This is a government item to help people that have no money have a tablet or phone to use. Well I had my tablet for awhile and just now my charger literally fell apart. I always keep my charger in a nice neat area the metal piece broke off into the charging hole.

I contacted excess Telecom and unless I could call them which I can't I have no long distance phone, that they couldn't help me. They said I could buy one somewhere yet I have no money.

They have a live chat yet they can't help me there but I have to call which I am not able to

So to warn you they don't care about the customers and they give a product that breaks easily without doing anything to it.
