After reading numerous negative reviews, I was skeptical about ordering from soccer.com. However, they exceeded my expectations. Jerseys arrived a week before the estimated delivery. I also really like how they packaged the items. Will definitely purchase from soccer.com in the future.

Our team switched our uniforms over to soccer.com and it has bean absolutely horrendous quality and experience. Numbers are not evenly placed on the back, burn marks from being over pressed, the kits are super thin and cheap fabric. One of our teammates even had their uniform sent to them with numbers pressed onto the front of the jersey. NOW, first wash in on cold and low dry and its already peeling off and melted/snagged. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm mad I even have to give one star.

Eurosport was a great company soccer.com not so much. We can't wait months for our kids gear. Get your gear elsewhere

Problem 1: This company charges you upfront when you pay for your item-money comes out of your account. Problem 2: You won't receive the products you purchased on time- so there are delays that seem intentionally done. Problem 3: As they sent your item- they pre-authorized another transaction for the shipment they are sending over-so they collect again so they can make an extra profit as money sits on their collection or savings account. But as a parent you are not expecting this fee again and at random times. Imagine you only had money to pay for your item on your account lets assumed 150. The additional holds that occurred can easily put your account at a negative causing you additional overdraft fees! Plain and simple their business model is designed to benefit their bottom line. It is unacceptable and has no place in the wellness and health activities of our children and in our communities! Why can't you be transparent and communicate disclosures. Don't tell your clients in writing they will received items by this date and send item when you feel like it. What you have in your hands is a monopoly system period. It doesn't matter how you slice it, you are taking advantage of your clients and you are only hurting our children to benefit your pocket! I don't understand why so many leagues force their team players to order their stuff with a company like this. It's absurd! In case you're wondering why it takes them so long to get orders out in a timely manner, this company with so many people being forced to buy from them, you don't think they're prepared with equipment, employees and materials?... they're not backed order... the longer it takes them to fulfill an order the more money they're making with their so called "pre-authorizations" (YOUR MONEY) because they're generating interest and by the time they "release" this hold, they already used you. They can care less if your child's season is almost over and they didn't get to play.

IF YOU CAN, STAY AWAY! IF YOU'RE A PARENT WHO IS BEING FORCED TO ORDER FROM THEM, BE PREPARED TO HAVE PLENTY OF FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU WILL NEED IT.

I made a huge order for three different players. you could imagine all the "pre-authorizations" (the funds actually come out of your account) and fees I have in my credit card.

Current status of my saga.

1. I ordered an item using a birthday gift card in June. It was a Pulisic jersey I wanted to wear for U.S. national team games.
2.3 months later it never arrived so I emailed support
3. I was informed that even though it was listed in stock then, it wasn't. But nobody was going to tell me the order was canceled. REALLY?
4. I was informed I'd get a refund.
5. Woops had to ask again since it was a gift card.
6. The gift card I've received is for $0.00 not $100
7. I just went through checkout process and am informed that it is invalid and has 0 balance.
8. I sent back to customerservice and asked them to make it right and just send me what I want (supplied what I want and shipping address).
9. Replied they couldn't and sorry woops for the $0 gift card. New code for the gift card.
10. I put in the order again, and it says gift card cannot be applied because it has a 0 balance.

Each time I contact them, it's always me proactively (never them checking to make sure it works, or lifting a finger to make sure it WILL work).

At what point does not sending someone what they ordered, yet taking their money, become illegal?

We ordered our shirts over a month ago, AFTER the order was placed, an email was sent to me that the order wouldn't even ship out until august 26th. Even though the season started already, we made due. I received an email stating that they are "experiencing shipping delays"…. Which means we won't even receive the shirts until after the season is over at the point. So I called to cancel the order, and was told that they don't cancel orders. So when I said that their business problems in not sending things out on time do not make it my problem to have shirts I no longer need…. The woman got an attitude and said "well it says right here they weren't going out until today". I said "well did they ship out today" her response was that they don't ship on the weekends. So why would the company give me a ship date that wasn't correct? I said are they going out on Monday? And SHE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME. At this point I am going to dispute the charge on my card as fraud. This company is fraudulent.

If your club is using this as a resource for your jerseys be very afraid quality sucks delivering sucks. Complete rip-off.

I honestly can't believe how they are still a reputable business. In December last year, I ordered a pair of boots, which I was told would be available to ship by the end of the month. A month goes by, and they still haven't been shipped, I thought it may have just slipped through on their end, so I contacted them asking why? THEY NEVER EVEN HAD THE BOOTS IN STOCK! Okay, I got my refund and life went on.

Fast forward to this week, I need some goalkeeper gloves urgently for a preseason game. I see that they have a great sale on NewBalance gloves so I go ahead and order 4 pairs. Again the website clearly states that the gloves are in stock. I even paid an extra $50 to get the gloves shipped via express shipping to arrive on time. Today I look at the order to see if the gloves have been shipped, and the order hasn't even been processed yet because they have the gloves on backorder and wouldn't be available for another month! The lady I spoke to on the phone sounded like she hated her life, and was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. What I can't believe is that they still have the gloves listed as 'in stock'. Now I'm gloveless for my preseason match, and have to wait a week to get my money back so I can't even buy a different pair if I wanted to! Now I think I've learnt my lesson, absolute joke of a company.

Don't ever buy there. This site is a scam. Your will not receive your purchase. All the others comments are scam too. Don't trust.

