I like the way it is easy to navigate and it always keeps up with your interest. I have been a user of this site for over 5 years and I am always impressed with it.

Stay away from this company, if can find any other option, take it. I had my w-4 mysteriously altered to take away half my paycheck in addition to taxes. They refused to fix stating I must've made a mistake. I was told this complaint has come up with others, so they or their payroll company is taking ppls money

I tried to post job opening for my company. Not so simple. They want you to have and jump through hoops that I've never had to with any other company. They make it a job itself to post a job on their site. Ignorant requests for information that shouldn't be necessary for trying to find help. Waste of time.

I have been using Snag for several months. I don't have a problem with the referral process or their assessment of potential applicants. HOWEVER, it is March 23,2020 in the midst of the covid. 19 pandemic. We closed our business out of social responsiveness. I contacted them today for suspension of my contract. They agreed to give me a percent off my next bill, that they "weren't able" to adjust my contract.

Tip for consumers:
Hello Jo,

Thank you for reaching out to us about your account.

First and foremost, we are happy that your employees are safe and are following quarantine restrictions.

Because your business is important to us, we have issued a 50% credit for one month of service fees ($39.50) which will be used against your next charge in light of the current circumstances.

We are hopeful that this credit will offer some relief. Unfortunately, we are not able to temporarily suspend an annual contract

This is a great site for people looking to enter the workforce. The majority of the jobs listed do not require much experience but at the same time, the offerings are not a bunch of bogus ads. Legit places looking for good people.

They post jobs that actually aren't available, never received a response from anyone, and when I checked directly with an employer on one job that was posted, I was told such a position was never actually posted. My advice, don't waste your time with this site.

We contracted with PeopleMatter to handle onboarding of employees. The site promised a ton of features- but after several months, we reduced the service with them to just onboarding- many of the other features they said they were "working on" or great- just never cam to fruition or ever worked in the first place. We contacted them in March requesting a hold on our account so we could work through Covid- we have several restaurants. PeopleMatter offered a 1/2 month off. Thats it. We asked to suspend our account- they refused. We asked to terminate- but they said we were before our renewal date- but within 60 days- so they charged us for the entire year. We called, emailed many many times- when a person got back us- they said" what can I help you with"? They care clueless. We ended up terminating our account and will never go back. During this time PeopleMatter was purchased by Snag a JOb- another company having many poor reviews. These people suck.

You only hear from them when is time to renew your contract, they say they will work with you if you are in trouble during Covid times but if you are under contract they don't (see other reviews). They don't stand behind their product.

They don't send notifications about jobs you have applied for. Sometimes when you go to apply for a specific job, it says that you can't apply for this job because you don't meet the requirements for the job, when I verywell did.

I requested Snagajob/PeopleMatter to put my account on hold while my business was closed for two months due to the coronavirus. They refused to work with me at all. I was planning on continuing to use this company, but I will never work with them again. Terrible service!

I just completed an application for a job where "employer actively reviewing applications." The application included my social security number. When I had wasted 20 minutes doing the application and submitting, I received a message: Posting expired, but we have other listings you may be interested in. This effort was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. Never again!. I am going back to Indeed.

This is a total scam. We created ONE account with Snagajob, they created a second account. We canceled our account, but noticed we kept getting billed after we canceled. We asked for a refund, they refunded us one month, but not the other... And it's a total mess. They say we didn't pay for the other month, but it's on our credit card statement! DO NOT USE SNAGAJOB!

I've literally seen some 10 year old kids code html far better than whatever inbred troglodyte created this inane grotesquery! From the application process without a proper end-review ability and incorrect or missing html links, to the tax forms at the end of the application process where the fields on the final forms are incorrectly marked (before you sign that they are correct UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY!), this site is an exercise in buffoonery, incompetence, and hair-pulling frustration on the part of the user! My new employer was obviously conned by some slick, sleazy salesperson into using this site for the entire hiring process. The drooling durpaduhrs who created this abomination of a website are good only at making people bleed from the back end! This unholy chancre sore on the internet contaminates time-space by its mere existence!

Tip for consumers:
Tell any potential employer that they are being screwed sideways by these scam artists!!!

I believe Snagajob discriminates against older workers. It apparently doesn't matter if you have experience, are flexible, and accept the pay rate and hours--they don't want you.

I would rather stick to Indeed. I apply on snagajob and most of the emails i get back are scams. Its annoying. They need to have a better way of detecting scam accounts

So, this place asks for your whole entire social security number. Nut just the last four digits, the whole entire thing. That's so risky for identify theft! I highly do not recommend it.

While I'm bombarded multiple times a day with emails from SnagAJob with job opportunities, majority of the time they are openings that either don't actually exist once I click to be linked to the opening on their website or they're full blown scams. Two examples: first, I get an email at 10am about a variety of open roles with Amazon. When I click to see these openings, they aren't actually there. Furthermore, I check Amazon's actual job board and they haven't been hiring at all. Second example, I kept getting email after email after email for WEEKS with a job opening from the Post Office. When I finally check it out and go through the application, it asks me to pay $40 in "admin fees" to have my application processed. When I look into this matter, turns out this is a fairly common scam website posing as a post office job board. SnagAJob DIRECTLY directed me to this job application.

I could've had my payment method compromised, leading to the potential loss of thousands of dollars in my bank account, all because SnagAJob doesn't vet through scam openings. I've also never heard back from a job when I applied via SnagAJob, but have heard back from the same jobs when I've applied on the actual company's job board. Snag is a waste of time and honestly dangerous if you're not internet savvy. Don't waste your time.

Tip for consumers:
My biggest tip: don't use it at all. You're better off on even Facebook Jobs than this questionable, useless website.
