While Snap Deal used to be a fantastic source for affordable goods, things have changed. I've successfully ordered over 9 items from them in the past, but now the prices have become quite expensive.
After awaiting for 3 weeks chest of drawers and no feedback from Snapdeal, they just simply offered to refund monies after none delivery. Totally unprofessional company, $#*!ing useless customer care with automated message selection.
I want to forewarn people regarding my recent experiences with the people who is planning to order from snapdeal. These people are cheater. I ordered D-link wifi router and got it damaged. I tried to contact their customer care team moreover, IVR says your number is not registered with us whereas I called from my registered mobile number. Though I sent an email but I did not get reply from them till date. I wanted my money back or order something different instead of my current item. If it was not possible for them then my question is, why I did not get any response from them. They could have said that its not possible. My order no:- *******9443. Albeit they replaced the product, by the time my occasion was spoiled.

I am very surprise to see that Snapdeal has send me a Wrong product 3rd time in 1 month 3 days and still i have not received my correct product.
Friends be very careful don't buy any product from snapdeal as these people are Fraud, the wrong product that they have send me there the price tag has been tempered, it has been erased. They have send a product that looks like a Footpath sold item. Its totally waste of time and money.

Snapdeal is bigget E-commerce website. I purchase lots of things from Snapdeal and they are give quality and genuine product with awesome price than other online shopping sites. They are providing a good service. They deliver their product before promising time, and trust their service.
I had ordered an item through snapdeal. But worst part is that i did not ever received the my ordered item. Almost everyday i had received sms stating delivery will be made today with courier boy contact no. I never received the item on same day and delivery boy never received my call. End of the i received message 'i was not reachable so need to reschedule the delivery'. What the hack. Snapdeal costomer service executive also not reachable. Sometime i wonder the whole business model is a fake.

NEVER EVER ORDER THROUGH SNAPDEAL. NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY. NEVER PAY ON SITE, USE COD. IT MAY STRUCK YOUR PAYMENT ALSO.
Today I got call from *******155 saying I am luckey winner of snapdeal and got a car. This guy was asking my pan number and Aadhar deatils i asked him if you are from snapdeal tell me my last order id to be honest that guy was knowing my last order id number, name, address, how I made the payment, which card I used, card number and all. #snapdeal is fraud company who is selling their data to frauds. I scolded that guy saying why you are doing fraud he told me go do whatever you want he was not at all scared Guys don't do shopping from snapdeal.
Daily many people are getting cheated by these frauds. I want everyone to help me out to get this frauds *******@snapdeal I have privacy concerns with you.
I would request all people to refrain from ordering from Snap Deal as all goods they deal in are fake even if they are are of world renowned brands.

Never purchase anything from Snapdeal I have purchased intex auqa young 8 GB white mobile phone(0rder no*******6399) which is having so many issues Snapdeal 7 day return policy is worlds toughest return policy. Once you will be trapped ur money wasted. They guys are good for nothing.
I just got to know about Snapdeal a few days back and really found the App's user interface fascinating. It's super easy to use and takes only a few steps to place your order. I bought some household items like silicon lid cover for my utensils, some really trendy spoons and other kitchen products. Due to lockdown, I couldn't go out and was expecting my products within 10 days, however, I was amazed to see the products got delivered within 4 days and that too from different sellers with different locations. I am really really impressed.
Tip for consumers:
They have stopped charging shipping charges even for a single item of any value.

The order shows delivered on 7th October. And I haven't received it. Placed a complaint on mail too. Got an answer tht they will revert to me. But nothing. Worsest possible site. Would never ever order from this site.
I look would to give them '0' stars. I ordered a bean bag on 14thoct 2015 they charged me 540. ₹. Till now I have not received shipment details. Nor no proper response for my complaint. Its been 10days its still showing processing statement. My kind advise is plz don go for credit or debit card payment method. Go for COD. If COD is not available for that product don't go for that. They are worst then beggars who steel customers money. Please be aware..
Few days back, I had purchased a watch from Snapdeal. The watch is from a well known Indian Brand. I usually check out different websites/local shops before purchasing any product. The deal I got in Snapdeal was unwatchable.It was one of the hot selling item on Snapdeal. I clicked the deal immediately and purchased it.
That was the just the beginning. As I got the ordered item, it was altogether a different feeling. A great product was delivered within no time.

Please do not purchase anything from snapdeal they peoples doing fraud, guys i ordered redmi note 3 and they supplied worst samsung phone and they are not ready to take that wrong delivered mobile. They are just avoiding and asking for photos. The customer service is also doing same. They are just giving timings for collection of that parcel but actually not collecting.
Snapdeal has the worst service. Bought Lenovo A1000 a month back. Returned the item as it had some internal fault. After 2 weeks they are telling me that I have forgotten to send them the earphone and they cant diagnose the problem and will send back the phone as it is which is not the case. I sent the phone as it is with every thing inside. When asked about their process of picking the item they tell me they check the item once it reaches Snapdeal even though there is a process where they have to check if everything is present while picking it up. Due to their negligence I got the faulty phone over that they sent me the phone without earphone.
NO EASY Return Policy, fooling customer
I am experiencing very bad service from Snapdeal. I am not satisfied with the ordered product from snapdeal which is (F&D Bluetooth speaker). But, snapdeal clearly said that they will not return any electronic product.
Here is my concern- WHY SO? If I am getting any defective/not working product, why snapdeal doesnt provide return of that product.
On the other side online sites like Flipkart, Amazon are providing easy return of their electronic product.
We should not purchase any product from snapdeal, if this kind of service they are providing to their customers. Moreover, we are not getting any option to connect to there customer desk, there is one Customer service contact no.: *******2126, but there is not option to talk to their executives and discuss your concerns.
I am highly dissatisfied. I will not refer anyone to prefer snapdeal for any shopping.

Pls don't buy anything in bulk from SNAPDEAL bcz you faced any problem and want to return they will reject. I Ordered 6-7 products but I need to return all the products bcz of size fit issues and 1-2 cloth quality issues but after 5 returns they reject my next return request. Reason they are giving...that after 4-5 return you cannot return anything and it is our company policy. Who said we can not return all the products if we are not liking it. I have 1900rs product which I ordered first was loose than I replaced in smaller size now they are tight on me so I want return but they are not returning my product bcz of multiple return. What type of thug policy you have. If I am not liking it than I will return na why would take it zabardasti. No other company have this stupid policy than why you have and if you have than show me in written first.

Snapdeal is the best way to put your money on hold for as long as you want. They advertise for 2 days sure delivery with SNAPDEAL GOLD and ask for prepaid payments. Once you place the order and pay the amount they dont give a damn about the product. Neither d product is going to be delivered to you on time and once you think of Cancel the same they are not ready to refund the amount until and unless you take legal actions. I already had appended 1500 bucks just talking to their Customer Support Team. They talk to you calmly no dopubt and assure you that the problem is going to be resolved with in next 24 hours but nothing gonna happen. Even Their CEO level Team & Senior Media Deptt. Team are unable to keep their words. So just avoid Snapdeal and stay out of problems. Here its a month and still begging for my around 20 K bucks. Finally going with Consumer Court.
Sends a broken product, refuses to arrange a reverse pickup. As if the customer mistake to get a broken product is forced to send the product manually by the customer. Doesnt know what customer service means. One idiotic company which is digging its grave. Doesnt deserve even a point. Dont trust snapdeal and dont buy from them. Its waste of your time, resources and money.
