Conveniently saw on Google and made purchase. Was new to website. Since this order went well, will shop with them more. Hopefully, they will have upcoming promos for my Honda civic. I also have a Nissan 350z that I shop for.
Received a wrong cv axel, called sixty twice got the same guy both times and he made me feel like I was during him a favor by calling him. Don't buy from this company if you want the right parts. Worst customer service ever.

I recently purchased a number of items for my 2004 Dodge ram Hemi engine from Sixty Auto. They had everything I needed in my preferred brand readily available at very good prices. I had what I needed very quickly and was able to complete my preventive maintenance without any hassles. All parts were correct, shipping was fast and the prices were all very good. I would highly recommend this company.

I will never order from this company again! I made a purchase for sparkplugs over 7-10 days ago I live in Virginia and the sparkplugs are in Kentucky zero regards for a sense of urgency! What a crappy company not worth the discounted prices

I ordered two different O2 sensors (upstream and downstream) but I got two identical O2 sensors (upstream)! I wrote a message to support twice, but no one answered me and did not check my order. Terrible, just terrible! I lost a good amount of money
We do apologize for any confusion. These sensors have the same part number 234-4162 and can be used for either upstream or downstream. Should you no longer need the items, please reach out to us so that we may give you, your options to return.

I paid a $183.63 and they sent me the wrong parts and now they won't refund my money. You're taking a chance when you order from this company. They'll send you the wrong parts and refuse to refund you.
Sixity auto parts are very irrational. You just can't win. I'm trying everything that I can think of to get my refund, from the BBB to the SAG to ABC news with Diane wilson. I'm not going to stop until I get my refund.
We're sorry for any inconvenience. When you place an eBay order it must be returned via the eBay online order return process. Unfortunately, executing a return outside of this process leaves the buyer unable to validate with eBay that the order was returned. We've contacted eBay on your behalf and requested your return refund be paid but eBay is working with your bank in resolving your dispute and we are awaiting like you the resolution to the "payment issue" dispute that was opened.

Select anything built in the USA UK, Germany, France, Italy or Sweden, before 1960 and you get "we can't find. Etc.". What's the point of even listing them?

Just bought a hitachi ignition coil before I placed my orders I called SixityAuto customer service to confirmed that their products are manufactured from Japan I was told that all their products are all manufactured from Japan so when I received and check the box it's a MADE IN CHINA Was disappointed that your advertising is misleading so this will be my last purchased from now on thank you!