I placed an order the second week of August and paid the $25 to expedite the order quickly, at least that's what I thought 2 day shipping meant. A week later and still nothing. I then called and spoke to a rep that informed me that after the 7 to 10 day processing was finished the expedited shipping would go into effect. That blew my mind and I explained to them that 2 day shipping means 2 day shipping, ( honestly the tone of voice told me that they could care less)

I finally received my son's kit and lord all mighty it was the wrong size. The next day I sent it back, I called them to let them know and that's when my headaches really started. That's when I found out that I needed pay for a new order all over again, that utilizing the credit I already had was not possible. I ended up paying for everything once again. And the delivery date was set for the first week of October, at this point almost 2 months and still nothing.

I thought things would end there - NOPE - I received my refund from my previous order and $25 were short I called them back and they told me that they made a mistake, when they were counting the pieces returned, I said OK - innocent mistake - things happen.

I then started to receive emails telling me that the items I ordered and that were there, were really not there and that they are on back order and that the new shipping date would be for some time period for mid to late October...

How can Soccer.com think that this is OK? I have an 8yr old that basically wants to drop out of his league because he is the odd ball of the bunch without the proper uniform.

Soccer.com does not make things easy where it should be easy. If it was up to me I would pull Barca Academy out...

I tried placing an order online but it wouldn't take my rewards cert, so I called and was told that system is new and there is a glitch and they would send me an e-mail with instructions within a couple of days. Once I got the e-mail, it said that I could combine the 20% off and the $10 coupon, but, once again, the online site would not let me. So, I called yet again. The girl tried telling me that I could not combine, but when I quoted her their e-mail stating succinctly that it said I could combine, she tried, put me on hold to get more help, then said she could not do it and that she would have to get help from a mgr. This was because the computer program took a percentage off, but not the full 20% off. If they are doing this with all of their customers, most of whom probably don't pay attention to a dollar here or there, they are saving quite a bit of money for themselves. I asked how long (we had been on the phone now for 50 minutes) and she said another 5-10 min. She said she could call me back if I preferred, and I really hesitated, but agreed. To her credit, she did call me back-- but only to lie to me. She said I got the discounts. Upon receiving the confirmation e-mail, it was still incorrect and did not include my $10 goal club discount. Fuming, I went to another website, ordered what I wanted, and then called to cx at soccer.com. The girl said she could not give me a confirmation # because she did not have one on her computer, but that I would receive a cx e-mail. Well, the next morning when I had not such e-mail, I called and they were closed, so I sent an e-mail stating that I had cancelled. The next day when they responded, they said they had no record of any cancellation and they could not cx one of the items. I called and asked to be directed to a mgr-- tired of all the lies coming out of the phone techs. He started telling me that, unfortunately, they could not cx the order and after threatening to go to the president of the company, miracuously he was able to cx it. A real pain in the butt! I do not recommend this company at all!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site! Don't believe them when they say they will cx your order but have no cx # for you -- you will just have to wait for a cx e-mail-- it isn't coming!

They hid all the posts on their Facebook page from consumers who never got their orders or their orders are severely delayed. That's shady in and of itself. Their shirts are itchy and cheap. The shorts are so thin they're see-through. The socks are way too thick for soccer socks. Do business with ANYONE else.

Customer service representatives are rude and snarky. They ship their orders several weeks after the order was placed, and they won't refund you for any reason. Save your money and go anywhere else.

I placed my order in July and paid for 2-day shipping. $113 for two shirts, one pair of socks, and one pair of shorts. Shirts and socks took 7 weeks to arrive (got them September 1st) and the shorts are "in transit". We're more than half way through the season.

When my order was already 5 weeks out, I reached out and tried to cancel my order since I paid for items to be used this season, not for less than half a season- they're basically worthless. The email responses I received were terrible customer service, useless boilerplate language, and passive aggressive and unprofessional snark.

They basically said that I should have been aware they are contracted to customize orders, so they are all nonrefundable. It is unreasonable to assume customers are aware of a company's various contracts. It is also unreasonable and unprofessional to throw that in their face when they want a refund for items that are for a specific season that is already almost over, especially when that order was placed nearly two months prior.

They have zero incentive to ship orders on time since as soon as the order is placed they have your money, a policy that prevents returns under all circumstances, and the gall to ship it essentially whenever they like, regardless of when the order was placed.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

The nightmare was
0. The team uniform was not available in the website eventhough they had sent the email confirming that were ready to sell them
1. Difficult to create the account via web. The web is not prepared for international customers additional to canadian
2. Unable to place the order by phone because they did not have the same information that they have on the web
3. Back again on the web once the account was finally created. Error message while processing payment. Mails and phone calls which do not resolve anything. Their system did not resolve to generate an order number but it did charge the credit card several times. Our credit cards were blocked thanks to their site. (Besides I received an unknown charge in one of the credit cards used to process the payment on their site so blocked that card also)
4. Back to the phone to try to process payment there and again and now credit card charge rejected due to security issues.
5 Try to pay by moneygram in mexico they accept sending transfers to individuals not companies
6 Back again to the web adding paypal account and it did went through finally it gave the order number. Nightmare seemed over hahaha

7. I received an email to contact customer service (the phone number does not comes in the mail body). Because they did an error calculating the shipping fee and I should pay $16 usd more. THEIR error not mine. There is not place on the web site that says that the fees are estimate and you will asked to pay for it latter and delay the shipment.

8. Back again in the phone with the customer service representative who did not solve anything. I told him that the bank has rejected the charges to the credit card from your company and have cancelled my credit card due to security in the previous attempts to pay with the credit card. I ask him to try to get an autorization to process the order. Finally gave the card number again. He says that it will be until tuesday that they will process the charge and go on with the order if aproved.
