My son is in club soccer and we were required to order jerseys through soccer.com. Some came with logos that fell off and 4 months later we are still waiting on items. Their team has no idea when they will come and my son has already grew a size in the 4 months and needs a larger jersey which they won't switch. TRASH
Our team switched our uniforms over to soccer.com and it has bean absolutely horrendous quality and experience. Numbers are not evenly placed on the back, burn marks from being over pressed, the kits are super thin and cheap fabric. One of our teammates even had their uniform sent to them with numbers pressed onto the front of the jersey. NOW, first wash in on cold and low dry and its already peeling off and melted/snagged. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm mad I even have to give one star.
We purchased a soccer jersey and shorts for our daughter, on two separate occasions through this site. On both occasions our daughters jersey was delivered snagged. The first time we just had her use it, and it unraveled a lot throughout the season. This most recent time there was a huge snag the size of a half dollar, so we sought a exchange. The company would not allow and exchange, only a return. They charged us $5.99 for the return, and when we repurchased a new jersey, we had to pay shipping all over again! We feel cheated and scammed!
Sent me use cleats bottom plate with scuffed up studs were worn down and it was dried grass in the bag.
I've been trying to work with customer service for 3 days now I have emailed photos 3x but they keep saying that they cannot see my photos and have not received it. I've CC the emails to another email to make sure that the emails go through and they have. Finally called the 1800 Number they thhhen accused me of Wearing the cleats then taking photos. Why would I do that,, you have a 60 day return policy even after wearing.
Soccer.com, asked me for a review then blocks it. Save your money, spend it elsewhere
This is a marketplace. Good reviews of the products are credited to the manufacturers. Soccer.com only sells and delivers them, and these services are TERRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, and POOR in many ways. Spend your money somewhere else. There are many options out there, especially if your purchase is time-sensitive. Don't try customer service, unless you want to feel even more disrespected and unempowered.
Ordered cleats that said were in stock and would ship same day. Great we needed them asap, but that wasn't the case. It took over a week, shipping was slow and they definitely didn't ship them the same day. Tried to contact customer service but never received any response. Never again. I'll order from a more reliable place next time. I left a negative review on their site but they rejected it because it "didn't meet their criteria". So they are dishonest too.
I placed an order Dec.21, it was supposed to be shipped out the 22 of December. I figured holiday season,Christmas is a few days away it will take some time to ship. I have been calling, emailing everything! Just to find out they are not sure what they have in stock! I received a email in regards to me choosing a do size, when I made the call to them to choose a different size the representative said she don't see ANY sizes available. I just went back on Soccer.com and see 4 sizes available! They are a lie, a cheat, and bad business! If I was able to give a negative star, I would have! Horrible customer service and an all around horrible experience! Now I have to wait to see if they can find the shoes or find my money to get a refund!
So the company has two choices:
Option #1:
Pay better wages and hire more workers. Orders will be filled in a timely manner.
Option #2:
Don't let your huge profits slip- delay the deliverables by weeks after orders are taken. Let children go to games with no jerseys for weeks after orders are placed. Drink more rationalization.
The company is awful, order elsewhere.

Then, you will have the gift of being bombarded constantly with their advertising spam. It will compleely fill your email, you'll constantly have to delete and see their name over and over, after the bad experience, it's like salt in the wound. Stop the spam, you idiots.
Ordered jersey of advertised professional soccer player. Sizes way off. Wouldn't exchange sizes said it was customized. Didn't customize a thing. Simply ordered as advertised. Notwithstanding thin low quality material. Worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of ordering professional Jersey. Please go elsewhere. You will regret it if you don't.
