Had my procedure 11/6/2019. Did 3 areas. Upper abs, Lower abs & Hips. I've gone from all XL AND XXL cloths to mediums and smalls. I went from a 14 Jean to a 6 and I'm only a few weeks shy of 3 months post op. I had this done in the Woburn Massachusetts office and everyone was so sweet, friendly & helpful. Every time I emailed Brittany she got back to me quickly. I want to do a few more areas and I 100% recommend this place. One photo was 3 weeks after procedure and other photo was 6 months after.
I paid $9562.62 at my initial consultation on 5/07/24 for a procedure scheduled for 9/4/24. Due to the location of the services, I canceled my appointment over a month before it was scheduled. I was told I would be reimbursed within 30 days of my cancellation. It has been over 30 days since the cancellation, and I still have not received the funds back on my credit card statement, so I called and inquired. I was told I would receive a callback. I did not receive a call, but two days later, I was sent an email stating that it had been over 45 days since I made the credit card payment, so they would "resubmit" my refund via a $7070.62 check that I would receive within 7-14 days. I never had this service. I went to a 10-minute consultation in May '24. I canceled well within the cancellation time frame. My refund should be in full, in the amount of $9562.62. This was the response I received: I apologize for the delay with the refund. I have resubmitted it and we will be mailing a check out for $7070.62. The check should arrive in 7-14 business days. (Since it has been over 45 days from the time we charged the Amex, we can't refund the card directly). Please see the attached Financial Agreement. I had lipo done almost two weeks ago with Dr. Bedford. She was great and the Assistant Griffith was amazing. I received a phone call from the doctor the night of my surgery, just to see if I had any questions. They made sure I was comfortable and informed of what to expect during and after the procedure. I will definitely send referrals and go back.
Ya know there advertising is so wrong. Put a weight out there, dont make people thinK you make dreams come true in on visit. Such a disappointment. And really a shut down on fat people. Discrimination yes...
The gal who I initially met with, (her job is to sell you) went so hard, she didn't have to, I wanted the procedure. After it was done I discovered they didn't even do my back. It was then they told me they only remove a certain amount. I expressed had I known that I would have scheduled different times for the procedure. So I ended up with only the front half of my abdominal area done and not anything in my back. They would not reschedule me or even acknowledge they they didn't do a whole procedure on me.

From the consultant, Sahara, to the Dr. Marc Klein, to Shay the receptionist in between - all are phenomenal. Was treated with respect and professionalism all the way around. Have had a wonderful experience ad would do it again in a heartbeat! This place is amazing!
I had my procedure done in the Indianapolis Sonobello office. I had Dr. Wise perform my plastic surgery and I can't even explain how thrilled and ecstatic I am about the outcome. I had very very good results. Iam a plus sized girl, over 200 pounds. Iam also 38 years old with six pregnancies under my belt. Both of my surgery's were staged. Large amounts of fluffy ugly fat removed, my skin shrunk down…it is tight…I didn't need the EX procedure done. I thank Dr. Wise and his staff for their expert care and medical/anesthetic knowledge in helping me feel better about myself! I'd give you 100 gold stars if I could!

I had my surgery done July 31,2023. I got an infection after 1 week post visit. Notified Sonobello nuse and she mentioned it was just irritated to air it out and would be better. No it got wosr. Had to see my Kaiser health care provider to give me new medication for infection today August 14,2023. My health provider mentioned I should have been prescribed more meds and the incision was poorly done trapping lots of bacteria. Will never recommend Sonobello. Go to a cosmetic specialist. Dr. Hsu was recommended. I do not. I haven't seen him since surgery.
Had lippo done in April of 2019, by Dr. Hill, in 2021 I will be having a abdominoplasty with vertical incision so they can cut out and fix what he killed! Stay away from this company, I complained on my 1st visit after lipo and still got no answers from Dr. Hill!

I went to the Sono Bello in Portland on macadam. I had abdomen, back fat a hips done. It cost over $6k. It was the worst experience of my life. I looked 9 months pregnant before the procedure. Had it done and was in extreme pain afterwards! Totally out of it for two day, could barely walk fir a week, with fat ozing everywhere! Oh and the bruises! Lordy! It lasted maybe a year and then I started getting the pregnant look again. Don't do it. They won't refund your money even though the tv says it's permanent and GUARANTEED! They want you to have another procedure. No way in hell!
Do not waste your money with these people. Like a lot of other reviewers my appointments were cancelled and rescheduled several times.
At my kadt appointment I told the Dictor i was not happy with the results after 9 months. She agreed I had a valid complaint and told me as soon as she put in her report I would get s call from the office manager, that was 10 days ago and I still haven't heard anything.
I'm beginning to think the reviewer who compared it to a bait and switch was not wrong.

I had surgery done to fix saggy eye lids.
The surgery did not work, though the incisions did look good. I had to have surgery redone because my eyes lids still sagged and the surgery didn't correct them. The second surgery left incisions on my forehead more noticeable and a little puckered. I thought that with time the scars would fade, I had the surgery approximately 5 yrs ago and the scars are still bothersome and left me self consciousness. I don't know what to do about this blotched job. I am not pleased with the outcome. I had this done at Sonobella in Garfield Heights.

