Had my procedure 11/6/2019. Did 3 areas. Upper abs, Lower abs & Hips. I've gone from all XL AND XXL cloths to mediums and smalls. I went from a 14 Jean to a 6 and I'm only a few weeks shy of 3 months post op. I had this done in the Woburn Massachusetts office and everyone was so sweet, friendly & helpful. Every time I emailed Brittany she got back to me quickly. I want to do a few more areas and I 100% recommend this place. One photo was 3 weeks after procedure and other photo was 6 months after.
I paid $9562.62 at my initial consultation on 5/07/24 for a procedure scheduled for 9/4/24. Due to the location of the services, I canceled my appointment over a month before it was scheduled. I was told I would be reimbursed within 30 days of my cancellation. It has been over 30 days since the cancellation, and I still have not received the funds back on my credit card statement, so I called and inquired. I was told I would receive a callback. I did not receive a call, but two days later, I was sent an email stating that it had been over 45 days since I made the credit card payment, so they would "resubmit" my refund via a $7070.62 check that I would receive within 7-14 days. I never had this service. I went to a 10-minute consultation in May '24. I canceled well within the cancellation time frame. My refund should be in full, in the amount of $9562.62. This was the response I received: I apologize for the delay with the refund. I have resubmitted it and we will be mailing a check out for $7070.62. The check should arrive in 7-14 business days. (Since it has been over 45 days from the time we charged the Amex, we can't refund the card directly). Please see the attached Financial Agreement. I went to E sonterra Blvd in San Antonio Tx clinic for initial consultation. I ended up paying some down payment then I didn't go through the procedure. It have been over a year and I have not been able to get my money back. I stopped by, called numerous times, sent email but so far this Stephanie person is no where to be found. Please I want my money back
Went there just to see what the process was like. They knew before they tried to do measurements or to see my stomach that I was not fit for their program but yet they are still assisted on seeing my stomach and my hips. It was a very degrading experience. They meant made me feel very uncomfortable
Spent a lot of money with results far from satisfying. Some mistakes made on one side but not on the other. Forever misappropriation, they said the would make it right but months later still not making it right but they have my money. If I had known ahead how frustrated I would be with Sono Bello I never would have come. Go someplace else if you want good results.
I had a good surgical experience. I viewed many videos on the procedure, and I was terrified before it. When I had my pre-op with the nurse at the center, she thoroughly explained the procedures and told me what to expect. I believe that her explanation of the expectations were met. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. They make you feel like your the only patient they have. I am currently going through the healing process and expecting great results. I do have to say that the healing process was not totally discussed by the doctor and I've called the office for further clarity on my results; however, the center did schedule appointments to discuss the status of my personal results.
Sono Bello is a scam I spent $1700 of my hard earned cash and I did nothing but gain 10 pounds they don't tell you you have to get into this outfit that so small my sciatica started to hurt. It was impossible to get into horrible place they never checked on me to see if I was happy with the results and I ended up gaining weight
Dr Gage and nurse Adrienne are such wonderful people. My procedure went amazingly well. They were both professional and down to earth. They made it a goal to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I went for a free consultation with Julie at the Brookfield, Wisconsin location. The first question was my weight and she said the price was based on my weight. The website states it's $1395 per area. I consider this a SCAM! Then I asked since this is an ambulatory surgery center what hospital would they send a patient if there was a problem. She guessed Froedtert. They have had a death doing these procedures they should have back ups. I left and won't go back.
I would seriously recommend that you do your due diligence and learn everything about this procedure. I was told during the consultation that I would not feel pain because of the medication they give you… it hurt so bad I nearly jumped out of my skin during the entire procedure. I had to go back for a redo and again it hurt so much… it's been over 9 months now and I'm not happy with my results. I will be making an appointment with a Board certified plastic surgeon. While looking on line I read that when they do not use anesthesia to put you to sleep during the procedure, it means they are not Board certified plastic surgeons, not sure how true that is.
I recently visited Sonobello Norfolk and felt extremely uneasy after the visit. The patient car associate Ariel Delorito was aggressive, pushy, and tried to tell me I needed an additional procedure before even looking at me. At that point, I knew they were full of it. She came off dishonest and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I will not be going forward with the procedure. And after reading some of these reviews and seeing pictures. I know I've made the right choice. They should be ashamed!
I had the smart lipo two months ago. I am so pleased with my progress. The staff was amazing! Honest and knowledgeable the entire process. I knew every step before they came along from what to expect on the day of surgery to what changes I would see along the healing process. I would recommend anyone considering it to go in for a consultation. I'm almost mad I didn't do it sooner.
I bought the abex procedure, upper arms, knees, and banana roll. None of these procedures made me look better, instead I look worse and now I have 2 belly buttons, my stomach isn't flat and smooth, my knees and arms are lumpy and saggy, and my butt looks like it has another butt under it if it is all lumpy and dented. I bought 2 Venus packages because they said it would fix all this. It didn't. I look worse than before surgery

