with these signs stood up to about 70 mile-an-hour wind gust

I customized my design of a banner for my musical duo by adding an image from my files. The banner arrived as ordered and on time, and it is perfect! Love it! The image came out great.

The quality of our banner was excellent and the processing/delivery time was crazy fast! Seriously we ordered a banner that is 6' x 36' and we had it 4 days later.
Horrible customer service – will NEVER them again, someone made a typeo on the banner I don't believe I did, I requested a copy of the proof - They didn't have one and couldn't provide a proof to sign off - When I asked why they said I used their template so no proof required - BS
Rep would not re make sign, wanted me to ship it back and would give me a credit? Went and used halfpricebanners

I've had so much trouble getting signs.com to fix its mistake on my print job, order #******* for $345.94. I paid for the order (dozens of large vinyl wall decals) on 12/14/21 and received the order the next week. However, it was heavily pixelated and not suitable for display.
- I emailed on 12/22/21 to request a reprint or return, but I never heard back.
- I emailed on 1/3/22 with the same request, but never heard back.
- I posted a critical review on the company's ShopperApproved feedback (1/6/22) and heard back the same day. The company sent an email indicating "I will go ahead and get this reprinted with the correct file." It was signed "Signs.com Customer Care."
- I emailed on 1/13/22 because I had not yet received any shipping confirmation of a reprint, nor any other communication.
- I posted a review with the Better Business Bureau on 1/18 and a representative wrote back to that review, indicating that she had emailed me and was simply waiting for my feedback. The only problem here is that she emails from an account that cannot be replied to. I've sent messages with and without attachments from three different email accounts on four different days, and they all bounce back as undeliverable.
- Now more than a month after my initial order, I have limited use for the decals that have yet to arrive. I'd love to request a refund from this company (and would gladly return the pixelated product), but they simply don't answer my emails. When they do, they do so from an email address that cannot be responded to.
Fairly easy customization if making just one item, but more difficult if customizing more than one. Quick production and on-time delivery during the pandemic was greatly appreciated by the graduates.
Signs turned out great! We decided to pick them up ourselves to save on shipping. Upon arrival we realized our signs wouldn't fit in our car. They offered to deliver them for us free of charge.
It took me seconds to upload my artwork that I wanted printed on a giant check. It was then delivered to my specified location much quicker than I was expecting, so thank you all very much!
Banner was a bit pixelated, which did not show up at all on the preview of the image. Also, there was a slice in the banner when I unpacked it. Shipping was quick.
Signs.com acknowledged that they made an error but refused take responsibility and issue a refund, offering only a $26 credit on a $130 order. It took five contact attempts - three messages that went unanswered and two chats that they did respond to - to get even that.
Two orders from signs.com. Order one was a boat decal in Navy Blue which turned out fine. Order two was boat lettering and a cutout of the decal using their designer, which went wrong.
Told the designer to use the file and color from the decal as a reference. They said no problem, go the job done, and delivered it. The delivered product was not the same color as the reference design (Navy Blue).
I shared my emails with the designer and pictures of the finished product. Signs.com said they offer decals in any color but lettering in only a smaller selection of colors and that my chosen color was not among them.
They didn't bother to tell me this and just printed the job in a color they felt was closest (and it wasn't close). I pointed out that they should have informed me that they couldn't follow my directions and they said - yeah it would have been better if we talked with you before running the job so how about a $26 credit off your (unusable) $130 job? I said no thanks, how about I never buy from you again and leave an honest review.

Tip for consumers:
Signs.com limits the number of colors available to choose from depending on the product type. Don’t assume that they will know thier own products or inform you of incompatibilities - instead verify that the color you want is available across products. For example, Navy Blue is available for boat decals but not boat lettering so if you make an order for each and specify Navy Blue, you will get a Navy Blue boat decal and whatever blue they decide to use for boat lettering. Research colors!

We received our sign on time and it looks great! I had a question about the "weatherability" of the sign and my question was answered in a timely manner.
I ordered a window decal with white letters for my business. I'm not satisfied with it because it seems to be a dull white and it can barely be seem through the window.
