Had my procedure 11/6/2019. Did 3 areas. Upper abs, Lower abs & Hips. I've gone from all XL AND XXL cloths to mediums and smalls. I went from a 14 Jean to a 6 and I'm only a few weeks shy of 3 months post op. I had this done in the Woburn Massachusetts office and everyone was so sweet, friendly & helpful. Every time I emailed Brittany she got back to me quickly. I want to do a few more areas and I 100% recommend this place. One photo was 3 weeks after procedure and other photo was 6 months after.

I paid $9562.62 at my initial consultation on 5/07/24 for a procedure scheduled for 9/4/24. Due to the location of the services, I canceled my appointment over a month before it was scheduled. I was told I would be reimbursed within 30 days of my cancellation. It has been over 30 days since the cancellation, and I still have not received the funds back on my credit card statement, so I called and inquired. I was told I would receive a callback. I did not receive a call, but two days later, I was sent an email stating that it had been over 45 days since I made the credit card payment, so they would "resubmit" my refund via a $7070.62 check that I would receive within 7-14 days. I never had this service. I went to a 10-minute consultation in May '24. I canceled well within the cancellation time frame. My refund should be in full, in the amount of $9562.62. This was the response I received: I apologize for the delay with the refund. I have resubmitted it and we will be mailing a check out for $7070.62. The check should arrive in 7-14 business days. (Since it has been over 45 days from the time we charged the Amex, we can't refund the card directly). Please see the attached Financial Agreement. Beware of this place! They are NOT responsible for results and complications, means you can say goodbye to your LARGE $$$$. The procedure is very painful ( as a mother of 2/ natural birth) I can say that. I got no results, still numbness in some areas ( since October! And this is May already) and horrible post procedures holes! I was offered to do " touch ups", good heavens! People don't realize that this is very invasive procedure. How often you hear a statement from surgical team in the hospital " oh, sorry, we missed all right areas, but hey, let's try do it again" it is the same! But for some reason, Sonobello makes such a failure like a routine failure in the their practice. Don't buy their nice smiles and crazy amount of phone calls prior to selling you a package. Once procedure is done, the doctor won't see at all until 6 months after!?!? How " great" is follow up! Congrats if you get fat areas down but you are more likely to look like a mutant with regard to your body proportions.

I have lost over an inch around my waist just half-way through my eight Venus treatments. I'm very pleased so far and can't find to see the final results. Its already boosted my confidence greatly.

Terribly painful during. Nothing more than a Valium and asprin for the procedure. Doctor had worst bedside manner ever. Results worse than both. Looks like I ate rocks.

Went in for a consultation and it was insisted that I put a down payment to hold my original quote.
Covid hit, jobs lost, and I asked to reduce the number of areas treated and they wanted to charge the same as all the areas.
I couldn't afford it and they DID NOT CARE.
Very rude and would not recommend their services.

Tip for consumers:
STAT AWAY!!! Go to a surgical center snd don’t let them sell you a scam.

I don't know what else to say other than the fact, THIS PLACE IS ALL THAT AND SOME. From the moment you walk in and greeted by Vanessa. A very sweet spirit and makes you feel like you've known her your whole life. Then there was Tiffany, she was sweet and explained everything so well. Now the procedure day, my nurse was "Monique". OMG she is the BEST!

Great sales pitch. TERRIBLE aftercare. The procedure was extremely uncomfortable and the staff had a lassie fair attitude. I was sore for 3 months after my procedure. The Two-day recovery and return to work is A BOLD FACE LIE, it's extremely deceptive and I regretted every second of my decision. I had lipo and skin removal for my abdomen area.

I am 4 months post procedure right now. I had my top and bottom abdomen and both outer thighs done. My stomach looks almost the same as before... one thigh looks worse than before (weird lumpy look) and the other looks the exact same. The ads say in 'one day' you can remove stubborn fat. What a pile of garbage. I am not a large person (150 lbs) 5'5 and I eat healthy and work out almost daily, gave UP carbs and was just looking for some stubborn fat to be removed. The doctor even said I had 'easy fat' at the consultation. I guess not.
I would not recommend spending thousands of dollars as unless you are in your early 20's or you will probably be disappointed. After the procedure you are swollen and weigh more than before. 2 months in the swelling is 'supposed' to go down (and remember you are wearing compression garments the entire 2 months) yet the results are the same as if you were to go work out 5 days a week. Do a LOT of research if you are serious as AFTER the procedure they then tell you it may take a FULL YEAR to see final results!
Update July 2021: No other changes. Stomach still the same size, thighs still look same as four months post procedure. Complete waste of time and money.

