While Snap Deal used to be a fantastic source for affordable goods, things have changed. I've successfully ordered over 9 items from them in the past, but now the prices have become quite expensive.
After awaiting for 3 weeks chest of drawers and no feedback from Snapdeal, they just simply offered to refund monies after none delivery. Totally unprofessional company, $#*!ing useless customer care with automated message selection.

Snapdeal has never sold me fake or a counterfeit item. I don't think so as I have never received any fake product from Snapdeal. In my last many orders with Snapdeal, I never found any item sold by them to be counterfeit or fake stuff. I have ordered more than 25-30 times in the last 2 years and in all price ranges between 100- 10,000. Recently, I ordered a Bosch pressure washer and WD external hard disk and they are not just original, in fact they are very useful. I got them with a great deal from Snapdeal. Before buying them, I compared them across all the Indian Ecom portals, however, Snapdeal was giving them at very low prices so I quickly grabbed them. Additionally, I got one coupon from their spin the wheel game. In conclusion, Snapdeal is a trustworthy ecommerce app and it's the only Indian digital app that sells a variety of products. Moreover, Snapdeal is a marketplace where sellers sell their products so, if anyone has any issue with the product, they can directly raise a return request via the Snapdeal App. They have no question asked policy. Snapdeal also allows a user or an individual to report a fake item to their team in the recently launched program by them (I don't remember the name), and their team takes action post reviewing it internally.

I ordered nike shoes from snapdeal on COD cost around 2500. It ll reach to me on time. But the size ws small so I retured dem with one size bigger. As in my order status dey r showing the product ws deleivered its been more dan 2 months I didnt get my shoes. I mailed snapdeal about my prblm more dan 20 times always reply me, we ll back to you after 2 or 3 days. But still not able to sove the problm. So wat ll I do

My Snapdeal shopping experience always lead to blunder never get what I had ordered even not on time. I appeal to look out on their services it's better.
This is in regard to your complaint ******* against order number *******4899.It's the worst site ever seen till now, its a great fraud, whenever i bought stuffs from snap deal, they provide with defective one so i have to exchange and get a new one but this time i bought a blue blazer of rs 1450 and when they provided me with a defective one i asked them to return and refund my money, its been more than 15 days, neither they have refunded money nor they return the product, when i talked to supervisor, he clearly told me that i wont be given refund or product return, snapdeal has become so stubborn that they are openly revealing their fraudism and stealing customer's money, every day i call them and lost my balance getting a proper solution but they make excuses, so its my request to innocent people kindly don't buy product from snapdeal they just meant to cheat people. Peoples can checkout the cases on snapdeal, they have cheated a lot of people not just me they are habituated to stealing ours money.
I haven't recieved my refund of Rs 99 as yet. Although these people claim that they have already refunded the said amount on 13. 12. 16. I have already send my bank statement showing no refund. Inspite of repeatative reminders I have not recieved the Transaction Id from their side although they have claimed of the refund. Inspite of continous queries there is no respond from their side.If they have really refunded why aren't they providing me the transaction Id. This is cheating. The net result is my harassment. In such situation I will be compelled to approach consumer forum.
I bought mobile back cover but right on time of delivery they said my address is not in service area but before that I was bring some item that all reached. It means they said lie.

Second time the most horrible experience in online shopping (first time was also snapdeal). The delivery boy gaurav phone no. *******636 given as per snapdeal has not even came once to deliver the item but it shows 3 failed attempts already... I needed the book consumer behaviour for my group project but because of the delivery boy I have suffered alot. I called the delivery boy atleast 40 to 50 times since 23rd Aug 2017 but he did not pick my call even once I called him on the other no. Also but no response... I even called him on whatsapp also... the customer service does not even have the option of talking to the operator for any complaint... I sent a complaint on the feedback also but I didn't get a proper response. Now I cancelled the order and reordered it the price of the book became rs. 662(free delivery) to rs. 735 (including delivery charges)... really disappointed n disgusted with sd... now I'm never goina order on sd, after 2 bad experiences

I have been using snapdeal for online shopping for last 2 years and the customer service that they are providing are really awesome. The quality of products is also upto the mark.
I must inform to every one that Buying furniture from snapdeal could be very risky as because i have purchased a Crystal Furnitech Wego King Size Hydraulic Storage Bed and the whole bed delivered by snapdeal is defective.
Snapdeal team is regularly postponing the replacement of bed from 2 months of my purchase and after 2 months they are directly denying to help me.
Moreover they are saying once you have purchased a furniture, you can not replace it.
They are providing worst service, such a cheap seller snapdeal is.

I get good deals here. I have also had good experience in the returns and replacement of products. The 7 days money back policy is great and makes me worry free.
There is one Team Leader over there in Customer support his Name is RAJVENDRA... that fallow took first 50 min to think that. He is there to take a high Escalation call. N later also he pull out the wire of LAN from the system and even did not try to Arrange a Call back. And that Idiot agent AKASH whom i asked to transfer the call.
