While Snap Deal used to be a fantastic source for affordable goods, things have changed. I've successfully ordered over 9 items from them in the past, but now the prices have become quite expensive.
After awaiting for 3 weeks chest of drawers and no feedback from Snapdeal, they just simply offered to refund monies after none delivery. Totally unprofessional company, $#*!ing useless customer care with automated message selection.
Snapdeal won't refund your money if the product is out of stock during exchange. Please purchase any thing on your own risk. Unprofessional company. You can't connect to customer care as well.
It is nearly 2 months, i have not been delivered the product of refunded the money.

I order 2 nos of same model kemei trimmer in Snapdeal but igot only one. 1 week over still they is no response, for every 2 days they call and say we are enquiring. I ordered in Snapdeal as it is indian company instead why going to Amazon as it is foreign company. But Snapdeal proved about indian company is worst and go to foreign company. Hereafter I will never place order in Snapdeal.
I bought a HP15 ac101TU notebook through snapdeal. There was that back to campus offer of extending warranty with some accessories at a discount payment of Rs. 1500, as per snapdeal and hpshopping.in/btc2016. I did all the required formalities including the payment. It has been more than 5 days, I got no clue of the offer. When I mailed to the redemption cell... one of their executive replies with some offer charging me some Rs. 5000. I am feeling like being cheated. Snapdeal... you only advertise for their offers or even care for that service is reaching to the customer or not... I saw the ad of offer at ur site... so you hold equal responsibility for this torture.
It all started when I wanted to buy a DVD for my Xbox One Gaming Console. I usually go for Sites such as Flipkart or even Amazon. I decided to try Snapdeal out for one time and believe me, it was horrible. It was going well until it reached the nearest hub(I have no idea were that is). Next day it said it was out for delivery(I'm a guy who tracks all my orders). I was quite excited and decided to stay at home to purchase it. But no call or anything came. I was quite disappointed but it had happened to me one time with Flipkart as well.It said that the first delivery attempt failed. Next day same thing happened. And after that as well. It said that all delivery attempts were failed and order was canceled. Snapdeal Suck soo bad. I'm sure it was the fault of the courier as they were not even trying. They couldn't give a $#*! to call me. Stupid freaks. Never buy anything from Snapdeal if you are not from Mumbai or Delhi or Kolkata.
I had ordered mens vest got the wrong product and instead of refund they asked to courier the product to their Wearhouse from my own pocket. Da** guys with shi* policy.

Snapdeal very bad company, I order 2 palazzos last month 04/04/2023,first delivery date 16/04/23,today 06/05/23 still not recevie, the past one month they change 4 time delivery time. 4 time I send complants through help centre, each time computer showing you get reply within 48 hours, but still I never get any mail from snapdeal, I will try many time contact through telphone, there is no optation. I am leaving aboard, so I suggest people who stay outside india never book snapdeal.

Please dont purchase from snap deal. I have applied for refund a month back for a park avenue tshirt. They says they didnot receive it back as it already picked by the courier a month back. I call the customer care so many times. First they were telling that they got the item due to the system error its showing "pickup failed" and i will get my refund within four days. But nothing happened. When we call the customer care theyalways says you will get a call regarding this issue in 24 hrs. But it never happens. I lost my 480 rs and i spend at least 150rs in this one month period to talk to the customer care. Very PATHETIC service. So please remember while order anything from snapdeal there is no chance of refund.

Regretfully, I have to inform you that I just received my recent Order ID: *******7560 is faulty. The mobile Panasonic eluga marine blue has the issue of start up. Its neither starting nor getting charged.
The earlier order ID *******5479 panasinic eluga champaign gold was also received faulty and still pending for refund.
Now, I think that the material supplied through Snapdeal is worst in quality and snapdeal has no control in quality check. No doubt, both the seller and snapdeal together are misleading and cheating the customer.
They delivered fake product and not replaced or refunded amount till date... I wrote many mails and tried to contact but no response... They are cheaters...

Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased Nike shoes on June 2,2019, as they have sent the wrong shoes and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care. Hopeless service and these people are spam, I think I need to complain about consumer court. Snapdeal is a big spam. A big Zero rating.

Very bad service of snapdeal I buy one micromax 50 inches led from Snapdeal site he is not able to satisfied to the customer. He taken 15 days and commit to customer but finely not dispatched the product.
Spacialy his customer service is very bad and he don't have knowledge how to provide the solution to the customer every time repeating the same word to the customers.

I had several horrible experiences with Snapdeal. They don't know what is reliability and professionalism. I ordered for a T shirt, and on receiving it, realized the size is smaller than required and opted for replacement. It kept on rescheduling for pick up for almost several days and after complaining so many times one expressbees Rep picked up the item, but for three days it didnt show on the app that the item was picked up. They dont give any sort of acknowledgement on receiving the pick up. Finally due to some network error they couldn't update the pick up, so again complained to snapdeal customer service. Then pick up was rescheduled to ecom for pick up. After several follow up someone came to pick up, but no acknowledgement as before. Now it has been three days after pick up, but still not updated as picked up. What a pathetic service. I have decided that i will never deal with snapdeal.

It's high time that Snapdeal to review their reliability and promptness in dealing with customers. Customer support team are very poor and they don’t know their job. Also they must choose reliable courier partners instead of dealing with such unreliable courier partners, or they should instruct the courier partners to give an acknowledgement slip mentioning time and date on picking up the returned item, also to ensure updating it on the system immediately or atleast on the same day.

Actually ZERO Star Rating. My sincere advice to people... Please do not buy anything from Snapdeal... They have the worst sales and support... The customer service reps don't understand what we say... They own the company " Vulcan Express" through which they deliver the products and they don't have any coordination with them. Extremely poor services provided by Snapdeal. Even they don't bother weather the costumer is facing problems. I haven't received my packet with in promised date. This is the worst experience. Snapdeal does not sell fake products. Their products are genuine. I bought a Syska brand power bank from Snapdeal for below INR1000. The product is sleek and sturdy. The power bank is for ******* mah, and with one full charge, it recharges my mobile multiple times. The product was exactly the same as shown on the Snapdeal website, and the packaging too was good. The product came with a six month warranty.
It's been quite a few months that I've been using this power bank and I'm fully satisfied with my purchase.

There is no way the high end shoes listed on their website are genuine. They are selling Adidas Originals(NMDs, Stan Smiths) for 3-4k and have the audacity to say all products they sell are 100% genuine when asked so. Stop selling fakes and scamming people Snapdeal.

I have ordered a Microwave from Snapdeal and was scheduled to be delivered on 5th of Nov saturday through Bluedart. On the same afternoon I got a message from Bluedart that my shipment is on hold while got a message from Snapdeal on the same evening that "bluedart is attempted to deliver at my premise and no one was available". That is a fake excuse from snapdeal and i was available through out the day. The staus of Snapdeal and Bluedart is also not same.
