It is sometimes difficult to get to the chat area... but once you are in touch with any of those dedicated knowledgeable courteous and caring people, you never think of looking back at another hosting service.

I've been with SiteGround a number of years now, and one thing has been consistent... their support is amazing. I design websites and know enough of the back end to be dangerous. SG's support has bailed me out a number of times, and in a timely fashion. It's easy enough for a business to get the sale, but it's how they provide support over the years that really matters. You can't go wrong with SiteGround!

I am writing a WordPress plugin to support a new business I want to start. It's fairly complex. The hosting service I was using previously was just too slow to make it a viable customer-facing application for selling my services (5-10 second response time). So I started looking for a new hosting service. I chose SiteGround and I am very happy with them. I started this process a few days ago. Moving my WordPress application to SiteGround has seen a few bumps. Mainly because I am still writing and debugging the plugin. But, the online chat support is fantastic. Fast, easy and has resolved my issues the three times I've used it thus far. Also, the platform is wicked fast. I was used to clicking reload and looking at my phone for a bit before looking to see my result. Now my results pop up before I can even reach my phone. I am a happy camper.

I just spent over 1.5 hours in a chat window with Atanas P. And he was so patient working with me to solve my issue uploading to my website. My old web host would have tried to pass this problem off onto a third-party app I use, but Atanas stuck with it until he found a problem. The issue isn't solved yet, but it has been bumped up to Senior techs where I'm sure we'll get to the bottom of it. But even if not, I'm still happy with the effort that was put into solving my issue. Thanks, Atanas and SiteGround. Hey HR! Give this guy a big pay raise!

There are many website hosts out there, but SiteGround has surpassed all of my expectations. It is user friendly and super powerful. Above all, their Support Team on the live chat is incredible. They walked me through everything in language I could understand and if when I asked clarifying questions, they rephrased and broke it down further.

Siteground is not the bargain basement of hosting but you get what you pay for and they have been oustanding since we moved all our hosting over from GoDaddy. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them.
Tip for consumers:
Don't wait! If you want good hosting with outstanding support then sign up. I am sorry I waited until after GoDaddy support completely let me down.

I reached out to them today- my plan was set to expire 10/20... so imagine my surprise when I see that they charged me a renewal fee on 10/6.
I reached out and they were absolutely amazing at reversing the charge and making it right (which they always are! In the past one guy spent 2 hours in chat with me trying to figure out why my server was being blocked- he was GREAT!)
But I will say to use them with caution. This is not the first time Ive had "tech glitches" like that. The rep also told me that if I downgraded my plan ahead of time- it would take effected immediately and charge me immediately... so obviously renewals are just suggestions at siteground. They auto renewed and charged me 3 weeks too early... then when I wanted to auto-downgrade, to take effect at the auto renew date... apparently that's not a thing either. They could use a few tech/automation upgrades.
But the awesome service makes up for the unexpected hiccups.

Watch your bank statements, and dont be afraid to reach out if they charge you too soon!

Great service, great support - I honestly don't have anything bad to say about Siteground. They are always helpful when I reach out to them about a website or domain related issue. Their switch from cPanel to Site Tools feels more user-friendly to me, although I am not an expert in either. Which is why their amazing customer support is really convenient! ;)

I've been very happy with Siteground since I started using them about 2 years ago. They help out in small and large ways to benefit the customer. It's personalized, and they help me to understand how my account works, and they fix things fast when i have a minor issue with something, or even a major issue. As a wordpress developer, I have used and interacted with many other hosting companies and none come even close to Siteground. Their prices included everything that I consider essential for any website these days. Others will constantly add on extra costs for SSL, backups etc so your 'cheap hosting' suddenly is pretty expensive.
I recommend Siteground to all my clients too as it is what I use and just love it. Another thing, their support. Their support will always respond in a way that assumes you don't know or are not technical. I love this! This is why I know it is the best solution for my clients who are small business people and not techie. Siteground supports that so I really trust them if I am not there to help.

Excellent customer service! I have used the chat option 3 times now and it has been great every time. I never have to wait more than a minute or so and the representatives are always very knowledgeable and very nice. I have zero complaints with Siteground, in fact I just migrated my wife's website from another host to my account today! My 5 websites run fast and the price is great as well. Keep it up!

My first experience was good. I say more after trying them out for a year. I have read mixed reviews, but most everyone I speak to recommends them. No one recommended me to use their affiliate link, so I didn't feel any pressure. I made the decision as a beginning blogger. My concern is on the renewal pricing. Hopefully they have deals as they mentioned. If not I will move to another platform after 1 year.

I have had bad experiences with auto-renewal of services with other online companies in the past, today SiteGround.com restored my faith in online renewal services... I contacted SiteGround via chat, requesting a refund but expecting a frosty response, got completely the opposite experience, I came away informed of how to correctly disable auto-renewal after first being reassured that my refund would be made and that they provide refunds up to 30 days after billing is made. How great is that, well-done SiteGround! :)
