While Snap Deal used to be a fantastic source for affordable goods, things have changed. I've successfully ordered over 9 items from them in the past, but now the prices have become quite expensive.
After awaiting for 3 weeks chest of drawers and no feedback from Snapdeal, they just simply offered to refund monies after none delivery. Totally unprofessional company, $#*!ing useless customer care with automated message selection.

I ordered for a Sony sbh20 gold with black but I got white with black. That's ok but I got a used product(based on the scratches on the device).
I called the customer care and they said they would exchange the product within 24hrs.
After 2 days I called them again and that person said the same thing. Its been 3 days after the second encounter and I didn't receive any call.

I am a regular customer of Snap deal. I purchased a balancing wheel /smart drifting scooter from Snap deal wide order ID *******4694 on 23rd Aug and received it on 29th Aug. But when I use it, it found not working correctly so considering my child safety, I placed the return request on 1st Sep. But till date neither they have picked it up the item, nor provided any solution on it. They just gave a SMS to call on toll free no. *******9387 which is invalid. And suddenly on 8th I received another SMS from then that they have cancelled by return request which shocked me as item cost is 11.5 K. In between I called them on customer care and mailed them on snapdeal email address but no proper response received against it. It all shows that they sell defective or poor quality items and do not get it return against return request. This way they cheat the customers. I purchased a product from Snapdeal. The expected date of delivery was 7 days later, I spoke with the customer support team to deliver the product within 3 days but they delivered the product on the next day of the call. I really liked their services.

Had ordered two water heaters end of June 2018 and used my debit card as pre payment. They initially said the Geyzer will be delivered by 14th July and I even get an SMS stating the product has been shipped. After 15 days, and no communication in between, the My order status shows delivery one of the geysers has been cancelled and that my amount will be refunded. The second Geyzer delivery now shows as 28th July- one month after the order was placed. I try contacting Snapdeal on their customer service number +91 ******* ******* but get into a never ending IVR loop! On 1st July, the status shows that the order has been cancelled and refund initiated. I'm awaiting refund for both the geysers. Overall, pathetic experience from Snapdeal- you have no way of contacting them and they have the guts to send you an email that they have responded to your email- I haven't received any emails! Will wait for a couple of days for the amount to be refunded, otherwise will go to the consumer court. Can't understand how they manage to run their business and even get funded. Horrible customer service!

Be carefull about Snapdeal... its Fake... and doing pishing. I just want to just draw your attention about one serious matter that happen in Snapdeal about the product "Toshiba Canvio Simple 500GB External Hard Disk" which i have ordered on 27th Jan with COD (Rs 2560/-) (Order ID: *******6389) and on 1st Feb i received a parcel through Fedex with the COD amount on my given address and phone number. But unfortunately the product i received is different from the product i ordered. Now they just simply rejected complain by saying that this product is not from snapdeal, then my view: how the product came to my given address and with the phone number and the COD amount that have on snapdeal website..
I have purchased i-phone 5S, and they send me local charger with local datacable, and there is no customer care no. Where i can complaint. What I should do?
SNAPDEAL is Fraud...!
I recently ordered one Lava X17 (Black-Steel) mobile and had a worst experience with Snapdeal because of the following reasons:-
1. I ordered the mobile on 4th Nov (ORDER NO - *******1673) and got delivered on 12th Nov. When i opened the box and found that instead of Black-Steel, They have delivered the Black-Gold. Why the hell they haven't done the quality check at that time?
2. They have delivered the damaged product with some scratches on the screen. To hide those scratches, They have already put in the screen guard on it. This means they have delivered the opened product.
3. I applied for the refund without even putting the battery in the mobile. Now Snapdeal has rejected the complaint because the refunded product doesn't clear the quality checks without mentioning any reason and putting the allegations back on the customer.
Moreover, When i call on to customer care then they are asking that they will not refund the amount. This is what Snapdeal is doing with the Customers.
Why they haven't done the quality check before they delivered the product?
This is the worst experience with the Snapdeal and will not refer anyone to trust Snapdeal.
It's a BIG FRAUD...!
My personal advice is not to trust snapdeal and always opt COD for any product. Just check the product before you pay.

Bought a product via snapdeal for ******* bucks, and recieved a used product, inner and outer packaging was broken including the seal(being more specific), user manual inside the box was for some other product series, Disk cover was also tempered, i filed a complaint on the same day i recieved the product, and called thousand times till today, no response, they keep telling me different rubbish stories everyday, and the funny part is that one of their executives told me that 7 day return policy is not apllicable on electronic products, they are refusing to return my product, and m frustrated now, i will definitely file a case in consumer court, snapdeal is completely a fraudulant E-Commerce organisation, these people dont even know about consumer rights, you peolple will burn in hell
