Silkfred customer service is one of the best I have dealt with. They are quick to reply and polite and professional. They resolve matters in a very acceptable timeframe. I feel confident ordering items from this site as I know any issues that may occur will be dealt with correctly

Item ordered was delivered really quickly. Quality was fantastic but sadly didn't suit me Needed to return it but printer broke so emailed to request a returns label. Very speedy response and issue resolved.

My daughter pointed me to this web site and I'm so glad she did. I ordered a shirt and 3 maxi-dresses(for choice) and kept 2 of the dresses as well as the shirt. They're good quality for the price and very stylish. I'm over 60 and am delighted to find such a range of choice... there were plenty of styles to suit all ages. I'll certainly be visiting again!

I am probably not Silkfred normal customer but I have bought various items from the site with no problems and delivery has been prompt the clothes have been of good quality and prompt delivery. Recently I ordered two items, one arrived the other did not arrive and hence my contact to Customer service. I received a prompt reply and have been given a new delivery date I was informed the seller was in Poland which raised concerns about import taxes vat etc. Another email to customer service and assurance that the goods wer being shipped from the uk so there was no issue over additional costs.
I have been MD of a business for many years and I have to say that the customer service I have encounter at Silkfred is perhaps the best I have ever received.
I would buy with confidence and will continue to.
I can only tell you of my personal experience but to date it has all been good and I am sure the delayed parcel will arrive within the new time scale.

A fantastic company that offers a broad range of fashion. I have bought dresses, blouses, tops and trousers that are all good quality. It is quick and easy to order and importantly to return any items that don't suit. The team are friendly and respond to any queries promptly. Wonderful products and even better service from the SilkFred team.
I had to return an item simply because it didn't fit and it was handled so quickly. Not many places offer such great customer service these days and it is refreshing.
Other products I have bought from them were great too!

Due to lockdown my parcels unfortunately didn't get delivered as they should. Took me a long time to track them down but Silk Fred were fabulous in keeping me updated. They're here and all items are great! The navy star jog suit is particularly lush.

I have shopped with Silk Fred for many years - as has my daughter. The choice and quality of the clothes is excellent and we cannot fault customer service (especially Leanne). Delivery is fast, communication is friendly and prompt. Returns process is easy and quick if needed. We have many items from Silk Fred and will continue to shop with them. One of my latest purchases is a Gigiland Red Boho maxi dress and I love it. It makes me feel good without me even trying. The jeans were my very first purchase - Jovonna London YoYo flared jeans a number of years ago and are worn regularly and I love them too (I loved them so much I also bought them in the grey). Would recommend to anyone - I'm 75 and my daughter is 42. We both wear a lot of Silk Fred clothes and they always brighten up our day.

Great website - had to return some items, sent a few email queries to the Customer Service Team about refunds and Kara/Ruth and the team were really good at coming back to my questions - really quick efficient response. Lovely quality clothes but makes a real difference when the customer service is as good, especially if you are tracing a return/refund.

After ordering a dress and not received this after being advised dispatched, I contacted silk Fred who got in touch with supplier and kept me informed at all times, order had been lost but immediately resent which was received within days, great service I have ordered several times and always had a good experience, excellent service as always.

Hi, I love the different clothes you can buy from SilkFred and the customer service is the very best! If you have a query it's dealt with so quickly and they go out of their way to help you. I ordered two dresses for the first time from SilkFred. I live in Menorca Spain and they arrived within a week. I was very pleased with the quality and many friends remarked on them and asked me where I had bought them from. I will definitely be placing other orders in the near future.

I have used Silk Fred for a few years now and their customer service is second to none. They are prompt in delivery and any refunds on returns. I have only recently become a Silk Fred customer but am so far impressed with the quality and value for money of the products. In the rare cases of needing to make a return the customer service has been fast and helpful.

I placed an order but my daughter had already ordered the item! I e-mailed Customer support at Silk Fred to ask if it was possible to cancel my duplicate order. I was not sure if it could be done but Lucy came back to me very quickly to say that it had been cancelled. The speediness of the response and the courteous way in which my request was carried out was excellent. Will definitely use Silk Fred again. Thank you

I cant comment on clothing as dress i ordered i cancelled. Customer service was excellent when i spoke to a very pleasant lady on the phone to cancel my order, i was kept informed by email and in a very short time i had my money refunded many thanks E Jones

I have placed several orders from SilkFred. They have so much choice and every item i have received has been good quality and the sizing is spot on. First time I've purchased from Silkfred and I was concerned when the product took a little longer than I expected to arrive. But reassured by the team at Silkfred I awaited my product confidently and have to say when it arrived I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the product. It was exactly as I hoped it would be and I'm thrilled with it. Everything about the manufacture is robust and professional. And the quality of the fabric is great. The belt has elastic in the back which means a great waist hugging fit. I'm absolutely delighted and will definitely purchase again.

The dress I ordered is beautiful and arrived on time. The second item was delayed but I contacted silk fred and they promptly emailed back and told me what was happening. My second item then arrived when promised. Excellent service
