Your '´claim spécial services ´´ agent is super qualified. She solve one of the issues caused by the errors of the original agent with whom we worked. The others issues could not be solved because the agent is not with Skylux and the Class of our tickets it would cost Skylux $$$ to cancel Economy ticket and offered us business upgrade. I tried reaching our travel consultant yesterday and left a message. Today we tried again, and left a message. Finally called the general number for SL and was transferred to his "cell?". No answer there.
Then we called for anyone to help. We received excellent service. Our regular guy deserves days off but we should be told in the voice mail when he returns to work. We are busy also.
