I booked a ticket 3 days ago and received the booking confirmation. My credit card has already been charged without any ticket issued. The support team has been very responsive but they just keep on telling me to wait a bit longer for the ticketing department to issue the ticket. I checked the airline website and there are no more flights available on the booked flight date. Because of your delay, there are no more tickets available. I need to be on that flight. I should have booked with the airline itself. I don't have money anymore to get another ticket. I'm worried that I'll get stranded in another country because I'm not sure if I have the ticket or not!

This outfit is on Skyscanner offering up flights that in some cases have long been canceled. It appears to be a fraudulent outfit so beware. I was looking for a flight from DFW to TAO with a stop in FRA in June. Lufthansa has canceled all these flights in early June a few days ago yet they are still offering to take $2394 off your hands. Same goes for many other routes. Apparently they make money from fees and using excuses to keep your money. This is their business model. I would advise steering clear of these scam artists.

I tried to book flights to Thailand 3 times. I found the ideal flights, entered all my details and paid (payment pending on my card) and each time I got a message saying the flights were no longer available. After each failed booking, sky-tours contacted me offering me the same flights with a £1000 price increase. They are known for advertising flights they don't have then offering expensive alternatives. I think they hope people will panic buy. I went elsewhere and would advise anyone else to do the same. If you can't trust them at the start then imagine if you needed some help with something.

I had booked tickets through sky-tours and it possibly the worse service you will find. Avoid it like a plague. They offer insurance for cancellation and when you claim, they make up reasons and tell you that your claims are invalid.
They let me book a transit through USA, when US were not allowing even transit for anyone other than green card holders without sufficient warnings. Despite taking insurance they haven't refunded or given credits stating a sure reasons that I should have checked.
Basically they sold a service without proper warning and calling it that the company can put the policies as they please which was clearly unethical.
Avoid like the plague!

This company is a scam! They kept on delaying our refunds for a number of flights we booked right before COVID1-9 hit in March 2020, and kept on blaming it on the lengthy reimbursement process between them and the airlines. Then, they issued a voucher which expired in December 2021, but never mentioned that it's either this voucher or nothing at all! Now, I'm asking about the status of my refund from the airlines, which I've been asking about since day 1, and they're saying that I've got no right to any more money anymore as my voucher expired! What kind of theft is this?

I do not recommend sky-tours at all.
After flight cancellation due to Covid by airline company, airline company has refund sky-tours, but sky tour did not refund me.
Instead a voucher limited in time that enables to pay only 20% of any new booking price. This is really a shame, I have lost my money!

Sky Tour should be named by the consumer protection agency. They scam people for money.
Absolutely shady business. In my case I had a duplicate flight booked. Airline refunded the agency in full, but sky tour kept all the refund claiming they paid bogus fees that they couldn't provide and invoice for. Lost over $1000. DO NOT USE!

My children are military members. When we tried to book a flight to get my son home for Christmas, my daughter found militaryfares.com and booked a round trip flight. The first leg of his return flight was cancelled due to mechanical issues and no alternatives were offered. He found a flight with Southwest and luckily got back in time to report for duty. Little did I know, Militaryfares.com uses Sky Tours to book their travel. I have been fighting with Sky Tours for 6 weeks for my refund. Frontier won't respond because I didn't book through them.

COVID-19 has been challenging for everybody and I understand that the amount of work most be huge. However my flight was cancelled and I never received an email neither to notify me about this, nor to talk about alternatives, nor to talk about refunds. I have been on hold with no reply for an hour. I was supposed to travel in 2 days! This company is a scam. Book directly with an airline instead.
For months, I have been trying to get a refund from this company after the airline cancelled a flight, and for months they have been claiming the airline has not issued the refund. Yet, people I knew who booked the same flight through different means we're able to get their refund within a week. I even bought a package ensuring I would get assistance if my flight was cancelled to get a refund. They have dismissed my constant request of proof of correspondence with the airline, and tried to push a voucher for 30% off of booking with them as a refund after waiting months for a full refund? Why would I want to spend more money at this company when they cannot issue a simple refund?
What is the point of responsive customer service if the customer is just going to be actively dismissed?
Avoid this company for your sanity's sake.

