After an easy setup of my account and placing an order. I received a phone call welcoming me and congratulating me on my first order. Super easy to make payment. Just like paying you cable bill. Tonnes of communication about my shipment with signature required and shipped through Purolator. Upon receiving my order it was exactly as expected. I will be ordering again. Thanks guys, you rock

Be cautious, as engaging with them could lead to financial loss and other negative outcomes. I was able to recover my money, but it was only possible through external assistance. (I used their website URL as my display name and profile picture on this review in case anyone needs help or wants to reach out for support). Note: Due to the strict policy here, I'm sharing this purely to help others recover their funds.

Tip for consumers:
The shipper on this 3rd order did not knock on the door so I woundd updating to go pick up at a depot. That's not this company's fault. I complained to the shipper, as this was their issue to correct with the driver.
