After awaiting for 3 weeks chest of drawers and no feedback from Snapdeal, they just simply offered to refund monies after none delivery. Totally unprofessional company, $#*!ing useless customer care with automated message selection.
Snapdeal is one of the best Apps in ecommerce. It provides a variety of value for money items and I just got an amazing scooty cover delivered to me. I was looking for it everywhere, however, it was coming very costly. Then I randomly searched it on their App and got it at the best price. Their delivery service is also very fast.

Past 10 day's to telling that our engineer or courier boy will pick your product within 24 hour's and we will refund you the money. As of know no one contact me and when I called they are telling "we so sorry or apologies and we are escalating the issue".

I had a very good experience 2ith Snapdeal. Last month I ordered for a pair of shoes for my dad. However had to replace them due to size issue. I raised a complaint on same day and on the next day itself it was taken. The replacement was delivered within 3 days only. The best part about it was Snapdeal was there at every point from complaint registration to pickup and then replacement delivery. They updated me for everything. Thanks Sd

Fake products are very common to be sold online since fake items carry a good profit margin for the sellers and people tend to get into the trap of fake products. To avoid such instances, I choose Snapdeal as my shopping partner and never got any fake items or duplicate products from them. I have ordered Nike & Reebok shoes, a Woodland belt, Adidas track pants, Brut perfume, a Puma jacket from them, and are all the products were original and none of them were fake. As a buyer, I am completely satisfied with Snapdeal service and will definitely recommend Snapdeal to others if they do not want fake items.

I have returned item as per policy, courier person picked the same. But after 15 days also no one is bother about the refund of money. There is no direct contact number and return track package is not updated, showing item is not picked.
I recently ordered Set Wet Deodorant Spray Perfume from Snapdeal. When the product came, it was damaged which made me disaapointed. However, the way Snapdeal's customer service team helped me was remarkable. I contacted their customer service team on *******126 and informed about the issue. They apologized and quickly arranged the reverse pickup which was completed the same day. Guess what, I got my refund next day and my issue was resolved within 48 hours. Kudos to Snapdeal's customer service team for such a quick resolution.

Snapdeal is best for E-commerce site. Last week I ordered HP laser printer. This site given more pay option like debit, credit card and cash on delivery. Price was promising and reasonable. That was delivered on time. I would like to say that the services of Snapdeal is best.

Payment was deducted twice for an order placed. After giving false assurances that the reversal will be done in 72/48/24 hours over a period of 10 days, the customer service team said that their payment server did not receive the credit so I need to raise a dispute with the bank where I have my account.
My question to them is - is this my fault?
Just because it is my money that is lost in transit between the bank and Snapdeal, I need to figure it out and battle on.

Considered it as a trusted e commerce. But after a recent shopping I lost it. Recently I shopped Maybelline colossal kajal super black a combo of 3 for 326, the original price was 900, so it was a lucrative deal & I grabbed it. But after getting the product and using it I was just felt like to react only.The product was worst ever.It demanded 16 hrs intense, but could not stand even for 1 hour. I have used the same product buying offline & can guarantee that what snapdeal delivered me I not an original product. Very much upset by this kind of fraud.And the packaging of the product is so original that you can not get a hint before you get to use it.
Bad. I have only one thing to say. Don't order any thing from this site and if already ordered. Plz check your parcel first as they deliver incomplete order and take charges of whole order. And don't even return your money. In spite of repeated complaint on customer service

Bought "Puma 917 Lo 2 Dp Blue Sneaker Casual Shoes" on the snapdeal. Unfortunately, I was not comfortable with the size and hence placed a replacement order. Now its been around a month and yet they have not picked the item for replacement. The courier services associated with snapdeal are worst. They not even called me once and marked that they tried to pick the product but I was not reachable.
Worst services. Wont recommend snapdeal to my friends.

We had ordered a Raymond Double Polyester Abstract Quilts(Order ID: *******0859) on 09 Nov, 2016 and the estimated deliver date was 17th Nov. Today its 20th already and i have no idea where my order is.
You have got such a pathetic customer support that i don't get a real person when i call and the emails are not really well answered, the complaints that i had registered just got a response saying the shipment is delayed. I do not know why it was delayed for so many days and when am i actually gonna receive it.

I bought a unicos alvise 3 shoe cabinet from snapdeal which was delivered on 17th Nov. The product is very cheap and poor quality and has two of its part highly cracked, which make the total structure unstable and ugly looking. Its a fraud shopping site i ordered a bunch of clothes for myself and they gave the tag of xxl and shirt of xl whereas I ordered xxl. I also ordered 2 power banks and non of them worked so i have to return it. I purchased Sony MHC-V6D audio system for 29K last week. There is no power cord and there is no seal in box, seems like used one.
After raising the return request, they respond after an week even if we follow up daily.
After that, an auto responded came to send images.
Again no response from them.
Its very worst customer service I experienced.We need to follow with them daily asking the status, but even response is bad.
For delivery they give within 3 to 4 days, but for complaints they don't concentrate.
Kindly think of snap deal twice before you purchase costly items.