With all the bad reviews I'm reading, I'm wondering why this company is still in business? I'm thankful for these reviews, but sorry for those who've had to go through such horrible experiences. I see good reviews, but those are outweighed by the bad.
I arrived to my 3:00pm appointment 15 minutes early, as requested. I completed the paperwork issued to me. At 3:40pm I still hadn't been seen. I chose to leave. There is no way a person should wait nearly an hour. After all they set the appointment time. The receptionist tried her best to make it better with small talk and offering water. I didn't like the disregard of my time. Maybe this happened for a greater reason. Looking at the reviews it's not as smooth and painless of a procedure as they make it appear to be.
I was in shape but had some issues with my abba and waistline. I went Sono Bella and was impressed with the rep, no high pressure sales and the service was excellent. My issue is with the result. After the procedure and 3 very painful day, and 3 months later I'm basically where I was when I started. There was some improvement but not even close to whst I expected. I diet has always been very healthy and I work out 5 days a week. Yet, it all came back! 8k later! Don't do it.
In the 1980's I was hit by a pickup truck. My facial cheekbones were broken, lower jaw broken in three place and all the facial muscles damaged. Dr Campanelii gave me the greatest gift when he did my face. I can look in the mirror for the first time in years and recognize the person I am looking at. It has been a life changing experience for me.
I went for a consultation and they recommended what I needed. After receiving how much I literally had a heart attack. It was like buying for a car. I decided I'm not doing this. Expectually when the are going to cut me from one end to the other to stretch the skin.
My wife had her procedure done and is still in pain over a month later and asked for a doctor's note to extend her time off work (she is not getting paid or using any sick time) and the doctor said he could not extend the time. How dose he know how she is feeling to me that us piss poor if she need more time the doctor should give it to her thats just bs that right there tells me all that the sorry $#*! doctor is worried about is getting his money not how the patients feel I would not recommend this to anyone because the doctor does not care about you or how you feel after the fact

I paid 8,000 for my stomach to be snatch as my dr said he will do. When it was done I was left with uneven side the middle of my stomach bumpy.I can't believe I paid 8,000 to get a botched stomach. I cry even time I look at the mirror. The dr told me after he did my surgery I need a tummy tuck to even me out. I don't have money for I saved the 8,000 for years so I can feel better about my self. Don't get it done. I have yet not heard from anyone to call about this, I teach out 3 times about this.
Sono bello is a scam. This "laser lipo" they are swearing by actually doesn't work, at all. I paid for 4 areas to receive lipo. (Upper and lower abs, waist and arms). The only area that I see a difference is my waist. I am on month 5 1/2 and literally I'm still fat in those areas. I go to the gym 5x a week (weight train and cardio). I paid for the recommended massages up until 3 months AFTER my surgery ( I was going twice a week for 3 months). My diet is literally great. I do not eat fast food, fried food, high sugars, high sodium or a bunch of carbs. I prioritize healthy fats and protein. And I have been going that prior to my procedure so I know about nutrition very well.You guys, I lie to to you not, no change whatsoever. In about a month I go for my 6 month follow up and I WILL tell them that I want another surgery because satisfaction is what they guaranteed
I definitely recommend Sono Bello. They did an amazing job I look and feel wonderful. The staff is very friendly and my nurse was excellent. The pain was minimal and I started to do all my normal activities within 3 days. I would recommend Sono Bello to everybody who wants to look great!
Doctors, nurses everyone there is a fraud. What I was promised with all certainty is not what I got. They assigned a doctor to me who was in such a hurry to go God knows where that he rushed my procedure that left the way I came. Called to complain and they tell me there are no guarantees SMH... Thousands of dollars literally wasted! My advice anywhere but Sonobello

All this company care about is your money, & after they get your money, they stop returning your phone calls, no response to your text messages, no response to emails@ all. No follow up appoints, always rescheduling@ the last minute, & I had awful results but they don't want to talk to you about the mistakes that were made to your body.

Dr canceled twice a day before after I've asked for day off of work. Never got my 6 month check up due to him canceling. I feel my results are botched. Told me not to get massages after procedure but everyone I've asked said they did massages for better results. Would not recommend at all. Do better with customer service please
First of all I was sold to believe that this procedure would only require a 3 day down time and that it would only feel as though I did a thousand sit ups. Mind you I am one to work out a lot so that didnt scare me. The procedure was extremely painful and they basically told me that they couldnt give me more anethesia so I received a stress ball to deal with it. The recovery has been hell to say the least. Dont do it!

NOTE: There will be additional costs that I will have to incurr to heal properly. I have scheduled lymphatic massages to drain out the fluid out of my stomach. This was not communicated to me when I signed up for this hell.
I just finished my series of 8 Venus treatments on the outer thighs and I am thrilled with the results! I have had traditional VelaShape treatments, in the past, and found the Venus treatments so much more comfortable and effective. Jackie, my regular technician, was awesome! She combined a passion for her work with a solid knowledge of the technology to provide me with an exceptional experience! I felt sleek and beautiful on my planned vacation and was able to hit the beach with confidence! I definitely plan to return to SonoBello for more treatments, and may pursue another procedure, in the future.
