Can't give enough stars. SonicElectronix has the best item descriptions for their items. You always get what you order. Shipping is very fast, my last order arrived two days before their website said it would be delivered.

I put in filters to include items that had certain features, and so I thought the items that pulled up would have been filtered to include all those features, so I ordered one of them. But then it turns out the item I purchased is actually missing some of the things I wanted, such as Bluetooth and iPhone playback. Otherwise, good prices and quick shipping. I'll order again if needed, but will have to pay closer attention since product filters don't work as well as I'd like..
We were offered a unique promo code by Sonic Electronix, but we entered the code incorrectly during our order. We contacted the company to ask for a credit to honor the promo code. It took the company a week to deny our request...
Edit: we finally heard from a competent customer support agent and our issue was resolved.
I put my complete vehicle make, model and old stereo style in and went to install it when it got here and the harness was Wrong.
Called customer support and they were very quick to address this and said they do have issues with the website doing this, YOU would Think they would fix it!
I THEN DIDN'T receive the new harness but they shipped me and Amp, with a packing slip that said harness inside the box.
I called and spoke to customer support AGAIN and they reshipped the harness. The new harness was 80 instead of 8 like the original.
They did discount it to 60, but for all the headaches they should of credited some for the stereo, back up camera and XM receiver I bought.
I will not use them again! Use Cruchfiled.
Terrible. I'm not one to write bad reviews. 90% of what I write is positive. I'm making an exception here. They sent the wrong speakers, they sent the wrong wiring harness, they sent the wrong bracket. I'm OK with errors. I'll work with you to fix it and get what I need. These folks are rude, dismissive and once they have your $$$ they could care less about mitigating an issue.
I'll spare you the blow by blow, but they refused to accept the items back for a refund (go talk to E-bay. Not our problem) and pretty much hung up on me.
Buy your speakers somewhere else. Everyone has some issues with sending the wrong equipment. That's fixable. This company will not address a problem or even attempt to be polite about it. I'd give them a zero but it wasn't an option in this forum.
I'm always worried about open box purchases, and have had bad experiences with Amazon, but the open box Kicker speaker enclosures came complete and everything appeared almost newly packaged from the factory. Thank you!
EDIT: They said I'd get a $5 coupon for doing a review, but that never happened. I also just placed another order using a coupon code send that applies to the product I wanted, but it didn't work. Lame.
Absolutely appalling customer service, an amplifier developed a fault within their warranty period and it is completely impossible to contact this company to have them honor their warranty. Phones are not answered, messages not responded to, I wish I knew this before ordering from them.
There are many other fine retailers out there, please use them and let these guys sink, you can't get away with treating your customers like crap these days.
Always had a positive experience with Sonic Electronix. Their pricing is fairly competitive with other major players. Shipping is always fast and support ready available. 2 months ago, I ordered an amp that was supposed to include an amp installation kit. Paid for next day air but they didn't send order for 3 days even though they had guaranteed it by 7 the next day. They did refund the extra shipping about 15 days after the order delivered but I still have not seen the wiring kit and they have quit responding to emails. TWO MONTHS and I have just written them off at this point. Lesson learned, no more Sonic Electronix.
From the selection of products and the fast shipping. What else is there to say. I recommend purchasing all the accessories they recommend, whether you install yourself or have a shop do it for you. You know that outside of the accessories the only other cost after initial purchase could be new wire. That being said, SonicElectronix makes budgeting really easy.
This company is so quick to take your money but when the goods got lost they find all pathetic accuses not to refund or re-send the item. I have paid for an item end of May 2016 and until today i have not receive it. They are messing me about, giving all sort of excuses. I'm very disappointed with them, such a disgraceful company. DO NOT waste your time and money with them.

Worst customer service ever - don't bother reading the issue in the emails. All they say is it's after 60 days we'll send you a replacement. The website gives the wrong specs for speakers for my car, so they don't fit - I need to return them. Their response is below. Seriously? Shipped on time. Wrong items. They misread serial numbers. Now when you sell multiple items of the same brand names you think they would double/triple check model numbers. Or in my case just grab the first thing that looks close. I got my package and opened the box. It smelled like a wet ashtray. I taped it back up. Smell was bad but it was only inside the box. They let their employees smoke in there warehouse? Now after three days of emails and phone calls they finally give me a free RA. But it was a 80 mile trip for a UPS store for that size of box. I asked for a close USPS but they would not budge. Now the operator on the phone was nice but the dummy on the email did not care and was trying to make me pay the return of wrong items sent. Now Im out $20 gas and a Xmas gift to give because I wont get a refund in time. Not posting this tell I get a full refund in about three weeks?

I placed a order 2.5 months ago that was never delivered and no one signed for. Fed ex said they left on my porch. I have video cameras and they were never at my house. 300$ out the window and sonic wont do anything. I will fill out bad reviews as much as possible on this company now
Absolutely upset at this company. They mark up their items to a higher price but include" a free gift" It's not free because they already up charging you. Then after about 2 weeks of not receiving my product i email them and they say my payment was a fraud and wanted to charge another 200 dollars. Very upset horrible experience would not recommend.
They don't honor their return policy. Charged me 25% to return a new deck that was dead out of the box. They won't answer the phone, It took 3 weeks and numerous e-mails to get a response. They have basically stolen my money. Don't do business with them.

Answer: Because they don't have it in stock. They are notorious for posting products they aren't authorized dealers for and not keeping an accurate inventory of what they do have leading to them having out of stock items available for sale but they cannot fulfill the order because the company that makes the product doesn't sell to them.
