Service is great, always responds to my inquiries, and timely deliveries. Thank you!
I think that the concept of this website. Also the amount of traffic it has is great. It is simple to use and its ranking systems are unique and entertaining. Also, I like how it was easy to log in with Facebook, Google, etc. and how easy it is to review websites.
I love it so far. Joined just a few days ago and have not found a single problem with the site itself, though I do find some reviews slightly annoying or off such as the Facebook addicts praising it over and over with the same words or the biased views given to the not well known sites such as Chatango that I felt the need to represent from a good point of view. I'm glad that so many people decide to take a few minutes of their day to warn or promote websites to the community.
I don't think sitejabber.com's gonna work. It's nothing compared to yelp. Most reviews cannot be trusted both good and bad reviews. I also read many complaints about spam emails sent by sitejabber.com. I start to believe because the only way for them to survive to provide free service is selling people's email address. Also sitejabber.com is designed for people to complaint. If you are a business owner, you know how easy is to get a complaint and how hard is to get good review from your customers. I think the ratio 100-1. I think sitejabber.com will ruin many businesses. The site simply sucks!
So far, so good. I especially like to share my experiences with message boards and have found few places where they can be rated. Who wants to invest their energy into a forum only to find out there's something really off about it. I would love to see more ratings and discussions on them. It's usually not money (although some do charge for premium membership and most at least request payment) but it is time, which in my book, counts too. For all else too, it is very useful to be able to check out a website's reputation rather than find out the hard way. Excellent.
This is an extremely important site! In this day and age, businesses are popping up all over the internet and can get away with cheating innocent (and sometimes naive) people, and there is no recourse. I think that it is important to give decient reviews and not slam businesses for simple mistakes. An individual should try to work it out with a business or site they are having problems with first. But if they give you the run around and do not offer what they promised, and refuse to email you after you have attempted to seek their help... Well they are fair game. It might just put a few businesses on their toes. Thanks SiteJabber!
It's a Great website to put up your wallpapers so that you can customize your computer at work.
One of the best site that i visit ever before, it helps a lot for new people for shopping, clothing, etc, after seeing good reviews new one can trust web site and purchase item with out any tension
I love sitejabber! Thank you to the wonderful members here such as Mr TCK and Mrs Tran N who have helped me with good advice and helping me with my problems dealing with fake china suppliers!
Thanks esp to Mr TCK for all that you have done! Really appreciate it! Thanks to Sitejabber! This is a great website to offer advice and help to all buyers in need of assistance!
I use this website to read and apply to help decide if to buy or not.
I first checked this site when I bought a set of cookware that did not come up to my satisfaction. I searched this site and found that others felt the same as I did. I sent the set back, but after paying for shipping and handling both ways the company I bought it from still was the winner in this transaction. This is a great website and I will continue to use it.
As a concept, sitejabber is a great idea.
However, sitejabber does not respect user preferences in regard to emails.
Sitejabber sends spam emails. On March 15th, I received a "Monthly Scam Alert" email from sitejabber.
I clicked the "To stop receiving this email visit" link, and found that I had already unchecked every email option available.
When I signed up, i opted out of all site emails, and there is no further way for me to choose less emails.
The US CAN-SPAM act of 2003 requires all websites who send emails to include an unsubscribe link
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAN-SPAM_Act_of_2003
http://www.ftc.gov/spam/
Due to the lack of working unsubscribe link in the email, and lack of options on the site to opt-out of this email, sitejabber.com is breaking the law regarding spam, and as such, is a spam-site.
I love this site! It makes it easier to trust companies and to know if it's a good idea to order from them or not. I really like the idea. I think my only complaint is that I wish it were moderated better. There is this girl who has posted a link like 30 times on one review and that's annoying, but other than that I love it!
It makes me register when all I want to do is start Beef about websites. Ridiculous. Is there a reason why I need to verify that I am infact Joanne Lockwood and that my email is infact *******@hotmail.co.uk? Do you really need conformation that I live at GOOGLE HOUSE, yeahhhh biycheees. Sooo, screw you $#*!head!?!?!"?!?!?!?!?!?!?"?"?>D: EW£? DE>>
Although i appreciate the idea, I know for a fact people are being hired to place false reviews about their competitors websites.
I wish i had explored the internet and found site jabber BEFORE before i wasted £25 of my money on the bidfun experience (www.bidfun.com); the sitejabber site exposes bidfun, and tells the real story of how it works, from the consumers perspective; that's invaluable, and exactly what he world wide web is for. Also its good to be able to share your experience, even if its of being ripped off, so that other people don't do the same thing. Thats what makes it a great great site in my view.
SiteJabber allows my team to locate and respond to consumer issues that we might not otherwise know about. It's awesome to have instant access to consumer feedback.
I am recently new to online shopping. I made a purchase that scared me so I started looking it up. I found this site and I'm hooked. It has helped me so much. Although I do find it hard to navigate. I can't figure how to read older reviews or can you? Other than that, thanks to all those who write those reviews.
Fantastic concept and a well implemented site. If the user community grows, this will be an excellent tool in fighting the good fight against the scummy scammers of the world.
God/Allah bless you.
I love this website! What a great way to rate websites and read other peoples opinions of them. There should be a site called Appjabber, for phone apps (Its my idea so nobody take it).
Cool! I'm a college student and I've been looking for a good site that could help me with Translation! You helped me all the way guys. Nice job,:)
I will recommend SiteJabber to my classmates and friends now!