I see the advertisements especially now as we will soon be approaching spring, the reason people would flock to Sonobello to do this now is because they want to look good in their bathing suits, the staff at Sonobello needs to be forthcoming and tell clients that it takes at least 18 months for your body to contour to the way you want it to, and that you can not expose your scar to the sun. I had a tummy tuck and lipo in 2018 and my belly still has not contoured and I wear my compression garment everyday. I wear it because it feels go. I drove an 1hr 1/2 each way to & from consultation appt (spent 2hrs waiting because they were behind), paid for all procedures & was told I need medical clearance from my neurologist which I got because I have mild epilepsy. Then I drove 2hrs each way to & from my preop appt & waited 1hr 1/2 when a nurse came in to tell me even though my neurologist gave okay they couldn't do procedure. After they rushed me out back door. The dr didnt have the decency to come in & tell me or help me by giving me other recommendations. The entire situation was so unprofessional & very disappointing. For the amount I paid patients deserve better than this!

I received a lot of good and useful information from the front desk staff regarding Lipo for for my abs. I'm thankful that I got the information that I needed. I think I need to workout a little more to get the body I want, however I WILL be booking a procedure in the near future.

Please save you money, I had very bad experience I didn't work for me I keep calling after my Lipo with no results and the only answer I have was give it a time is been 8 months and still having a big pouch and every time I call is excuses after excuse, words service and very expensive I should put attention in the reviews

I had my treatment done March of last year and it was the most misleading steps in the procedure and I have not received one single phone call on how I'm doing or wondering why I have not made it back to my checkups it was completely A horrific experience for me and never cared to even go back except for my three week check up and not once has anybody even try to call me to find out why and I spoke my mind at my three week check up and still never received any phone calls they only cared about getting my money and nothing after that, the miss leading part was the fact that they tell you they give you a few injections to numb you, but they do not tell you that those injections are only to numb the outside of you so they can make the small incisions and then they proceed to shove a tube up everyone of those incisions jabbing you in and out to get the numbing in the inside but you feel every single jab! It was the most excruciating pain, I would rather give birth with no epidural than to ever go through that again, and my doctor only kept telling me to stop jerking it's only making it worse for me as he was jamming out to music very very unprofessional and very misleading in the procedure nobody should ever go through this awake this procedure should only be done when you're put under! But the biggest disappointment was the fact that I have not received one single phone call after spending $6900! Shame on this company

I had my 1st liposuction on March 26,2014, so Wednesday will be 6 weeks since my 1st (front/back bra roll, abdomen & waist) & 4 weeks since my 2nd on April 9,2014. (inner/outter thighs, knees & arms). When I went for my one week follow up appointment they took more pictures and i could already see a big difference only after one wk. My pants size was a 12 before lipo. I am now a size 8. I have dropped 4 pants sizes in a few weeks! I am so excited with the results & I know it will only get better. I have also started going to the gym so I know that will help also. Dr. Klein is the one who preformed my lipo and he was awesome! Sono bello is the best! Thanks, Crystal.

I am Mildred Molina, another victim of Sonobello. I can affirm that all the bad reviews they have are true. I had two lipo lasers with them, the first in 2021 where they did not remove any fat and they almost killed me from so much lidocaine that they gave me the so-called Dr. Mendoza. He cut an excess of skin from my abdomen and pulled my belly button down out of place. And leaving me with a horrible scar from side to side, later in 2022 they repeated said lipo to repair what they did not do, they charged me more money, they did not make my waist, they put my navel back in its place and they sewed it as if it were a patch I woke up in the middle of the process I could feel everything they did to me and see it in the reflection of the lights today I have no sensitivity in the lower part of my abdomen and other problems which they are not interested in because of a law in Florida You practically can't sue unless you die. Please believe me, look for another place, I guarantee that any other place will be better and they charge you the same but you will have an excellent job.

This was the worst experience I've had in a decade. Consultation was for my wife. Sat in lobby for 1 hr. 40 minutes past appointment, waiting. Better Business Bureau plaque in the lobby from 3 years ago. Had $5000 in my pocket. Another $7000 on my HSA card. Britanny could hardly be bothered. I am the one who had to ask every question while she continually looked at her rose gold watch! Aren't you supposed to have a process? We were told how lucky we are that Brittany would steer us to surgeon who also does skin removal, which is NOT affiliated with actual Sono Bello. Wife walked out embarrassed when we wanted to think about it, but instead were told that I HAD to sign a piece of paper that was about to ask 5 lenders for $25,000 credit limit. Only thighs were important to us. $8000 ($4500 for two fees beyond original quoted price) plus another likely $10,000 for skin removal. Offered/pushed/ and insulted because I refused $25,000 credit card application limit. I have original print outs. Then mocked! No medical people anywhere, but you want me to let you touch my wife? You are so deceitful and you know it! Delete all of our data. You do not have permission to share anything of ours!

