Don't book with this company, they won't support you when a flight is cancelled. They won't inform you when a flight is cancelled. And even when they acknowledge they've screwed up and left you stranded at an airport, they won't reimburse the last minute flight you're forced to book. Worst company ever. Avoid at all costs, it'll cost you more in the long run, and they'll just point their finger at the airline instead of taking ownership for their mistake. Zero accountability, zero customer service and zero willingness to fight for you.

I booked international tickets and due to unforseen circumstances (covid-19) had to cancel. Upon many requests to verify the amount to be refunded, they informed me that the amount will be much less than expected because a service fee suddenly appeared for each passenger. When I asked for an explanation because no such fee existed upon booking the tickets, they just told me that a detailed invoice can be provided upon request, therefore misleading me as a client. Always ask for detailed invoice and hidden fees. I would advise to stay away!

Dear John M. Unfortunately all Travel Agents if we have to assis a customer nowadays have to charge a service fee even for involuntary service. Our agents can't work for free and can't no longer do anything free of charge. Its a result of the Corona Virus situation.
This is absolutely a scam website! Booked and paid the ticket 2 days ago and today they sent me the Email said the airline is unable to confirm the flights and they have found another alternate airline but need $138 extra which is absolutely bullsh*t! I will never ever use Sky-Tours in my life and guys just be careful!

Horrible Service, they charged my credit card for $1440. 00 a week ago but there is no ticket yet. There is no one to speak to. It looks like this is a scam web site. They kept telling me that my tickets will be issued in few hours but it has been over a week and there is no news. I have no choice but to call my credit Card Visa company and dispute the charges. I just booked with them and discovered that they buried a $50 service fee in the cost of the flights. I approved an amount for flights and taxes. Later I discovered a $50 charge on credit card and called them. They are a company out of Berlin, Germany and the woman simply said it was a customary fee. I replied it is "customary" to declare that in the bill and not combine it with the flight cost. She said I could send them an email if I didn't like it. I will notify my credit card that this is a disputable charge on my account and let them investigate. I only later on discovered on their website another "invoice" which they had not sent to me which declared the $50 fee. I also checked their terms/condition page and it didn't include anything about a service fee. Credit card company said those types of fees get buried sometimes on that page. I had never used a 3rd party tour company that issues airline tickets and now I now I have reason not to continue.

I only came to know from the airport that my flight has been cancelled today. According to the airliness, they have informed all travel agents 2 weeks on the cancellation but there is no notice from your side to inform me. I have send email to your booking department, customers service but no reply. There is no apology or refund or arrange another flight for me. Bad experience and its all bad. Now I am stranded and what is the way that I could get a refund. Totally a scam

Very terrible service. More like a bait and switch scam. They ask you to pay more 24hrs after and I have gone through reviews of other people having exactly the same experience. After you make payment and they issue your receipt and initial confirmation, someone from their sales team emails you to pay more money because flight is sold out, but they would still get you on the same flight. It's unexwsaary headache you don't want to get into, just avoid them altogether.

I can't get my refund since 20 May 2020. I contacted my flight airlines and they said that the money for my ticket were refunded to Sky tours in 8th of October. But Sky tour keep s saying that they can't proceed with refund because they are waiting answered from airlines.
So they basically laying all the time. And steeling money.

Don’t buy tickets. The company is based in Andorra so it’s not EU. It’s a third world country with no customer rights and they will try to avoid giving you refund.

Booked and payed the ticket, told that the e-ticket and confirmation will be mailed in 24 hours. Just a bit before the 24 hours, got a email that I have to pay more that the airlines increased the price. I payed the extra and now I have to wait another 24 hours and hope that they haven't increased the prices again. I really need to get the ticket so I can make the arrangements. All other sites email the ticket and confirmation within the hour. Do yourself a favor and buy it through a reliable site!

This website is nothing short of a scam! They are slow at updating the prices of flights and after you buy them, days later when prices increased and maybe alternatives are not available anymore, they will ask you for more money to confirm the booking.
I bought a flight, during the corona outbreak (which should tell you how much I needed the flight) and they were 20euro cheaper than anyone else... surprise 2 days later they asked for an additional payment of 50euro to confirm my booking and framed it as a proposal to help me... It's all allowed as it is included in the clause you agree to when you buy a ticket from them. Btw, as they might try to spin me as a fake review, my booking number was *******

I contacted Sky-Tours so many times with no response due I couldn't fly because of all this covid19 pandemic. The places that I was trying to visit were not allowing visitors. I contacted them via email as well but they never give me any solution. I contacted each airline and one of them they already refund the money to Sky-Tours and the others they willing to refund to the agency. But like I said before I got no solution yet.

