Do not purchase anything from this company they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with! It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and finally told them just to cancel it was told on Friday it was cancelled and I would receive a refund and email so I went and purchased a different radio this weekend and this idiots instead decided to finally ship my order then going to tell me since they didn't cancel it they now have to wait for the package to return to them before I can receive a refund! Don't do it better off going anywhere else!

I ordered an alpine double din head unit, amp, backup camera and under seat subwoofer. I installed it all and radio and carplay and usb all had horrible sound and skipped like a broke record. Tried calling and was told they no longer have technical support by phone so I emailed and never heard back. Called an alpine stereo distributor and he said the Alpine amp was junk and he's removed a few of them. I ended up removing the amp that attaches to the back of the radio and all was great. If you're going to sell products you should probably have customer support! Do not buy from this company!
I have -0- issues EVER with Sonic. They have discounted things and fixed issues without any questions. Prices and shipping/returns are flawless every time. Hard A+! Love them! (I am a customer in TX, not related to the business!)

I'm writing this review in hopes it might help my situation. I set up a return for speakers ai bought and the return was accepted for a refund minus a restocking fee.
It has been months but I still have not received the refund. I have emailed support 3 times now but they just tell me that they have sent my request to the appropriate people/department and won't give me any more information. If I do not receive a refund I will not buy from them again. I don't like losing $145.
I've bought from them in the past, and had zero issues. Quality has gone downhill, customer service does not exist, and you're better off going to their competitor. Don't bother with the return (the speakers were the wrong size). I'll just resale the garbage you sent. Stay away, go to Crutchfield.

This place is a joke will never order from here again. Ordered wake tower speakers, they're terrible quality and one speaker sounds blown straight out of the box. They denied my return which was a hassle to even do. Literally had the speakers for a week and used them for 1 minute to try them out.
I had started a cart and didn't finish it. A sales rep named Adam reached out to me to see if there was anything he could do. Not only did he find me the stuff I needed he also got me a better price than I could have thought was possible. Will definitely be back for more soon.
I ordered from this company on Amazon. Shortly after cancelled the order. They shipped it anyway. I contacted Fedex and they said that as long as the shipper informs them they would not deliver. I communicated this to SonicElectronix but they were in no way trying to hear me out. They insisted that I keep the product then ship it back. Mind you this is a heavy item and during Christmas time when shipping is a little chaotic. I was trying to avoid this all together, but they were more concerned with making money and not actual customer service. So for this I only give 1 star as for me customer service is the most important thing. I like to know I am not going to be messed over and that I am dealing with a reliable company.

I ordered a receiver and install kit all "in stock." I will receive the receiver this weekend and the install kit at an undisclosed time in the next two to three weeks. They shipped half of the order before telling me the order would be split (I assume because they make you pay for return shipping and hope I will keep what they sent). It turns out "in stock" meant the install kit was instock at the factory warehouse and would ship out from there, not from the sonicelectronix.com warehouse. I should have just paid the extra few bucks for the reliability of crutchfield.
When you order online you trust the vendor to keep its promises. Problems happen, but reputable firms make things right. Good luck with Sonic Electronics. I called help and was told 20 people were ahead of me. Better to email, which I did. Absolutely no response after a day. I'm stuck with a "specific vehicle" kit that doesn't fit my vehicle. It's not worth the trouble. I'm out $20, In the future I'll look elsewhere. They are NOT the lowest price.
I've ordered from sonicelectronix many times over ten years always very happy with my purchase. The tech support is great. You can watch videos that will help answer almost any question you might have.
Bad sub right out of the box. Their car specific measure was wrong. Didn't fit my car. Customer service sounds like they're in a cave. Can't hear them without a struggle of repeats on everything said... and to top it all off FedEx left a new JBL amp 3 neighbors away on a wet dirt driveway next to a street side garbage can... I'M DONE!

I love Sonic Electronix. I've used them multiple times for the purchasing of speakers, wiring harnesses, and various other things. They almost always have a good sale going on, and every experience I've had with them so far has been a great one. Would recommend them to anyone!
Can't give enough stars. SonicElectronix has the best item descriptions for their items. You always get what you order. Shipping is very fast, my last order arrived two days before their website said it would be delivered.

EDIT: They said I'd get a $5 coupon for doing a review, but that never happened. I also just placed another order using a coupon code send that applies to the product I wanted, but it didn't work. Lame.
Absolutely appalling customer service, an amplifier developed a fault within their warranty period and it is completely impossible to contact this company to have them honor their warranty. Phones are not answered, messages not responded to, I wish I knew this before ordering from them.
There are many other fine retailers out there, please use them and let these guys sink, you can't get away with treating your customers like crap these days.
2 months ago, I ordered an amp that was supposed to include an amp installation kit. Paid for next day air but they didn't send order for 3 days even though they had guaranteed it by 7 the next day. They did refund the extra shipping about 15 days after the order delivered but I still have not seen the wiring kit and they have quit responding to emails. TWO MONTHS and I have just written them off at this point. Lesson learned, no more Sonic Electronix.

This company is so quick to take your money but when the goods got lost they find all pathetic accuses not to refund or re-send the item. I have paid for an item end of May 2016 and until today i have not receive it. They are messing me about, giving all sort of excuses. I'm very disappointed with them, such a disgraceful company. I put in filters to include items that had certain features, and so I thought the items that pulled up would have been filtered to include all those features, so I ordered one of them. But then it turns out the item I purchased is actually missing some of the things I wanted, such as Bluetooth and iPhone playback. Otherwise, good prices and quick shipping. I'll order again if needed, but will have to pay closer attention since product filters don't work as well as I'd like..

Worst customer service ever - don't bother reading the issue in the emails. All they say is it's after 60 days we'll send you a replacement. The website gives the wrong specs for speakers for my car, so they don't fit - I need to return them. Their response is below. Seriously?
