Snag Tights

They keep bringing out new ranges, while some of their things such as bras and pants have been out of stock for months, and it isn't worth just ordering one thing because of the high postage costs so I usually give up after looking at the website.

I was really excited about Snag tights. The advertising is great and seems so inclusive but I ordered a pair of fishnets and received a completely different style. They tore twice while I put them on for the first wear. Major disappointment.

First time I've seen tights with no toe re enforcement! First pair holed. Cut and filed nails short. Next 3 pairs still holes even when wearing them baggy on the foot. Sick of sewing them as can't throw out them due to high cost in first place! Gutted as they fit nice too.

The only tights I'll ever buy! For the first time in my life, I've found the perfect tights for every occasion. Short, chubby girls no longer have to make due with "pantyhose" that are too long and too tight--and that snag after the first wear.

Snag Tights hold up! You can wear them again and again and again! And their size guide is spot on! I'm never afraid I'll get the wrong size.

One last thing: they have a million (well, almost) sizes and colors, for business or casual. So much fun, and they feel so good!

The fabric is soft, super stretchy and really comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. I'm a size 18 and their size guide has worked for me. Now looking to try some winter tights, so many to choose from!

I love, love, love this company. Finding cute plus sized tights in a variety of colors and patterns AND that also fit well has been difficult, if not impossible. Until I found Snag Tights.
I will say in it's earlier years, the shipping did take forever, mostly for the pre-orders and seasonal releases. However, the company has improved on this greatly.
I haven't had much need for customer service help, but when I have reached out I have found the service to be timely, courteous and helpful. I have recommended Snag Tights to many friends and will continue to do so.

I ordered 2 pairs last year and I love them! Not sure why the negative reviews on here. They fit wonderfully, are soft and durable. Look good on all different body shapes. I wore them all through last fall and winter and they are still holding up. These are literally the best tights I've ever purchased. Love them!

Love the products but I am so upset with the costumer service. The products really do fit all body types and are beautiful. However after this encounter I don't think I can continue to use this company. The issue is that I reached out a week ago to ask them to pause or cancel my purchase so my sister could add some tights and then we can get free shipping. I got no response until today when I told them nevermind please do not refund the account and I didn't not verify anything to move forward. The next thing I know I have a refund notification and I am getting no tights. This is unacceptable and I am livid. Now after I asked them to undo their mistake they are not responding. So disappointing and upsetting. Great products but shifty people.

I absolutely adore Snag Tights. Them and Sourpuss, have the best CS ever! Great fit, and omg the styles for this goth woman.Cs, is just amazing! They, not me, thought my order was taking to long to get to me, and THEY reached out to me. They got here really quite quickly. They replaced a very late order for me, not their fault. When the original order got here, I was told to just keep it. Us Goths love our Snags!

I ordered previously and the two pair of tights were okay, a little scratchy but decent. Ordered again and everything, (in the same size,) was too big, too long, and just wrong. I have been going back and forth with various people in customer service. They contradict one another in the same thread. The end result is I would have to ship them to Scotland for 50-75$ even though they have an office in USAmerica. I'm never buying from them again.

These shorts are perfect under short skirts & are so comfortable & cool, even in our harsh Australian summers. I have a couple of pairs & am about to grab some more in ither colours. I highly recommend these.

I have been fortunate to have stumbled upon Snag tights! This is my 2nd winter I'd being able to recycle the tights again. I am happy that they wear well, wash wear (using a hosiery care bag, and without). The fit for me wears well because my main flaw is my stomach. I'm not sure of the other complaints but I'm very satisfied and 97% of my shopping is online.

I have been ordering tights from them for a few years, and generally they're good tights. But recently I was sent a completely wrong item in my order. I risked ordering a dress, and they sent me a pantsuit. Now they're saying I have to pay the return shipping for their mistake. The dress was $69, plus shipping to return it overseas? Even though they sent me the wrong item? That's unacceptable.

I ordered tights a month ago and they have not arrived but I've been charged. I've not had any response to my messages to them asking where they are. Not impressed. Nice to know they took my money then ignored me.

My experience with snag tights is the worst I have ever had. I ordered 8 pairs, one was missing, one pair had a massive ladder as soon as I put it on, and there were no less than 5 different real sizes all with the same supposed tag size ranging from "doesn't go over my knees" to "can sit on top of my shoulders". So far the company has refused to give me a refund. They offered one refund for the pair with the runs but I cannot return the others because I opened them, and they refuse to acknowledge that these ridiculous sizing issues and the overall atrocious quality constitutes a fault. It took *three days* and my messaging them in Instagram, Facebook, and twitter just to get them to agree to refund a single pair. This has been beyond awful. They are clearly happy to scam their customers

I ordered two pairs of shorts from them in May. There was nothing on the site, or during my checkout that indicated that the shorts were not currently stocked. I'm still waiting on my order to even be sent out to ship, they claim my order was a "pre-order". They have not given a a new estimate of when they might restock and ship the shorts (the first said 30 working days or less).

Why advertise and accept money for products you don't have and don't intend to stock unless you're running a scam?

I've ordered from this company 4 times and have yet to have a problem with them. Shipping took 11 days to get me (I live in NYC) and all my orders were correct. I love how they fit, very easy to get on. I have very thick thighs and that's usually my issue with other hosiery, but I have zero struggle with these. Be careful if you have long nails, you might poke a hole in it, especially if they are sheer or putting them on with jewelry because it might get caught and snag the tights. Other than that, their selection of colors, textures, and sizes are great and the cost is definitely affordable. My favorites are the variety of fishnets, mock garters, and opaques. Really makes all my outfits come alive and allows me to wear my legs out without feeling self conscious. Amazing for chub rub.

Hi,not really a moan about your fantastic tights,as I havd slways loved them and will always buy them.My moan is the delivery company you use,I ordered these tights last week as yes I was promised a 5 day delivery and yes I got it.The problem was that working full time I knew that I wouldn't be home for delivery,but wasn't concerned as all my deliveries in the past are so small they fit through the letter box.Yesterdsy however I recieved an email to say my delivery was missed by me and would re deliver the next day.So I've taken a day off work only to find that the driver today put through the letter box,why oh why wasn't this done yesterday.As I said not a moan about the fab snags,I love them and so glad I finally got them.

I've got good and bad here.

The good:
Tights and chub shorts are good quality.
Customer service is responsive through Facebook

The bad and ugly:
I bought a skirt and found the quality lacking- three loose threads, holds wrinkles, looks cheaper than target. When I attempted to return I was told I could but would have to send it back to the UK warehouse (even though there is one in Texas!) at my expense. When I showed them that my cheapest option for shipping back was $27 (on a $55 item) I was told I must be wrong and could find a cheaper way to ship but also I must have tracking. This was USPS first class and they kept acting like first class meant something expensive. It was the cheapest option for me across USPS, UPS, and FedEx. I was told they would look into it for me but they returned and again said I must be wrong and there must be a cheaper option and to ship it back to the UK.

So- friendly and responsive customer service with no power to actually help consumers in any way. Maybe order some tights, but don't spend more than you are willing to eat because returns are a joke.
