I was prescribed glasses for the first time in October and I got some through my eye doctor but wanted a second pair just in case I lost the others or forgot them at home. It was really easy to order from their website and they had a great deal so I saved a ton of money. I think I spent less than $20! They had a great promotion going on at the time. The glasses came fairly quickly and are extremely well made. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be ordering more soon!
It's been 8 days and my orders for both pairs of glasses says unfulfilled still! I paid a $#*! ton of $$$ to have these glasses express shipped to me and they're not even fulfilled?!?!?!? Contacted cust service and they're just giving me the runaround. Complete BS.
The glasses I got are just as advertised and they fit well. Customer service was pretty decent to deal with. The reason for my score was that it took over 2 months to receive them. Overall my experience was alright.

Different Color and Wrong Prescription.
I've ordered Black and they've sent me Gold rims. The left lens prescription made me feel off centered and dizzy.
When I asked them for a refund they said they will not refund me my shipping costs.
I will not do business with them again. They have the nerve to ship me the wrong product on my costs and expect me to be okay with it. What kind of business is that? Horrible customer service.

Glasses came in a timely manner. They are cute, but feel cheap and the ear piece makes my ears itch like crazy! Never had this happen in the 50 years I've worn glasses. Thus, I hardly wear them.

I was surprised, and very disappointed to have the LOGO engraved on the actual lenses. I tried everything to remove it, but was unsuccessful. What was the reason of the logo "SLLAC" written in bold letters deeply engraved on the lense? I'll NEVER order from them again!

I entered in my prescription correctly and the glasses I received back were completely unwearable. They gave me horrible headaches. I contacted them and never got a response. Never using again

The glasses I ordered was cheaply made and lasted 48 hours before the lenses popped out and the arm screw came out.

You don't get to talk to a person. They get back to you hours later and it's a computer. Don't waste your time and money.
Caused by 2019-nCoV, Our supplier chain and logistic was pending for 4 weeks, now the good news is our lab has recovered to 70% of its usual performance, and it may take 2-3 weeks to recover to 100%. Most of the pending orders have been finished manufacturing and be sent to our Michigan warehouse and it's expected to distribute to our kind people in 2-3 days.
