Sofitelboutique

We used to love staying in Sofitel hotels. When we learned that we can order some of their bedding we were up for trying it. Since we already had a good mattress, we decided to try their topper, Sofitel Featherbed. I would have never bought such a product, had I seen it in person. The feathers are tough and make the toper tough. There is barely any soft down. It's made in China. I strongly doubt Sofitel is using it in their hotels. I initiated the return, and unfortunately it's one of the rare stores that does NOT pay for the return. Overall very disappointed and will never shop there again. And probably will have second thoughts when considering which hotel to stay with.
