While Snap Deal used to be a fantastic source for affordable goods, things have changed. I've successfully ordered over 9 items from them in the past, but now the prices have become quite expensive.
After awaiting for 3 weeks chest of drawers and no feedback from Snapdeal, they just simply offered to refund monies after none delivery. Totally unprofessional company, $#*!ing useless customer care with automated message selection.
Snapdeal is most fantastic and trustworthy e-commerce portal, where you can ordering branded products from here. Not even a single time we got any bad quality or any chance of complaint regarding the products that will make trustful shopping app. Mostly I m ordering any online product so my first choice is snapdeal. I will give 5/5 rating for the snapdeal in all terms, so it's related to product or service or anything... keep it up great work.

I had posted one of my issues with regards to my grievance with snapdeal. To top it off there custommer care has become a total harassment. There is no option on automated system to speak to customer care executive. The help Centre has laid down set of queries which puts them in a non committal position. If u have any other issue u are not given an option to write it. Guys please think before u shop from this fraudulent site.
My family and I liked the product very much, although the packing was a very good, there was no harm, it was delivered on time and marvelous when lightened, thank you very much, we will follow your other items and advice everyone.

I used this medium to save time and money. When when I have received the product, it is not working properly and customer service says that I need the go to service center because vendor (micromax) has delivered the phone, and snapdeal is just a medium of purchase. Very bad experience, I have paid full amount and now I search for service center, waste my time and money and headache that I have received used phone... snapdeal is only interested in earning... they don't care for their customers
I had purchased an order of mop in Snapdeal mobile application. The one I received is the different than it shows in the picture. However, I was not happy with the delivery and initiated a return request of the Order. They have not sent their courier person to collect the defective order wherein they updated saying that I need to return it to their warehouse. It's absolutely ridiculous and obscure of doing of business by Snapdeal, the company is not following the return policy wherein it's documented by itself, the Snapdeal company does not stand on the right business principle. The reason I'm writing this is to aware the people how does certain fraternity of online trading company doing the unethical business to earn the money. Don't trust such company and refrain away to buy the product from such online shopping.

They r not at all trust worthy. Cash back not credited by them. I had to fight fr it fr almost 3 Months. Finally I dealt with indusind bank direct n got the cash back. Today I ordered three shampoos. One came with perfect packing. Other 02 were leaking with no replacement. Snapdeal refused to replace. So be careful. Last I tried to order mobile phone at 2357 hrs with instant bank discount which was applied but at the end of transaction was declined by them very disappointed
There are sellers who sell duplicate and non authentic products under the name of reputed companies. I had brought the matter to notice of the site customer support as I was sold a Transcend Ram 4BG, which was made by another company and not any companies listed by transcend, the packing was also seemingly real.
Even after making the complaint, they did not do anything about it. They were not able to send me an original product, rather they cancelled my deal.
I bought one Combo of two sunglasses from snapdeal. On delivery one sunglass was missing. I communicated in different ways. Their courrier came and picked up. Over phone they committed that they would send again the complete package. Now they have cancelled the order.
This was completely cheating with customers. Money time and efforts lost behind snapdeal.

I have order Shuttle rackets combo pack and received damaged products. After two days followup they have taken back product and said the quality of the product is good and returned back the broken products saying the return request for refund is declined.
This is completely unfair and I never recommend snap deal. If you want quality products better go to flipkart and amazon instead of snapdeal

Damn bad experience... i ordered a USB mouse on 23rd of January and now its February and still i haven't received it. I could have bought from other websites but i trusted this website and what i get it THIS. I am very disappointed... also my cousin had ordered headphones a couple of months ago and the headphones that came were faulty so he e- mailed them... it took them weeks to respond. Were poor service is offered by the website... now i can buy the same product on other website but i can't cancel it here on SNAPDEAL
Snapdeal customer service standards can be make out from the incidence when they didn't refunded my rs399 for a product which I returned them... I had to return two products in their original packing in which those products came and it was in one single pack. Naturally while returning back I was supposed to return it in the same packaging and in the same way like it came. But I just confirmation of refund of one item n for other item they showed as pick-up unsuccessful. Fraud company. Poor standards. That's the reason their rating is so low and they cannot ever compete with Amazon.

I ordered one item last week, the packaging of which was bit damaged. Immediately contacted them on whatsapp and the team initiated the replacement process. Next day hi item pick up hogya tha and then new item b deliver hogya 2-3 din me hi. This time it came in a new package and in very good condition. Thanks Snapdeal.

Tried to get a watch and I even paid for that but these people didn't delivered it. Without calling the customer itself they cancelled the products. And snap deal is kissing the customers because of the VULCAN couriers. It is the worst company.
I ordered boat headphones and other small gadgets. Good quality nice product and reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the product and thanks for snapdeal. Would recommend to surely go for it. Also customer service if very very good they keep helping on every step.

Placed on 19 Nov, 2016. Snapdeal failed to update shipment status since 21-11-2016. When continuously tried contacting the help center for more then 3-4 times than they extended the delivery date till 7th dec 2016. They called stating th shipment will reach by 7-12-2016. They called every day saying the shipment will reach in 48 hrs then 24 hrs but on 7-12-2016 they called and said please cancel this order and make a fresh order. AFTER 29 days from placing order. I simply don't understand this means that the AWB number, numerous calls and the status updated from Snapdeal side are fake thats y the shipment was not delivered. They could have told me that the shipment will not be delivered rather than fooling us. Never seen such insincere and liar company
Newly, I bought two pairs of formal shoes by ordering from Snapdeal which was on online payment. It also has a return policy on the items I bought. Called the customer care, i was very unsatisfied by their customer care representative who was dealing with me on the same. When I requested him to speak with a senior representative he denied by saying no senior is there. The representative had no manners to talk with any customers who are again and again requesting about the return. Anyhow I got my money from Snapdeal and also the refund policy is very poor...

But being a long time customer of Snapdeal I had to face situation when received something else instead of the ordered product. There is no proper service given by Snapdeal which is so annoying. I had followed up with them since from a week till now I have not got single reply from your team. Such a pathetic customer care you have. I am very disappointed that you guys are not so supportive to the customer.

I get all my clothes from Snapdeal as they are always on discounts. However, the same is not true for other ranges. The range is just ok and discounts are occasionally given. Also, the app is quite user friendly.
