After reading numerous negative reviews, I was skeptical about ordering from soccer.com. However, they exceeded my expectations. Jerseys arrived a week before the estimated delivery. I also really like how they packaged the items. Will definitely purchase from soccer.com in the future.
Our team switched our uniforms over to soccer.com and it has bean absolutely horrendous quality and experience. Numbers are not evenly placed on the back, burn marks from being over pressed, the kits are super thin and cheap fabric. One of our teammates even had their uniform sent to them with numbers pressed onto the front of the jersey. NOW, first wash in on cold and low dry and its already peeling off and melted/snagged. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm mad I even have to give one star.
You know I'm extremely dissatisfied and frustrated (as many other parents are, too!) with soocer.com's business model. They ship/charge items separately at ridiculously different times which makes it really difficult to track everything, especially when you are ordering for multiple kids. MORE IMPORTANTLY, It's also ridiculously long to receive the items. I ordered for my 2 sons back in June and after 3 months we just received most of the items but not even all of them. Are you kidding me? 3 months and not all them yet? They already started the season and it's always extremely difficult to coordinate the kits for games given that we have new players in teams. If it were up to me I would NEVER purchase a single thing from them but my hands are tied by the club! Aghhh!

Well this is a really crappy scam. I'm told I just order a set, adidas doesn't give any details on age for sizing of a kindergartener. I trust the program my son is joining, and that I can return wrong sizes. Apparently it's customized, which I have no idea as this is brand new to me. After $150 on a youth medium, the youth small and now youth YXS, maybe I finally got it right. No details period on what a YXS is even sized. And can't return. Great set up there for first time parents with kids joining soccer programs in kindergarten. For first timers, we're not going to have a clue on sizes or anything so why have customized clothing we can't return? Come on. At least offer details for boys 5-6 in kindergarten for sizing to prevent this. It sucks. We're on one income at the moment and people don't always have a hundred dollars to waste. I lost $100 I didn't have right now, and guess my son can wear those in 7 years. Sigh.

WEEKS behind in there orders, customer service awful cant answer any questions, manager suppose to call back never did and cant update website. Its showing my item would get on 9-4 and its 9-13 and I still haven't gotten it. Bad website and company if they would of at least called back like I was told or respond to emails but jeez soccer places lets go elswhere how about $#*!s they are awesome.

Such a piece of crap company. I ordered our team practice shirt on August 20th still has not arrived and they are saying its still in transit and will not replace... it will be 7 weeks on Thursday. They also had me on hold to get that information for 58 minutes before someone got on the phone. Any serious club out there would never use this piece of $#*! company for their uniforms... they just completely suck.
Terrible experience all around every year and season with this company. NCFC Youth uses this company for jerseys... they are never shipped on time, requiring us to by something else as a substitute because game jerseys don't arrive before their first game, despite ordering on the first day it was possible to order, 8+ weeks prior to the season starting. Can you believe that? Numerous times we've received the wrong size jersey or shorts. Customer service is non-existent and if you do get an agent, they are not empowered to do a single thing for you. Company is based on the boons of North Carolina, that should tell you something.:-(
I have spent almost 2 hours on hold, asked for a manager, was told they were busy and they wouldn't be able to do anything for me anyway. Then they stuck me back in the que with a 33 minute expected hold time. I wanted items already provided for us from the soccer club taken out of the "kit" they were saying was required, including a $53 sweatshirt. Another parent had to call 3 times to get it done. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
Ordered my son's soccer gear, on august 9th 2020, it is now 17th September and we dont have our orders. I tried calling them to ask if they could do something to expedite the shipment and the customer service rep hanged up on me. This is unprofessional.
Standard orders get shipped promptly. Anything team-related takes over a month... so God forbid you need something prior to or mid-season. Ordered a jersey for my son and his club season will be over halfway over before we get his jersey.
Ordered a jersey for my daughter's birthday, was supposed to arrive on 7/1/17 and Fedex driver posted could not deliver due to wrong address (I have lived in same location for 20 years).
Called customer service they said had to wait 2 weeks for receiving the jersey back then will ship again(?) Daughter wanted jersey badly so decided to wait (I was ready to cancel order and go to Amazon.com)
Two weeks later called and talked to supervisor they said still have not received jersey back, and in order to ship new one will take several days due to they have to stamp the logo into the shirt (whaaaat?),
Bottom line cancelled and ordered through Amazon, of course reimbursement from my payment has not been received and doubt it would ever come, fortunately it was only $22.00...
Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, it seems they are more of a scam than a legit place for business...
Ordered a t shirt. They took money from my PayPal acct. Checked my soccer.com account a few days later to check on shipping. Nothing, called they said I never placed an order. Even though screen shots and a bank statement to show where they charged me $35.00. Was told to contact paypal myself to get it taken credited back. THEY DONT CARE
I ordered in August and finally getting my shirt in November. (Season is over, couldn't cancel order)It has a nasty brown water ring all over the front where they pressed the sticker. Stickers are very sticky and cheap looking.
Ordered a Jersey 6 months ago... still don't have it. Have emailed them twice to which they've answered just to tell me it's back ordered.

