I love the SiriusXM app and it has alot of channels you can listen too with variety of genre music. I mainly like the premium Pandora where you can customize your channel. Its a great way to listen at home with your kids and family.The workers are very warm hearted and compassionate as well. Highly recommend to get SiriusXM Radio!
I've been using Siri XM since October 2023. I no longer could afford it so I called and canceled my account. I told them before I did not want no more service and they still continue to take money out of my account and would not refund me my money back, this is not fair to customers In my eyes that is consider stealing
Please stop spam calling/emailing!/snail mailing! I will never use your service...I need to file a complaint against Toyota to stop preinstalling Sirius XM!
Waited on hold and finally decided to try chat, but it took the agent five minutes to respond to each message in the thread. 20 minutes and he hasn't even pulled up my account yet.

I saw a lot of peoples reviews about this company but I just got a new car I was like why not. I got the free trial I had to fight with their reps for 45mins before I was able to to get the trial. Which lost a lot of points with me and then had it for about 2 weeks. I started to get a lot of emails telling to BUY BUY BUY unsubbed from it then they readded me without any consent. Then I also started to get emails again and letters in the mail telling me to buy. The music selection they have is pretty bad its like something your parents would buy you if they don't know what music you listen too. Then the station pretty much repeats the same music over and over. Then they have "commercial free music" which is a joke because they have ads for their own station and for bands. But I got tired of all the spam and harassment on my free trial that I had to cancel it so they would stop. That is the first time I had to cancel a free trial of anything.
3 months trial with new vehicle. Way too many Emails and phone calls. I finally answered a call and when I said that I don't want to extend my service, I was hung up on.
Sirius has been ruined doe to greed at the expense of customer satisfaction. Although they thoroughly enable black history month ads
My family has had SiriusXM radio for years. The bill is always correct and it's nice to have music in the car and in the house for one low price.

Warning to all: watch your expiration date for promotions. $24.56/ mo. For FRIGGIN RADIO after that. If it was up to me we would just stream our music...but wife wants it. Very poor value here.
I tried calling and never got a human to answer. So I went the chat method. 64 minutes later, my account was closed. If your thinking on canceling, allow plenty of time to accomplish that task.

The primary fact is that your representative came down on the price for the plan 4 times. My concern is with the lack of integrity of this Company. I called to inquire about why my plan for the next year would increase as dramatically as shown on my renewal notice (almost 300% increase over the prior year!). Your rep came back with 4 offers, each one less than the previous. The final offer resulted in a premium proposal that was still 23% greater than what I paid for last year. While this may have been acceptable, I could not get beyond the fact that you didn't offer me the best price to begin with. Had I not called I would've been stuck with a 300% increase to my annual premium. And had I agreed to any of the first three options that your representative gave me, it still wasn't your best and final offer. This whole process caused me to lose confidence in your company. This showed me that SiriusXM is not a company that operates with integrity. Consequently, I have no interest in doing business with your firm going forward. #SiriusXM Billing Scam

I've been dealing with SiriusXM since I purchased a vehicle several weeks ago. I never subscribed or did a trial, they've called me several times on the phone and every time they did I asked NOT TO BE CONTACTED AGAIN! I'd block the number and they'd call from a different one. The junk mail never stops! I decided to Google and found out I am not the only one with the same issue, the BBB has over a thousand negative reviews from people experiencing the same harassment!

Sirius XM has made 13 charges to my account in the last 6 months. They never canceled the membership for the totalled explorer so not only have they been charging me the standard $6 per month since July, for the new explorer (that i just recently got service for) but also $30 per month for a PLATINUM membership for a car that doesn't even exist anymore... $278.18 total in the last 6 months for a service that I don't even use unless my phone isn't connecting to my Bluetooth. CANCELED EVERYTHING.

Everytime I have called to cancel my service they always try to sell you another plan and it is aggravating, it's not that hard to cancel the plan. Usually on the phone 20 mins with them everytime
I would not have thought it possible to make this app work even worse than it already did, but I was wrong! It was awful before, now it has been redesigned to make it virtually worthless. Here's a hint: you can get podcasts many other places without paying at all, AND THEY WILL ACTUALLY PLAY. CONTINOUSLY. WITHOUT DROPPING OUT OR SKIPPING TO SOMETHING ELSE EVERY FEW SECONDS. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money.

I purchase i gift card that I didn't use the whole amount, my credit was 90 dollars now they tell me that I don't have 90 dollars but only 50 dollars! They rob you in your face.
If I want to cancel my subscription. I should be able to do it at anytime of the day or at night or at 5:30 in the morning! Not during some open hours!

Almost impossible for a person on social security to cancel. My subscription which apparently was a promotional rate was charged at 5x the rate on Friday evening, they are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and WILL NOT cancel as of Friday and refund the extra $2.

I would give them zero stars if I could. We have 5 vehicles with Satellite so you would think they might be a bit more motivated to service a client. Our Jeep satellite quit working, but would get spotty. Then I got it working if I clicked on Connect to Internet. Called SXM at least 6 times but every time I called, their Canadian call centre automatically transferred me to their USA call center because we have a USA phone when traveling. USA call center cannot help Canadians and cannot transfer callers back to the Canadian call center. They keep promising a call from a tech within 24 hours. Never got a call. Finally a USA Mgr was able to connect me to a Canadian tech who couldn't get it working right but had me reboot the system so now it doesn't even work on Wifi either. As of ytdy, they promised to call me back within 5 days. Meanwhile, tried using their text service dept for help, but they were useless and could not even carry on a conversation - it appears that they cannot read what is written to them. If there was any other option, I would change providers in an instant. I'm not sure why cell providers do not expand their services to include satellite radio because if they did, Sirius would be out of business within weeks.

I moved to the Philippines. They block my access to SiriusXM including the ability to Cancel the account. So I cant listem but they keep charging me. This is criminal.

The actual Radio Service when it works is just fine. The problem is that periodically they send out channel updates that break things. I had a preset channel, 105, so there is a favorite in my car radio. No issues for the longest time. An update comes out and I can no longer get this channel. I should mention that I still get channels 100,101,102,103,104,106,107,108, you get the point. The only Channel missing is 105. After four phone calls to technical support and multiple attempts to get a refresh they passed my case over to senior technical level advisors. You obviously don't get to talk to these people but they never replied after 3 days. I left them a message to contact me back and I received an email from corporate Solutions team. They gave me a call as well and I spoke to them. Their answer was my radio is too old and it was the radios fault that I could not get this one channel. How more ridiculous could this ever be. If channel 105 was never available on my radio there would be no way I could set it as a favorite or preset. I explained this to them and although she agreed with me, she said that is what she was supposed to tell me as provided by their technical support team. In reality, they simply don't want to send out a new patch. As it turns out many people are missing this channel. I understand that it would cost them time and money to put a patch together to make sure that this went out to everybody but are not we paying our bills on a monthly or annual basis. Should not we receive the channels that we have contracted for. In my opinion we should. In their opinion I guess not. In my opinion this is an absolute Lie by the company. Highly offensive and if I could go a different route I absolutely would. Unfortunately they have a monopoly on satellite radio.
