Snag Tights

I love that Snag makes so many colors and patterns of tights and that their models represent so many different kinds of bodies. However: their claim to have tights for everyone is false. I've tried three different sizes now and they all sag in the crotch and slide right off of my butt. It's the classic "big and tall" problem: some people are tall and not "big". The waist is huge and the rise is too short. I ended up cutting most of them into stockings and use a garter belt to hold them up. The striped tights and the mock-garter tights are the only ones that stay up ok as tights.

I think the quality of the tights is "ok." The striped tights are better than the Leg Avenue ones and other similar brands that are intended as costume and not daily wear.

The sizing is ridiculously inconsistent between styles and the site does not tell you this. Their printed tights like the halloween skeletons would barely go past my knees. When I contacted customer service, they said that it was necessary to "pull and break" the designs to get the tights to stretch out. Even after doing this--resulting in massively shattered and distorted graphics--they didn't fit. The wool ones ran really short and I couldn't wear them. Their caramel-colored "darker nude" color is one of the only ones I've found that matches my skintone, but if they're going to just slide completely off my butt: what's the point?

Some of my orders took MONTHS but I received them all and did get emails back when I asked where my order was/when it would be arriving.

I get really frustrated seeing their ads. I wish they'd do better.

I was super excited to try snag tights. I'd read reviews and recommendations that they Re true to size. The models are a range of body types and I saw similar women of my size wearing the tights.

I am a size 20-22 and 5'3. I have a large tummy, small bum and thin legs. I ordered F short and started with 2x120d and 1x80d black tights. The quality was lovely, thick, soft and there was a lot of stretch.

But this is where the problem lies. There is too much stretch. Considering I ordered short and true to size, I was pretty surprised that there was so much material gathering around my knees and ankles. I could live with that if the tights didn't roll down so much. Walking any distance, the tights just fall down.

I thought, perhaps this is vanity sizing and ordered two more pairs in an E, vanilla marshmallow and milk bottle. But I had exactly the same problem. Gathering of material, and the rolling down. Its super embarrassing losing your tights in the middle of work or a social event!

Would I recommend? Possibly. I know others have not had this experience, but for me, trying the two sizes around my actual size, spending upwards of £60 and it not working out, is quite frustrating.

Order took a little longer to get but that was not their fault. We got them just in time for the holidays and was very pleased with the fit and quality.

Ordered several items, great quality and timely delivery (with a slight delay, but properly communicated), very satisfied

1- The order took nearly 3 weeks to reach me.
2- The sizing was WAY off, ordered two pairs. Tried to try on one and couldn't get them past my knees. So...
3- Was told that the "worn" pair could not be returned, but I could return the other pair /at my own cost/
4- The cost to ship 16 oz of tights back across to the UK starts at $35...
5- The feel of the tights was so rough and scratchy I'm sure I would have hated them had I been able to get them on.
Lesson learned, buyer beware indeed.

Even though the customer service is very good, the quality of the tights is very poor. The threading at the bottom of leg (upper knee) comes undone and rolls up. I got one pair replaced but then my other pair did the same thing.

So I placed my order some 5 weeks ago & obviously had the audacity to chase up the order to be told that there is a supply & demand problem? I was advised that there will be a further 4-5 week awaiting! That practically takes us into mid August by which time the intended use of the product fot this year will not happen. Would not recommend this company. Use another like curvature- at least they do supply their products in reasonable timescales. Snagtights you are a disgrace. Your website should show when products are out of stock instead you take customers monies & expect them to wait almost 3 months! Imagine the interest they are making on your monies ladies!

Took ages to get to Australia.
Ordered them at the start of Winter didn't get a reply until end of Summer.
Never arrived. Eventually got a refund.
They are NOT an Australia based company regardless of them calling themselves Snagtights.au.
Do not buy if you live in Australia, they ship from Scotland and it takes 6 months for them to get to you, if they actually arrive!

SnagTights is not a safe company for people of color or really anyone saying anything critical of them. If you speak up, they will send people to harass and deplatform you while maintaining a false anti-bullying stance.

I ordered three pair of tights from this company as I loved their designs. For two weeks I was told the items were shipped and in transit. Another week passed and I inquired again about my order. I was told the items were lost but they would be happy to resend the items. I requested they resend the items. After a time I got an email stating I would have to re-order the items (which had a price increase). At this point I felt they were doing a bait and switch so simply asked for a refund which I have yet to receive.

I ordered my snag tights on the December 3rd, it's now the 30th and my order has been put on hold "Due to unforeseen circumstances" and hasn't even been shipped, no idea when I'll get my tights. And the nonsense that they're in the UK and it takes awhile is BS, I buy from other UK companies constantly and they never give me such bad service and don't take forever to ship. I'm going to try and contact customer service but based on the comments below I doubt that'll end well.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I ORDERED WEEKS AGO. FINALLY CONTACTED SUPPORT. GET TOLD THE PACK WAS LOST AND ISSUED A REFUND. THE REFUND NEVER CAME. NOTHING BUT EXCUSES FROM THEM. THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Absolutely horrible service, The CEO is a literal child. Please save your money and put it in the pockets of people worthy. Wont be shopping here EVER again

They are quick to take your money and then forget to send your order. They are based somewhere in another country, so there is really nothing you can do to recover your money.
