After PCP they picked up car 20 hours late one month later sent bill for scratch on wheel and dent on door ( both disputed) the bill was £31 pound for each repair. That's odd I thought. When I asked them why exactly £31 they couldn't tell me, when asks could I see the bill they wouldn't let me when asked if the repairs had actually been done you guessed it they couldn't tell. I've put in the bill for the 20 hour storage
