So far, I have had to reach out to customer service twice, both times they were top-notch and extremely helpful. Granted finding the area to speak to a person was not easy at first, but this is by far the best hosting site I have used, and I have used many over the years.

I had the refund for the auto-renewal, they were very helpful. Last time, I had issues figuring out how to do something on the site and they helped get it working. They seem knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I really like their service. They may not be the cheapest service around, but they are definitely the best I have used.

I build a website by myself on WordPress, so I have questions every week about something. Or I need help with something. They are kind and very patient with me. In my opinion, Siteground has the best support team. I use to have in past Godaddy and HostGator. I can't even compare.

I have developed websites for more than 20 years and have hosted with numerous companies. Most of them have significantly downgraded the level of customer support they provide, but Siteground's support only gets better. Let me tell you why I say this:
1) I work in Joomla. It's not popular anymore, but they still host Joomla sites and they know the platform. I don't need help often, but when I do I need an expert. The support techs at Siteground are experts and they have never let me down.
2) They are accessible! I can actually be in a live chat with a real person or have a support tech on the phone in just a few minutes. And when I reach them, they speak perfect English.
3) They simply understand the problem and provide solutions for me to resolve it.
I'm too busy to write reviews, but I want to give Siteground a big thumbs-up for consistently being the best web hosting company I have ever used.

Every now and then time-critical issues rear their ugly head. A site was needing urgent migration and sadly there were a few problems along the way. Frustrating at first due to the lack of ongoing communication from Siteground, but in the end, they finished the task and did it very well. Problems happen, it's how one deals with it that counts.

What a scam this place is, charges for Weebly pro and then takes all-access away when we don't renew to the highest hosting plan and then won't refund the money spent on the pro-Weebly plan. Stay away from these guys they will scam you in the end

Yet, we are willing to make a one-time exception and prorate the yearly Weebly Pro fee. A refund for the unused months of service was issued and applied to the card on file.

The websites I host here are very slow. In order to speed them up I have to do all kinds of adjustments. I do not have these problems with other providers. I have a feeling that too many sites are hosted on the same server - it's getting slower every week!