In March of 2017 I paid $7500 for work done at the Sacramento CA location. I had my arms, stomach, sides, several area's done. Afterwards the lump in my midsection was so bad I filed a complaint and Dr. agreed to try and correct it. It softened the lump but not completely. Also, what remained, and remains to this day, is a collection of fluid/loose fat? That had not drained and is now a permanent part of my pubic area, I have attached proof of purchase, and because of this I was never happy with the outcome. I don't need, nor can I, put out another $7-8,000 to at least get this pouch removed so I can wear pants again. It has been like this since day one and every effort to flatten it out has failed. I am asking for Sono Bello to make an effort to remove this fluid and the cluster 'f' as it has caused me so much mental pain and cringe every time I look in the mirror. It was so bad for so long I have lost all confidence I had. What can be done?! Note: my arms are still great as I was and continue to be diligent in wearing pressure garments on them (I did so and continue to do so with the midsection as well, but that has not worked on this issue.) Six years later; they are trying to sell me the "AbEX" via emails daily. When I responded to the comment left on my original review and interacted with the person I was told to contact, she said she was 'so sorry to hear this' but did not offer any resolution except for me to buy more procedures. At this point it is obvious 'satisfaction guaranteed' is just hot air. Good luck if you chose to get a procedure from them.

I had lipo on upper abs, lower abs and waist on Dec 4, up to today on Feb 2nd, I do not see ANY change in my stomach. I didn't have an excessive amount of fat in my stomach to begin with so I felt I should've seen a great change by now. I wear the compression garment daily, along with an ab board, which they didn't tell me about until I complained, which made all the difference in comfort and not having the compression garment pierce your stomach. I paid too much money and shoulve seen better results by now. I was shown a picutre of someone my size, approximately 5'5" and about 140 lbs, who they claimed had amazing results in just 2 weeks, that was not my experience AT ALL. The Dr was also not the most friendly or comforting and the process was extremely painful during the procedure, just like the other review, I was screaming during the procedure.

My wife went to the Jacksonville office and was told by their sales representative one story on the procedure and when we went for the Pre-opt we were told a total different way it was going to be done, the down time was to be 6-8 weeks. We then decided to cancel the procedure for the following week and asked for our deposit of $2500 back. They refused to give it back saying we signed an agreement stating no refunds would be given back. We have made several phone calls to a call center and haven't received a call back. You can't talk to anyone in charge on a higher level, they make sure of that! LDB

I had my procedure done with sono bello on 04/26/19 and was very pleased with the procedure from start to finish, I was a nervous wreck and my nurse Toni was so comforting, she had me laughing to take my mind of the surgery, Dr Moody and Angela was awesome and caring, they managed my pain level well, I must say I was very surprise that the next day I was able to take my dad shopping, no pain, just soreness, I cant wait to see the end results. Great Job Dr Moody and thank you

I did this once but I do want to caution you on the 5 star reviews... Please be careful it is not actually the staff or friends of the staff who were subsidized for posting the 5 star review.

Had surgery done 8/2018 was told I would be back to normal 5/19. I still have swelling and feel they did not remove as much as they could have also was not happy with last visit.

I did my Lipo 9mo ago and on my 6mo check up I pointed out to Dr Wallace that I hv too much loose skin. He was telling me I should hv done a tummy tuck and he did not see why I am complaining. If I spend over ******* I want my body to look good. He also did my friend and she had to go back to do it all over agn. Thanks to Dr al Husaini who re do the surgery and now I feel comfortable in my body

I dont recomend sonobello! I was looking for a liposuction.based on the high price i thought they going to do a great job! The stuff its really nice.but the dr is so rude and unprofessional... I endup back in CT with a different DR. the DR in CT saw his job and told me that was a terrible job i got in SONOBELLO. Which i ended up spending $3.000 to get that bad job they did...so my review is - 0 for SONNOBELLO if are looking for a good results thats no the place to go! Again the ladies that work at desk are 10... very polite but the DR - 0 Marcelo azevedo!dont waist your dollar on this place...
