I ordered my shoes on the 1st of February. They arrived months later and they are way too big. I have reached out to Customer Support multiple times. On occasion, they write back, telling me that they are looking into the problem, yet NOTHING HAPPENS. I have requested a refund and they continue to ignore that request. They have ripped me off over USD 165.00.
Tip for consumers:
I would remove my bad reviews if the company would come to the party and do the right thing by reimbursing me. I will return the sneakers immediately after the reimbursement. I do not trust that the reimbursement would come if I return first given how they have not once delivered on their promise. They could resell the shoes to someone with feet 2 sizes larger than mine.
I have been contacting Sneaker Daily every day via email, WhatsApp, text, and their online Chat feature. Their policy states that shoes can be returned, yet no one will respond to my request for a RA #. The shoes say "size 7," yet they are easily a US 9. I'm even willing to do an exchange, yet no one will respond. Horrible customer service. I am very disappointed. The shoes were US$180.00 + shipping.

I am so disappointed with my experience with Sneaker Daily. They have a return policy, which they are not honoring. They have ignored all attempts to make this right.
