Do Not Buy. You will not get exchange or return.
Will ask for more money for a better wig.
Many complaints wigs come from China. This company making money from stealing money. Buyer Beware.

Paid $167.00 for wig that was wrong. Finally got them to agree to an exchange refund was lost cause although they claim to have easy access to both. It's been months and months waiting for replacement now have no wig for my mother and no refund. Nothing but bullcrap! I would not have given them a 1even but a rate is required
I bought a real hair wig and the price seems reasonable and i taught I will get a few more. When I got the first one and took it to the hair dresser, they told me is it a synthetic wig not real hair.The hair dresser cut a piece of the wig and flat iron it and it freyed right up. I contacted siswig, which they admitted that it is not real hair and refused the refund, but what to give me a 10% discount. Right now I file dispute with pay pal and credit card company to get money back from both purchases and is awaiting an outcome. The second purchase of the other three wigs that I had ordered, I have not received it not want it as it is not what I ordered and it is 100% fake hair. Just wanted people to know what a scam this company is
I ordered 2 wigs, 1 turned up, it wasn't e en the one that I ordered. I chased up and they said they would send the correct wigs. 10 days later nothing has been received. Iooked up the tracking number on the delivery site they used, and it said the items had been delivered 1 day after I originally got in touch about the missing items? This was suspicious because they told me the correct items would take time to get to me and I was to be patient, as it would be expected to take around 10 days, so why would the tracker show as delivered the day after I reported the wrong item turning up, they hadn't even sent it by that point.
Siswig took no action in chasing up the courier firm that they had used and tried to put the burden of responsibility on me to chase them and ask them for a no show ticket, this makes no sense as they claim to have delivered the second package, but had not.
I also notice that when trying g to contact Hermes the delivery company, they had me going round in circles with their auto chat assistant but not being able to resolve the problem, as I couldnt speak to a live person
Awful company and no customer service skills they take your money and run!
