Avoid Sky Tours at All Costs
My sister-in-law bought tickets for herself and her two children from Chicago to Mexico on December 8th. On December 14th, Sky Tours refunded her money without any notice—and for less than she paid. She only discovered the issue at the airport, 15 days later, when the airline said the booking didn't exist.
Sky Tours claimed the flight was full, but the airline confirmed there were still seats available. They didn't offer a solution, discount, or apology. This company is completely unreliable. I'll make sure my family and friends never use them, and neither should you.

I made a mistake of booking tickets for my sisters. At first, they said the payment declined but it went through on my sister's card. Then I realized the system changed the dates and I wanted to correct them. They're not responding to my emails and their line is busy. I am pissed and anxious. We purchased tickets to fly from Washington DC to Nova Scotia in September 2022 and bought travel insurance since my husband has cancer and his treatment was not yet finalized. We were unable to go and filled out all the papers Sky-Tours requested on time. The agent was very solicitous and said we would hear from the insurance company. We inquired regularly and were told we were in the que. Multiple emails and months later (since they have no phone number) we were told they needed our bank information because our credit card had been compromised and replaced. In March 2023 we got a partial refund, short $400. I sent an email asking why so little and how did they reach that amount and have never heard back from them. Insult to injury our bank charged us to receive a wire transfer!

Booked flights London to Madrid with them including seats and luggage allowances. Everything was confirmed by email On the back of this confirmed tours, hotels etc. The following day received this:
Your flight booking was unsuccessful and we were unable to confirm your reservation.
This may have been caused by one of the following circumstances:
• connection failure with the airline reservation system or
• The price is not available anymore or
• The airline withdrew previous confirmation
Do not use this lying thieving bunch of cheats. Beware!

A flight was canceled and 7 months later I'm still not reimbursed. They don't allow phone calls so you can't speak to a representative. They claim they can't send me a check. They also say my bank info does not match theirs so they can't deposit into my account. They were reimbursed from their airline so there is no reason why I should still be waiting.

Beware! They are too good to be true! Just like every other legitimate review, they took my money & 3 days later emailed saying it would be an extra £600 so i cancelled since every other airline or agent we're cheaper. The take too long to respond to emails & never answer the phone. It took another 7 days until the money was returned, only resulting in me having to pay hundreds extra because they held my money. They have no intention of booking for the price advertised at the start! Same s**t different customer: "at this time the airlines is unable to confirm the flights booked by you". It's not how you do business, they need shut down!

Very unsatisfied with the service, communication, availability and updates:
- I booked a flight and received a message that i will be receiving the confirmation to my email, which I never received.
- 6 days of continuous attempt to reach out to customer service. No one answers the phone call.
- After multiple attempts, I was able to chat with a representative online and told that the order has been cancelled.
- Very disappointed and unsatisfied because not only I didn't get the ticket from them, but also, I missed lots of other good deals.
- Still waiting for the refund. Let's see how long it will take.

Bought the ticket 26/2/2020. I should have travelled 25/03/2020 but flight cancelled due to pandemic.
Almost 23 emails and got same copy paste message in last one year.
"we have not received the reimbursement. The settlement period between airline and agencies are not regularly like before. We can not estimate the exact date when we can receive the money, but we are in close touch with the ticketing agent. We will reimburse you as soon as the money arrives in our account. Got confirmation of my booking within less than an hour of making it. Had trouble opening the initial e-tickets sent to me, but agents were quick to respond to my query and e-tickets were sent shortly thereafter. I then also called the airline to ensure that my booking was confirmed with them, which it was. The return Durban - NYC tickets purchased were significantly cheaper than any other travel agent or airline was offering.

My husband booked some flights for our family to Galapagos islands at a great price and after paying online I got a bit nervous and started looking at revs. Panicked when I saw the negative reviews and was expecting all to be a disaster but 15 minutes later we got our confirmation email with a booking ref number and E ticket numbers through LATAM airways. Jumped onto their website and checked the booking, seats seem to be there as booked. Only problem was no baggage was allocated so had to pay an extra $90AUD for 3 people for the 2 flights to the airlines directly but still out in front. Not flying for another 6 weeks so fingers crossed all keeps going ahead as planned, So far cant really fault them to date. Seemed to be lots of good reviews on Trustpilot.

Booking was easy and all went well until I got a message about anadfditional fee. That got me nervous and I thought what is this, is it a scam. For all those looking to book with Sky-tours website. We found sky-tours through various internet searches, and found a great price for a multi-city flight plan. Reading all the reviews (even those from people who never even USED the service) to be generally bad, we were more than a little nervous about paying them. We called our credit card company, the BBB, and local resources and no one had anything bad to say about them. Nothing either way, actually, so we were still unsure about using the website to book. Considering the comments about this company were things like "They don't answer the phone" Or "they are a fly by night outfit", we did some serious research on them. The website has been active since 1999, and the business started then as well. We were able to immediately get someone on the phone and got answers to a few of our questions, quite clearly and intelligently. We took the chance and booked our tickets and within a few (nervous) minutes, we saw a preliminary booking number pop up. We then took this number and checked it against the airline's reservation site directly and there it was! Within four hours, we then had a confirmed reservation directly with the airline, with all the stops we requested and the stay-overs we had planned. This company delivers exactly what they promised, and we will most certainly be using them again for our next flight!

First of all, Sky-Tours quoted me a fare more expensive than what Malaysia Air was (and still is) selling the exact same tickets for. I admit that I share the blame for this, and was billed AUD 672 (Malaysia Air is selling them for only SGD 680 even up till now).
I paid using a credit card, and found out that I was charged AUD 692.16, despite my invoice stating the original AUD 672 (over SGD 50 more expensive than Malaysia Air's fare due to the HIDDEN COST). I initiated a live chat with one of Sky-Tour's Live Chat agents, who merely told me to lodge a ticket in order to complain with Sky-Tours, then pushed all the blame onto my credit card provider (ANZ Bank) for charging an "overseas fee".
Why would I be charged an "overseas fee" of AUD 20.16 in the first place if I was quoted in AUD, and paid in AUD using an Australian credit card?
Perhaps posting a bad review here would finally trigger someone from Sky-Tours to look into the case.
