After an easy setup of my account and placing an order. I received a phone call welcoming me and congratulating me on my first order. Super easy to make payment. Just like paying you cable bill. Tonnes of communication about my shipment with signature required and shipped through Purolator. Upon receiving my order it was exactly as expected. I will be ordering again. Thanks guys, you rock
Their platform promises attractive returns, but it's all smoke and mirrors. I strongly advise against getting involved with Silver Gold Bull, as my experience suggests they are operating as a scam. Be cautious, as engaging with them could lead to financial loss and other negative outcomes. I was able to recover my money, but it was only possible through external assistance. (I used their website URL as my display name and profile picture on this review in case anyone needs help or wants to reach out for support). Note: Due to the strict policy here, I'm sharing this purely to help others recover their funds.
I bought a few 1/10 ounce silver coins and they were exactly as depicted and if high quality. The shipment came very quickly in a secure stealthy package. I'm very pleased and actually ordered more.
Order came with in 4 days. Even got a little chocolate. Everything was great. Better then the other canadian site i used that took 25+ days with everything marked up.
They used Purolator, watching all day for them to show up, no phone call, literally watched delivery status change to undeliverable. UPS never had issues. Moving to a different supplier.

Product was exactly as I had hoped for. The "5 day shipping policy" is a little misleading, but normally the items ship very quickly I just wouldn't count on it in 5 days all the time.
Always good fast service with fast delivery, tho they have changed from Purolator to Canada post expedited. Alway happy with my purchase. Giving bullion as presents gets people talking.
Perfect so far. But ups driver left on porch with no signature. Allspice haven't rcvd second part of order and haven't rcvd email info on status either. Thanks. John

The 10 Bars were sent via UPS with signature required. I picked up the parcel at a UPS store.
I opened the parcel with my wife at the kitchen table and to our shock, only 6 bars were in the parcel!
This is the first precious metals I've ever purchased and its going to be the last from this company!
MY NEXT PURCHASE WILL ONLY BE IN PERSON NEXT TIME!
Contacted Silvergoldbull and they reviewed some camera footage and were not willing to help in anyway!
STAY AWAY from this company!

One thing to watch put for is the chocolate that was included. This summer was a hot one and it was turned to goo inside the box.

Well i got my silver in the end but had a scare where its Canada posts failure
-sending alert it was coming [fine]-I was home and ready
-get notice of delivery- run outside no truck or post man around the street at all
-time stamps- i got 3 one said 2pm another said 6 the time i got the notices and then 7;30 so waiting nothing still no truck/mail man
-so had to send out alerts - for my missing package not fun because they said [delivered] as in someone elts had my package
-12 hours later- get a call during work saying they found it [great] pick up on my way home [fine]
- package- its ok I got what I asked for but was little disappointed it was regular old buffalos not even silver townie/proof and all the same thing even though I asked for some sort of spread

Had no issues with delivery time from calgary to london. Although during checkout it says their is delivery from ontario wherehouses. It would be nice to get delivery from warehouses in my province.

Some edge nicks on the 1/4 oz gold maple leaf coin. Probably the fault of the mint and not Silvergoldbull. The 1 oz coins were perfect with no edge nicks or scratches.
My first purchase, definitely not the last. The packaging was sufficient to prevent damage to the purchase without being "ocer-packed
