I've been through a few providers in the past and SiteGround has been by far the best uptime and best support experience of all of them. It's a bit pricier than some of the alternatives, but it's 100% worth it to avoid the random outages, slow load times, and horrendous support of some of the cheaper hosts.

The team at SiteGround were quick to respond and provide solutions. They told me how long the rep would take to call back, 15-20 min. I was referred to this site from Namecheap because of the overall value for the price by the CTO of a company I work part-time for, so I took his word and am migrating my website.

When I switched over I wasn't receiving email to my business Gmail account. Apparently it's something that happens automatically when I added Siteground. I'm not techie so wasn't sure what happened. All I know is that they were readily available and I didn't have to wait to receive help! And they were super quick to fix the problem! No waiting hours for something to get fixed, I was in and out in about 5 minutes! This is the reason I purchased from SiteGround and no one else :D

Daniel Bal was quick to respond and answered my question quickly. Unrelated to Daniel the one thing I think could be made easier is finding the Chat Icon. I had to poke around in Support and I think it only popped up after I started sending an email.

I always like to think i'm tech saavy. That is until we start talking about DNS, MX; etc. Anytime I have tried to troubleshoot on my own, I confuse myself even further. Lol But when I chat with a SiteGround rep, they always take me step-by-step and literally explain the whys and everything. I can't honestly say that I remember everything all of the time, but I will say that I have never left a chat session with an unresolved issue. I'm a huge advocate for great customer service and SiteGround has been great so far! Please continue the great work.

The support tech responded to my questions as to why my GoGeek account of six years did not look like the photos that SG is using to tout my upgrade to the new customer interface. The disappointing response... we're still working on it and there is no timeline to forecast when you will be upgraded.

This is the 2nd time I've dealt with an issue on my website and had to utilize Siteground's customer service. Both times I've left impressed with the knowledge of the individual I spoke to and how quickly I was able to resolve my issues. This time I spoke with an agent named Dobrin, and he was able to direct me to the htaccess file to give my new ip address access to edit my website since I was receiving a 403 forbidden error. I also made an erroneous purchase based on some confusing advertising, but Dobrin was able to reverse my mistake there.
In short, if you're looking for a great webhosting company that employs knowledgeable individuals to help you through any issues you have, this is definitely my pick.

Alot of sites have chat screens that you can get sales information from. Sales teams are not always technically knowlegdable about all the different areas (understandbly). But with Siteground my chat guy Stefan was fast and thorough, and most of all confident. It's true, Siteground support is incomparable!
