Got assigned bathroom seats for paying double price of economy tickets.One might just travel economy and be at the mercy of the airline to assign you whatever seats they want. CS is just dilly dallying around!

Ben Pearson, my sales liason told me that I should deal directly with involuntary customer service staff. Dalya was helpful in past but this was wrong dept to solve my needs
I contacted voluntary dept Adelina who was excellent. I had to direct her to check alternative dates even at higher prices and yes they existed Although it cost me $5000 more I was able to resolve all issues that Ben was not able to do
Your compartmentalised system doesn't allow anyone to look at all alternatives to solve a problem
Ben in sales needs to be trained to problem solve not work only with easiest solution
Suggest alternatives even if it Cost more
