This is my second time needing a little support to resolve a minor mail issue. This time, just like the first time, wait time was less than 60 seconds, the representative understood my request immediately and had an answer/resolution within 5 minutes of me entering the chat. I am supremely happy with the overall service at SiteGround and the stellar support I have received when needed.

I usually do not write reviews but I was astonished by the professionalism of the Site Ground support.
I had a problem setting up one of my websites so I wrote a message to the support team thinking that I would receive an answer within 24 hours. They contacted me instantly. The person who handled my case (not a bot) was clear and kind, and resolved it in exactly two minutes.

While the tools are very flexible, it is nice to know that Siteground support is there when you really need help. I ran into a problem and they really jump right it in & the site was back up in a flash.
I migrated all of my sites from GoDaddy to Siteground about a year ago. Absolutely the best decision I ever made!

I have been using sitegroud hosting services for several years now, and I am definitely not going nowhere else anytime soon, I actually paid for 10 years hosting services, which it tells a lot about my trust and confidence in this company. As a business owner, my website is my showcase and even more important than my business physical storefront. Site ground customers service and their Representatives are very Awesome. They are very helpful, polite and patients. They always go above and beyond to solve the problem and providing explanation what might cause the problem and how they will resolve it. All done at the same time.

I have just spent the last hour discussing my company's needs with Aleksander from Site Grounds sales team. And I have never been more impressed by a service and the knowledge of a sales rep. Not only is the hosting an upgrade in every way from what we are using currently I was able to discuss the tech to a level normally reserved for the highest tier of tech support. For anyone looking for a top level wordpress host I can not recommend this service enough. Fast, secure, easily accessible, great support, and specialized in Wordpress not sure what more anyone could want.

SG deliver a solid technical solution, at a decent price. But their customer support is always prompt (I mean minutes) and never fails to satisfy. I should know, I call on them a few times a year, and Im with them 5 or 6 years. Well done all.

I've used lots of websites over the years but siteground has always been my favorite and has never failed me. I don't use support much but when I've needed them they have always given me 1st class support. No other hosting company even comes close to Siteground's speed, reliability and support.

Georgi Ch is the best customer service representative the Siteground company has. He solved my problems quickly, with a good attitude, and was able to identify critical issues that none of the previous siteground representatives could do, and now my website works properly. I don't recommend every person that works in customer service at Siteground but if you're lucky enough to get Georgi Ch you are in good hands.

Connected on a chat session regarding authentication issues with my email account. The agent was very present, professional, and knowledgeable. After working thru the identification of the root problem he made a suggestion which I tried and it corrected the issue on the first call. Great Job!

While the UI is archaic and hides ability to turn off renewals at nested annoying to find levels... the support is really nice and helpful to get whatever you want done and this means a lot with such a complex platform system with many features.

The only reason I'm moving is price on hosting with Amazon is next to free vs 175$ per year

Siteground is well known for the high quality of its customer support. This is why I switched to them several months ago. My experience is that this reputation is 100% deserved. Not only are support staff very knowledgeable, they are also pleasant, understanding, and patient. It's rare to get all these qualities at the same time! Combine this with a very affordable price and I am delighted with my SG experience.

Siteground's hosting is way faster than other hosting providers, including Bluehost, Hostinger, and others. In addition, their customer service is excellent. I've always been able to get on a chat with an agent in less than a minute's wait. In addition, their pricing is quite good--compared to Bluehost, you get more than triple the speed for just about the same price. I definitely recommend Siteground for anyone looking for web hosting out there!

I have been a happy Siteground customer since 2016, and was VERY surprised (not to say annoyed) to learn today that a hosting plan is required to access DNS management services. This is true even if you don't actually host with them, and use them only as a domain registrar.

There is LITERALLY NO WAY to contact this provider unless and until you pay for hosting...even if you have other products with them. Very poor form to make customer service an upsell embedded in a services some customers have no need for.

Some basic level of service should be available to EVERY paying customer, and if they want people to pay for additonal customer support, then allow them to pay JUST for that. Don't embed it in hosting they may neither need nor want.

The domain DNS zone that you mention is indeed one of the default services that all SiteGround customers receive as part of their Site Tools when they activate an account. DNS is just one of the many essential hosting features that are included for free with all our plans, along with SSL, CDN, daily backups, email services, spam protection, etc. DNS management has always been included in our hosting services.

The domain can also be managed on its own if you no longer require hosting. Users have complete control over their domain admin details, privacy settings, billing information, and also name servers, so they may point them to an active hosting account/DNS management tool at any time if needed (this does not have to be with SiteGround). In such scenarios, we do not impose any restrictions or limitations, and users are free to connect their SiteGround-registered domain to another host or even a free third-party DNS provider by simply entering their name server records.

Our support team is available 24/7 and ready to assist with such requests as well. All of our clients have access to all 3 support channels regardless of whether they are using a hosting account or just a domain name.

For any domain-related questions, you would need to visit the Help Center page in your Client Area and select "Domain" from the list of categories. Most of the categories are related to websites and we would require you to specify the exact site in your inquiry. Hence, the domain category is the appropriate one for clients who only manage domain names with us.

Asked a question about when my name domain transfer would be finished and they answered it clearly with a date and time. I had other questions about the process and they were clear about it as well. Pretty good so far.

Tip for consumers:
My number one rule is do some research. Either through Reading, watching, or talking to people about how their user experience.

I have took a server with Hostgator. After three weeks of optimizing my site at the maximum possible (98% - 93% GTmetrix), it was still loading slowly (6 to 8 seconds to fully load).
I moved to SiteGround, now my site opens as fast as a flash!

Thanks so much for helping me - fixed an issue with images being warped because of incompatibilities with https, and Siteground fixed it so quickly for me. I didn't know where to start. I love that they are so knowledgeable on WP sites as well. Great stuff!

Very efficient service. Support is there when you need it.

My problem was with my billing. From my original mode of payment, I renewed it via Paypal. The response rate was amazing. No hassle especially that I am also a lot of things to attend to.

Every few years I have a problem with my site going down and the support at Siteground always gets me back up and running quickly. It is so stressful when this happens so I really appreciate the quick response time. Tonight I had a problem with my site and Ivan had it fixed in five minutes. For several years now I have been hosting my business on the Grow Big plan and have had nothing but a good experience. I have also used the StartUp plan for a few other sites I launched. They really hide their technical support function really well. You literally have to go through all the provided scenarios and choose a scenario that is not already covered by a canned answer. But once you do that and get your technical support rep, they're great! Plamen was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and nice.

Great support, great company.
