I purchased MS Office professional keys and they didn't work, giving error saying the code has already been redeemed. I sent email to support but didn't receive any response, I tried to initiate chat, but chat tool is not responsive and show text in some other languages. I tried to submit feedback, but there also didn't get any response back. I m changing the rating now as after posting reviews and sending another email to support they were able to replace and provide me legit keys.

I purchased MS Office Pro Plus 2019. Came with the key and the installation disk. Also came with instructions to remove previous versions, this will be handy for any inexperienced installers out there. Also the support information included.
Installation was straightforward, popped in the disk, installed, run Word, input the Product Key. Perfect.
The handy thing about this product is the fact that they also supplied the installation software and this meant that you are not required to create a Microsoft Account to install it. This is a key point for anyone who doesn't like the idea of allowing Microsoft even more access to your computer. Privacy is important and this installation gives you that freedom. Although you can enter and connect it to Microsoft if you choose, a link is supplied by email to go to the Microsoft Office website and login, download and install the software this way. It does not affect it updating the product if you chose to do it offline.
