While Snap Deal used to be a fantastic source for affordable goods, things have changed. I've successfully ordered over 9 items from them in the past, but now the prices have become quite expensive.
After awaiting for 3 weeks chest of drawers and no feedback from Snapdeal, they just simply offered to refund monies after none delivery. Totally unprofessional company, $#*!ing useless customer care with automated message selection.
Customer service experience is very good. Process of contacting them is very smooth. Resolution at the earliest is their priority. Really love Snapdeal.

The product is worst, waste of money. After first wash itself color is gone away. Cant wear due to colors gone in many places its became white dots in all places. Waste of money.
Snap deal saling fake products. Before I place the order I saw this sticker. I want wallpaper sticker. But they give me very poor of quality sticker. Sticker print not visible. Very poor quality. Very bad experience for me. I never ordered again.

They are asking Easy Return Policy... But i say its very very difficult policy to return the item...
I had purchased F Gear Black Solid Duffle Bag but didn't like the item that's why i want to return the bag. And I received the call from Snap deal customer service and tell him that i didn't like the item that i received please exchange it and i want to book to new bag from our website and if any price differences is there i will pay the differences but the customer care executive totally denied from that, I am one of the regular customer of your website but i didn't know the if i didn't like the product they will never return the item...
But i didn't face this type issue from from other e-commerce website like flipkart etc... they will easy accept the product the return which i didn't like...

I brought the product form snapdeal, the product was too good on delivery and on usage too, but after 2-3 days wash the quality of the dress becomes weaker

Well i have ordered lipstick but shade was not right so i have returned the product and it was so smooth and i got all my money back, thanks snapdeal for being honest and returning my product
