I have always had great tech support from the crew at SiteGround. I also really like the optimization and the security that is offered. Even though my issue should be solved by the owner/designer of WordPress that useful technician make the work for me and fix the issue. It is the first time I see a support guy doing things that he had not to do in order to solve a problem for a customer.

Totally impressed with the fast and knowledgeable customer service. Had a problem with MX and DNS settings, immediately got onto chat, they provided screenshots of what to do and where to go, and it was solved in a few minutes. Friendly, cordial, happy service. Nice.

This is a review of SiteGround's online web chat help service. They have some awesome specialists that listen/read, understand and execute with ease and efficiency! I'll always be a fan of SiteGround and tell others about their awesome services! Ok ok, I know they revamped their website but, it's so simplistic in look/feel that they've hidden some of the services that I used in the past (ie: finding help hidden in the question mark at the top). Ok, maybe that sounds kind of logical but, nothing says help me better than the word "HELP" on the top bar... OR "Contact Us" Or Even a floating box near the top-right that has a phone image. But anyway, I digress... get a SiteGround account and never look back!

I've caused myself a few issues with "finger trouble" but the guys and gals ate SiteGround support just sort it out quick and easy - including sorting my htaccess file for me then and there. 24/7 really means 24/7!
My site is also incredibly fast now compared to ***-Reg who I was hosted by before. Absolutely no complaints and nothing but praise to date!

In the last few years Siteground have really picked up their game. They are fast, easy to use, helpful etc. They aren't the cheapest (after the first 12 months) but if you've been with a crappy service provider before you'll understand that the pain of dealing with sub standard customer service and technical support is just not worth paying a few dollars less each month.

I'm a relative novice at creating websites (although I've been using wordpress as a content creator for many years). Building my first site was made simple enough by Siteground's tools, but I encountered a couple of issues relating to my SSL certificate and my email (which was previously set up with a different host). Every time I have a problem, these goodfellas do their job professionally and quickly! At first finding a number to call to get tech-support was not obvious, it took quite a while. After getting a number where I could talk to a technician it was absolutely wonderful, your technician listen to my issue, He understood right away what the problem was, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. The best? That would require evaluating all the other ones and I have absolutely no need to do that. Always getting adequate answers to my questions and requests. I even got them fixing some setting on all (yes ALL) their shared servers - for the non-believers: I can prove that:-) Maybe not the cheapest but not too expensive either.
One minus though: they are rather greedy on disk space: 20GB for 'unlimited email accounts' for a 'Grow big' isn't unlimited at all and it won't grow that big, unless you set all mailboxes to 0 bytes, remember the math: 0 x unlimited = undefined...