I booked a ticket with this company and they said my transaction was not approved by the payment company. They asked me to provide identification and credit card number as well as filling out a form with personal information and consent to approve the transaction. But then, after receiving personal information, they said they detected fraud and, therefore, the transaction could go through. The money was removed from my account anyway. They claimed it would be returned within a few days. Then they insisted that I make a bank transfer, which is sketchy enough, considering it's less secure and I never received the initial payment back. I believe they are not trustworthy, which I realized after seeing the reviews of other people in the same situation. Even if the money comes back, I am at a loss of a ticket and had to wait to book a new one. Do not book with this website.

After year and half of waiting for our refund from skytours. Recently found out that airline already returned the refund to Skytours but this agency keep on lying about refund not received. Then they aggred on September 02,2021 to return our money $508.90. When I asked when can we expect our money they said international transfer are closed right now. But all of sudden they sent me a email now saying that refund is given to us already in form of a voucher which is only valid till October 2021. Last year they said they can give refund voucher because they are waiting for money from airline. I never aggred to receiving any voucher because we can't travel because of this pandemic. Now they got the money from airline, but didn't want to return to us. So unprofessional, liars. Again I urge everyone never use this online skytours agency. They are so greedy. I will update if I ever get my money back.

This is a scam don't trust them at all. They scam my ticket money away! I bought it 1st time, they called to say my transaction did not went through ask me to pay again. I was booking a flight on the platform and had received confirmed tickets and itinerary. Subsequently I received an email saying that I had to pay more money if not my tickets would be released claiming that I could not utilise 'early fares'. This felt very much like extortion since they would not honour the price they set for their customers.

I have never had such a bad customer service in my life. First of all, they messed up with the tickets for my parents and only sent half of them. Then, they didn't send the proper booking reference. The email that we sent never got answered. Then, with this whole current situation, the flights of course also got impacted. We sent and email with a few questions, and they only replied one question. We asked again the remaining questions, and again only one question got answered. And the answer was written in a very unprofessional manner. It seems like changing employees are working on those requests and you don't have one real contact person per request. I did a little bit of digging and came across the weirdest explanations and excuses why they don't have a proper customer hotline/service. The only thing you hear is "We are very sorry, but..." "and there is never any attempt to solve the issues.
Tip for consumers:
I would recommend everyone to book rather with Expedia or other well-known services, where you have a real customer service, get compensated if somebody does a mistake, and where people are actually trained.

After months of trying to get a refund (or even rebooking) of three international tickets my family had booked with Sky-tours.com (Andorra) for flights cancelled during COVID, I was informed by Emirates Airlines (the issuing airline) that a refund had already been made. Since I never received anything from Sky-tours.com (now not even responses to emails), I can assume that they have kept my refund for themselves. My only recourse from here is legal. This should be warning enough to stay away from this company.

We booked a flight back in January 2021 (so 18 months ago). That flight was cancelled due to COVID 19. Despite all airlines and agents promising all cancelled flights will be refunded, we still haven't received a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. We contacted Virgin Atlantic who told us that Sky Tours have been paid the refund, yet despite many emails Sky Tours claim they can't provide a refund. They have now provided us with a credit voucher which is no good for us when based in Australia. However, they also have many conditions on the voucher such as can only use the voucher up to 50% of the flight cost etc etc. It really beggars belief and I will never use Sky Tours again. I have no idea how they have managed to get away with this. I am now looking at what legal options we have in the UK as we are talking about $3500.

I've been trying to get a hold of an agent, but there are no phone numbers on your website. You say to fill a contact form with information and you will reply within 24-48hours, and I have been waiting for a week with no response. I need to speak to an agent to reschedule or cancel my flights that are approaching really soon!