This shady company told me they were waiting for United Airlines to process my refund for 6+ months. I finally contacted UA and found out the refund was processed MONTHS PRIOR! THEY WERE LYING. I demanded my money back and suddenly "no cash refunds are being made for international accounts" (I am in Canada). This was never mentioned once in the 40+ email chain I have with them. Instead they gave me the most ridiculous voucher ever- i can only use 20% of the voucher per flight. Meaning- I have to book 5 flights until October 2022. This is so disgusting and shady- I have told them multiple times I am a student who had to work very hard to just pay for this one flight. Do not purchase flights from them under any circumstances.

Tried to book a ticket, they said my credit card company denied the charge, contacted the credit card company the charge went through. Got a message from Sky tours cancelling my booking, told refund would appear in 3 days, 3 1/2 weeks later still no refund. You can't contact anyone, phone numbers aren't in order anymore.

I just talked to United Airline to check that Sky-tours requested the refund or not. Because they kept telling me that I have to contact United Airline directly to get refund which is totally incorrect. I requested refund since March but I haven't received any refund yet. It's over $4300. United Airline told me they talked to Sky-tours today and they informed United that they refunded me in April which is totally a lie. They delayed 5months already even though they got refund from airlines already.

Owing to the Corona crisis I had to cancel my flight to San Diego at the end of February. I cancelled on time and was informed by Karem that I would be refunded within a certain length of time. This didn't happen and I was then informed that the airline would not refund the sum for 12 months and Sky Tours offered me a rather dubious voucher. I replied that I had no interest in a voucher and wanted my money back when the airline refunded. In the meantime after numerous emails from Alexa I was informed that the airline had refunded the money and that I would be refunded within a couple of weeks. This didn't happen.
I have now received an email from Elizabeth telling me that Sky Tour will not receive any money from the airline for at least 12 months and offering me a voucher yet again. Obviously I have not been told the truth and I believe Sky-Tours is lying and trying to avoid refunding me.
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone

Booked flight home. When I called airline they told me that sky-tours booked a third journey on my journey.
It was unclear who to get my boarding pass with since flight was booked with Iberia for a flight with British Airways.
So I emailed Sky- tours. They ignored me. Never heard back from them.
I contacted them again and was told to check in with British air. OK
Think this is going well? Ah no
So We call British air to get boarding pass because we were not able to book online.
They told us that we needed to check into British air at the airport and show our passport. So... We went earlier to go to counter.
We got tickets. But agent told us there were changes on our ticket/ a rebooking which we did not do. I think this had to do with the 3rd leg of our trip not booked but on our ticket. It was a total aggravation. It was a company I will never ever book through.

Shopped around for best pricing for 6 passengers from EWR to LHR finally came across this website with very good pricing, website clearly indicated that 1pc checked bag included per person, went through the whole booking process got it booked and received email 5 hours later that I will NOT get checked bags and I should agree, called them in the morning after 15 minute holding waiting to get thru to agent with boring music... phone just says try again later, tried again and again no one to even talk to, it took 72 hours for a response via email, with no choice to get my original contract, so when I wrote back to cancel it, and noted them to correct on their website it took another 72 hours to get a reply that they got it canceled! But on website (if I wanna book again) it still shows 1pc checked baggage included.
Be prepared to not get what you order and to get worst customer service I have ever seen!

I'm looking for a multi-destination flight. So as it's a mutlidesination flight it costs a lot and on that website I found a flight for 2100$ which was the best deal I got. I sad awesome and wanted to buy it immediately but then they notified me that the ticket was sold out... The next ticket was for 3000$ almost 1k $ difference so I thought I will look somewhere else. The next day I found the same ticket shown at the website and I tried once again to buy it but it says that it was sold out. After three days now their showing the same ticket and when I try to buy it it says that the ticket was sold and they will direct me to the next ticket without extra charging me but the next ticket is now for 3400$! They cheat on people be carful when you buy your ticket don't even try to look for one from Skytours's website!