Consultation was fine. It was the surgery that messed up my body! I guess the AbEx went okay but they moved my belly button way up above my waist. It's almost under my breast's. It looks horrible & I'll never wear a 2 piece bathing suit anymore. I look ridiculous! That's not the end of my disastrous story. At the last minute I decided to have liposuction on my thighs. Now I look like a freak! There's a dent, more like a cave in in them. I'll never wear a short skirt or shorts again either. The cave ins on my thighs are a joke. There are huge indentations on both thighs where the cannula went in & then there is fat all around the indents. Even my 11 year old granddaughter noticed it. This place is a joke! I went for my 6 month post op appointment & asked that the doctor be there because I had complaints & wasn't satisfied. They said they were sorry & would try to fix it which meant going through this all over again. They said they would call me to set up an appointment. Well months later & no call. I called back & they said they would give the dr my message & get back to me. Still no call! What is this Satisfaction Guarantee? I'm just a number to them. They won't even give me a partial refund! My body is a joke now. Between my belly button in no where land & dents in my thighs I'm so to go to the beach or out anywhere. Everyone who notices my thighs I tell I had this botched surgery done at Sono Bello & never go there & spread the word! I would rather have my fat belly & thighs back than look like this. I feel like a freak of nature! No calls months later which at this point wouldn't mean anything. They've already proven themselves unqualified! No money back! I've already spoken to an attorney & am proceeding forward with this.

Satisfaction Guaranteed is a huge joke. That's why I'm proceeding with my attorney. Hopefully everyone considering having a procedure done there should cancel it! This place sucks & so does the so called dr who performed these procedures! Their rating from me is so low it's in the negatives.
I am very unhappy with the results of my procedure. I have expressed this constantly. I did a revision and I thought that would help it but no it didn't make a big change. I had difficulty after the first procedure. All of my stitches opened and I was burned from the lazer. So now I have a large dark burn on my stomach that will not go away.it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend doing it. It cost alot and the results are not what was expected. Now I have to live with this mistake. I would like for them to offer some of my money back. This was paid in full. NOT A HAPPY WOMEN!
The patient ambassador stated that my bmi was not between 18 through 42 and they could not treat me. After reading these reviews and seeing these photos. I think it was for the best they denied me. I was like okay no problem. If the idea is to help restructor and lose weight what gives? I found it insulting and discouraging. I'll pass and so should many interested parties.
I have been very impressed with the professionalism and quality of care that I have received from the staff at Sono Bello Body Contour Center. The location was centrally located and the office is impeccable and beautiful. I recently underwent a laser lipo procedure for my inner and outer thighs only a week ago and I can already can see the results! The surgeon was very experienced and informative and put me at total ease during the whole process. The office and surgeon both called to check on my progress the day after surgery which made me feel reassured and confident that I had made the right decision. I would highly recommend Sono Bello to anyone who wants to improve their physical appearance in a safe and state of the art medical center.
This procedure is more painful then childbirth. Especially since the surgeon refused to put a drain in and I'm dealing with extremely acute pain as well as an extreme seroma, that currently I am going to the E. R. for. This procedure is extremely expensive also, please please buyer beware.

This company has terrible customer service they do not value their clients time at all. When you schedule an appointment they will have you sit in the waiting room for hours on end. This happened to me several times. They lack adaptability when it comes to their clients schedules. They are also not transparent when it comes to the process after the procedure. I was very disappointed in the service I was provided for the money I had spent. I would not recommend them...

I had my procedure done 3 months ago. Abs, sides, back and bra. I am super satisfied with it. With exercise and a "proper" diet it was totally worth it! I can now wear tops I couldn't for years because of the fat ring around my middle. The procedure was mostly painless and recovery was a breeze! I can't say if my weight loss is from exercise and diet but having all that fat removed from my mid section makes a big difference in my appearance!
I noticed results by the 5th - 6th day after surgery. I was so shock by the results, because it was still so early! I can't wait to see the full results by the 6th month! They really have me excited about getting my body back!
I had a lot of hanging skin on my stomach from losing weight. I paid $10,000 to have it removed from 4 areas. They did a decent job of removing it from 3 of the 4. However, they did not remove it from the upper stomach area and honestly, it looks worse. After I went back in and was told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I still am unable to wear a two piece, despite years of exercising and paying 10 grand. I would NEVER recommend them. Please think twice!

This place is a joke, be extremely careful before signing any contracts paying any money, see a doctor, get examen for realistic results. The consultant will tell you anything to get your money, they owe me over $5,000.00 I will be filling a small claims against them this week.

Brittany, is phenomenal! That young lady knows her stuff. She was able to put me at ease, she was very professional. She took me through the process where I can relax. She was an able to answer questions that I had on my mind and some questions she was able to answer that I may have been thinking about. Brittany is incredible and the staff is very nice. The dr did procedure despite me screaming in pain and the staff present did nothing to help me. The dr told me if u don't stay still I'm gonna stop right now and leave you like this. I basically passed out from pain

Best decision ever made. Procedure went well and was walking around the same day. Worst part of the whole process is wearing the garments - and the itching. Folks at work compliment me. Best of all, the staff was FANTASTIC! I love that I made new friends with them.
Do your body a favor, do not go here! I was lied to to get in the door, regarding who my surgeon was and what financing was. I was prescribed pain medication that I can not take and the Dr was aware that I could not take, as it was in my chart several times, and I told them several times prior. I had to have a hernia repair post op, the surgeon did not complete the procedure due to tolerance because I was given the wrong medication and in so much pain throughout the procedure. Abby has attempted to offer a resolution and has been asked multiple times to submit the offer in writing, she has yet to do so. I asked Abby what they wanted me to pay for, and that I felt the offer was not proportional to what has happened to me, I was told by Abby, that it is extortion for me to expect a full refund. Sono Bello also wants all reviews removed if I accept their offer.