I ordered my son's soccer uniforms through soccer.com. They did not send the main uniform. When I called to inquire about it, she admitted they made a mistake and promised to rush it in 2 days so we have it for his tournament. I did not receive it and when I called after 4 days, I was told she never made the request and it could be months and they can't guarantee he will have it for the tournament or games. While he was nice and again admitted this was their mistake, he was indifferent to the urgency of the situation. I was told to call them every day and keep checking on my order! I have yet to receive the jersey. I wish Rush would pick a different company next year!
I've ordered uniforms for two seasons now. Both times shipping has taken close to a month. Last year it was 3 weeks. This season it is looking at about 4 weeks and delays are blamed on production delays relates to covid. I'm still scratching my head as to how a pair of shoes have Covid related production delays...
BUYER BEWARE! This company is having ongoing major issues in processing & shipping orders. Do NOT place any time sensitive orders with them. I currently have 2 orders placed with overnight shipping (one from 10/5/16!) that I am still waiting to be delivered.
Awesome selection. Website is slow. Shipping soooo much slower. Waiting over 4 weeks now. Won't make it for Christmas. US website but my item is being shipped from Sweden. After exchange rate, shipping and duty fees. It is cheaper to shop local stores.
These people are the dumbest people I have ever tried to do business with. Their shipping department has no clue to what is going on. I called and waited on the phone for 14 minutes for them to figure out what to tell me about their poor services. Planned my whole day around getting the cleats for a student and the info they sent me was entirely wrong. The shipment will not arrive until four days later. They did not apologize!
Placed and order on Jan17th 2022 and still have not received my items ordered for $119.98. The only way to contact them is by Email on their website that asks for your name, subject and a message but have yet to receive any responses from now 7 attempts :( . I want my money back and not sure how to retrieve it? Can anyone assist that may have had the same issue? I never even received confirmation order but was charged on my credit card.

I ordered my daughters uniform on July 29 and as of today, September 6, I still haven't received it. I get bombarded with automated emails to buy more stuff but they don't even send what I purchased and it took them over a week to respond to a customer service email I sent. I would NEVER purchase from them again unless required by our league. One of the worst companies I've purchased anything from.
3 years in a row now they have screwed up Christmas gifts. Things I have had ordered on Black Friday or earlier were guarenteed Christmas delivery. Are now not showing up. Their apology is a 5% off next order. Good bye soccer.com
I just received a soccer ball I didn't order. Let me make it clear I've never been to Soccer.com's site. When I called their customer service they told me in the notes it said, they knew it was fraud, and paraphrasing, expected me to call. What? Why did they mail out the order then? The credit card information wasn't mine, but I don't feel confident that's true since they were willing to give out so little information, which I completely understand. I do know, I got a soccer ball, and someone else got a gift certificate (the real reason for the fraud), and possibly someone else's credit card was charged.
We are required to order our uniforms through soccer.com for club soccer and it is terrible. It is so slow to process orders. We ordered our uniforms almost a month ago, they were suppose to ship a week ago at the latest and they are still "in process." We have a tournament this weekend and only half the team has their uniforms. Every season we are so disappointed - we would love if our club would find another company to order uniforms through.
My sons soccer league chose this company to distribute their soccer uniforms. I ordered the day I received the email and over two weeks passed and no uniforms have arrived. Both of my children have now had to sit their first games out due to the company negligence. I have spoken to customer service and they lied and stated it would be here days ago and status still shows submitted on the site. Totally over priced awful customer service and awful products. Be warned do NOT spend a dime with this company.

My son and his friend have been waiting for months for their game jerseys for their club team. They have been on backorder since at least late February and soccer.com keeps pushing out the date. In addition, the items that are in stock when ordered take FOREVER to get. It took 3 weeks for my first shipment to come in. I only order from them as necessary because all the club uniforms come from them. Horrible service.
We are required to buy our Soccer Jerseys through Soccer.com. We joined a new team, and the uniforms were expected to arrive before the season started. They arrived 2 months later with 2 weeks left and the backpack arrived for the last week of practice. Jerseys that did arrive earlier had the numbers come off when washed and had to be returned.
They sent a $25 "we are sorry" voucher, which I used, only to be informed 2 weeks later that they weren't available:
"When you placed your order, our system showed that the item was available, but it is actually out of stock and unfortunately we are unable to obtain it for you from the manufacturer."
Won't be using them again in the future.
