For economical reasons I wanted to migrate my page to a cheaper host, especially because I am not using my (touristic) website due to covid. But in the process I realized how fantastic the support is from Site Ground and how bad unfortunately at other hosting sites. Fast, clear and helpful information! I decided to stick with the good instead of going for cheaper, thanks to the staff. Money wise it still hurts a bit paying 110€ more per year...

I had issues logging in to my site. I did not want to mess things up. So I contacted support. He was very patient and told me what to do, step by step, until the issue was fixed.
I would recommend Siteground any day.

SiteGround is one of the best hosting in UK. Web hosting of my sites are 100% up since I joined them. All sorts of questions, queries or issues are dealt with care, timely and in a highly professional manner. Truly satisfied and highly recommended.

Mr. Stoyanov helped with with several questions and was kind to go into the filing system and make a correction. I will attempt to follow his directions, but if I cannot I'll ask for more assistance and pay for it. I intend to buy the upgraded Grow Big maintenance program so I can have his help to do small jobs in future. I'm a code illiterate and need this sort of help with small jobs which sometimes are vital to my effort toward business. HeavensWay2022.org

Needed a bit of help on my WP staging setup. Once I was in chat, he was able to clearly explain what the misstep was and how to remedy it. Good communication is always important with technical issues and appreciated this for my problem.

For Ivelin, this manifested into a one-call-close for him. You would think that says it all. But, I had become so disenchanted with GoDaddy that maybe even a bowl of spinach would sound good to me now.
I began with the one year plan and as long as they do a bang-up job I'll stay.

I am, yet again, grateful for and amazed by the tech support team at Siteground. After my email was hacked, they helped me get set up so that it won't happen again and get back online just in time to meet an urgent deadline. I worked with 4 different members of their tech support team and each one was knowledgable, kind, helpful, and patient. Props to Siteground!

I recently moved from InMotion hosting, which had pretty okay customer service. I moved because I wanted faster hosting, and I was told Siteground could deliver that and more. They weren't wrong! I needed their help with the migration more than I expected and after plenty of support calls and chats, they keep helping me out. I feel like I'm getting a full on web degree with all of the help they're giving me. I'm looking forward to working with them and maybe moving another website over in the future.

The customer care at SiteGround is really wonderful. They never try to push sales on you, they are there to help you and they do it with abolute care and patience. Today I set up my new website and Toni helped me. She was genuinely wonderful and stayed with me helping me every step of the way. Doing anything tech can be a bit daunting for people who are not great at internet tech, but Toni made everything so easy for me. I am so appreciative and this is why I wanted to leave a stunning review.

Excellent support, very quick response and good communication. I tried contacting the company in order to find out more about the hosting programs the company offers and how they could benefit my business. We discussed it thoroughly with Mr. Vulchev who was extremely professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything. I would definitely recommend it. Excellent customer support.

I'm a mid-level, self-taught WordPress site owner, blogger who is developing a robust learning community. Over the five years I have used SiteGround to host my sites they have given me excellent, timely and clear technical support. Their knowledgebase has improved over the last few years as well. Between the knowledgebase and their tech support I have not had an issue or delayed solution. I recommend them highly!

Technicians are always super helpful. I rarely have to wait. They are patient and are able to quickly help me with my difficulties. As well, I come away with better knowledge on how to address similar problems in the future!

Anyone who is looking for a provider and team that ACTUALLY help and care - Switch to SiteGround. They are amazing. Lately, we have had a few complex site configurations and migrations. SiteGround and Victoria were so helpful and made what would usually be a very painful and stressful process seamless. They really do set the benchmark for how things should be and could be for you! Don't waste your time and money with the likes of GoDaddy to only be treated like a number which only when you spend more money you get serviced.

Make the change Today seriously!

I have been with Siteground for about five months and have three websites, including a major web store. With 100% consistency, customer service has been excellent with as has hosting speed and performance. I am a U.S. customer and service and hosting performance from SiteGround has far exceeded the U.S. based hosting companies I have used in the past. This is not a paid endorsement, it is just an honest review.

Sign up with them. I am very, very pleased.

Excellent service, my team spent 2 days trying to fix a security problem. I contacted the support and Georgi showed me the solution, and propose to fix it for us. It took 5 min.
That s what I call professional.
Highly recommend it.

Hey there, on august, 29th 2023 I tried to get the Premium CDN service of SG. As always I use to do, I've inserted my credit card data on the SG system. However, SG made a test transaction of R$ 17,51 (R$ is the Brazilian Real) BUT THE SYSTEM ASKED ME ABOUT THE VALUE IN USD! I've tried until the system print me a DISTURBING message saying the I'd be blocked on the next day! O.M.G.!
I almost got a heart attack. So the kind attendant Ervin (SG support staff) gave me help and we could to fix the mess that SG system made.

So, If you are purchasing some service from SG, be sure to tell them the test transaction value in USD (United States Dollar) unless they could block ALL YOUR SITE! Beware forks!

SG, I've been a loyal and happy user but you have to fix this kind of fail!

I host several client sites with SG and have been for many years. I have never had any issues and when questions arise, their tech folks are brilliant at fixing, helping, or otherwise. While I know other folks may have had issues, at least in my case, everything has been solid.

I had the opportunity to chat with Atanas V from siteground regarding an issue we ran into with our website. I have been really pleased with the devotion and passion Atanas showed us to resolve our issues. Not only was he really charming, he was also devoted to provide screenshot and offer detailed technical feedback to really pinpoint the core of each issue. Keep up the great work! And if I bump into you in Bulgaria one day, you owe me that beer! ;)

I had some problems with emails not getting through to my Mail app. There is a cool function on cpanel I was unaware of Spam Experts. It solved the problem. I took less than 10 minutes to get it all solved.

No matter the issue, everyone on their team is spectacular about helping! I've never felt belittled for any question I ask (because tech is an area I'm still learning) and they always find a resolution. They are so friendly and easy to work with. The site and set up of siteground itself is also easy to work with and the pricing is reasonable and affordable and with good value. Definitely recommended!
