Had my procedure 11/6/2019. Did 3 areas. Upper abs, Lower abs & Hips. I've gone from all XL AND XXL cloths to mediums and smalls. I went from a 14 Jean to a 6 and I'm only a few weeks shy of 3 months post op. I had this done in the Woburn Massachusetts office and everyone was so sweet, friendly & helpful. Every time I emailed Brittany she got back to me quickly. I want to do a few more areas and I 100% recommend this place. One photo was 3 weeks after procedure and other photo was 6 months after.
I paid $9562.62 at my initial consultation on 5/07/24 for a procedure scheduled for 9/4/24. Due to the location of the services, I canceled my appointment over a month before it was scheduled. I was told I would be reimbursed within 30 days of my cancellation. It has been over 30 days since the cancellation, and I still have not received the funds back on my credit card statement, so I called and inquired. I was told I would receive a callback. I did not receive a call, but two days later, I was sent an email stating that it had been over 45 days since I made the credit card payment, so they would "resubmit" my refund via a $7070.62 check that I would receive within 7-14 days. I never had this service. I went to a 10-minute consultation in May '24. I canceled well within the cancellation time frame. My refund should be in full, in the amount of $9562.62. This was the response I received: I apologize for the delay with the refund. I have resubmitted it and we will be mailing a check out for $7070.62. The check should arrive in 7-14 business days. (Since it has been over 45 days from the time we charged the Amex, we can't refund the card directly). Please see the attached Financial Agreement. So I scheduled an appointment at Sonobello, about 3 months ago. It was on a Saturday. I got there on time, but the person before me was not. I sat out in the lobby for almost 2 hours. This couple finally show up. The receptionist was very friendly she came over and handed me a $5.00 Starbucks. Then it was my turn. I go back to the room/office. All the shades were open and the young lady ask me what type of service was I seeking? I said the liposuction in my tummy. She asked a few other routine questions. She then said ok stand up over here and raise up your shirt. I was uncomfortable because all shades were open and you could see into the adjacent offices in the other businesses.So immediately she says oh no you're not going to be able to get it and she pointed at the top of my stomach. She goes because you're stomach base is out too far. I said that's the purpose of me coming here. She goes I'm trying to save you some money. So after a 2 hour wait, a $5.00 gift card, a reveal to the world it was a no for her "dog" after about a 2 minute exam. I walked out extremely disappointed and sat in my car. Shortly after she was seen exiting the building. I really don't want to put any stars but it won't allow me to move on without at least selecting 1.
They do the BAIT and SWITCH. Your consultation is about the most professional thing you will experience. I was scheduled for surgery and the NIGHT BEFORE SURGERY my doctor called out sick. He was likely hung over or coaked out celebrating the FOURTH OF JULY. THEY HAD OVER 20,000 DOLLARS OF MY MONEY AND ALL THEY DID WAS GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND. I was told totally different than what happened. When you go there, they sell this to you as this great thing. First of all they had to reschedule my date after I already took off work. When I had the surgery it was the worst pain I have ever experienced. Three months later, I actually gained weight rather than lost. They would never answer the phone when you called keep you on hold when I went back for my check ups they acted as if they didn't care. I paid almost $10,000. That was for the stomach, the abs, and waist, and thighs. They only did the stomach abs and waist the first time. When I went back and told them, I was not pleased they told me they would refund the thighs I was supposed to have done which was $2500. I had to call them back several times and they kept telling me someone would get back with me and never did. Finally spoke with someone and they said they never said that. Then they hung the phone up on me when I started getting upset over it. DO NOT waste your money on this. It is a gimmick that is very painful.
Enjoyed my experience here, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I did upper and lower abs, bra roll and waist and so far my results are looking good!
I recently went bck 3/14/22 to do my hips and little touch up on my bra roll on my right side I had doctor green who did awesome job she not about the money she will tell u if u really need it or not and depending on the area if it's even something to consider overall this is my second time but I enjoy this doctor very well she took time to check on me on the weekend on her own personal phone which I was surprised I love the wrk and the front desk and the nurse are very welcoming and I used the same person who I can talk to about anything regarding my surgery her name is Raquel and this is at the Fort Lauderdale office I enjoy them a lot so the 3rd pic bck in September my hips I hate an the first two are recently from last month!
My experience with Sonobello in at a NY location, left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had my liposuction procedure over three years ago in the areas of stomach and inner thighs. The procedure on my inner thighs was exceptionally painful and I squirmed throughout the process. Although, I received a mild sedative, I could hear the Dr. advising his staffing to provide me with additional medication. Unfortunately, the end result is my stomach area remained bloated with minimal to no improvement and my thighs are disproportionately disfigured. Recently, I had a consultation for coolsculpting in an attempt to correct my SB experience. By coincidence a staffing member at the CS location, began speaking with me regarding her personal experience with SB. Surprisingly, we had our procedure performed at the same location. This appeared to be an unfortunate experience for the both of us. Again, my overall personal experience left me feeling disappointed. I'm now weighing my options, but feeling fearful of another unpleasant experience.
I've had a lot of procedures done at Sono Bello in Charlotte, NC. My third procedure was lipo on my anterior (top) thighs and under my butt done by Dr. Thiet. After I had healed, I saw her again, and she approved me for a revision. I tried to schedule it and was told that she was no longer there due to a family emergency and needed to go back home, or go back to her country. At some point, I was told that "anterior" thighs is not an area that they do, and yet, no one said anything at that time. I saw Dr. Alter to find out what could be done for my Revision, and he stated that I needed to weigh what I weighed at the time of Dr. Thiet's procedure. As soon as I was back to the same weight, I called to let them know (before Thanksgiving, 2023). I was told I would be "put on a list" to be called for an appointment. I was told the same thing on 12.12.23@ 2:45pm. They told me the same thing on 2.20.23@ 4:18pm and that I was approved, and that I didn't need to get the Revision in a certain amount of time, like I thought (that's why I called so many times). I was finally called the last week in January and scheduled my Pre-Op for 2.5 and my Surgery for 2.14. When I went there for my Pre-Op appt, I was told that it was scheduled for 2.12; that's not what I was told and wrote down when I scheduled it. I was sent a text on 2.8 around 4:15pm stating that I was denied by their Leadership Team due to being "outside my eligible time frame for surgery." They were just stringing me along and stalling the whole time to get out of the Revision; part of which wasn't supposed to be done to begin with).

This was laser lipo at SonoBello left me with a rippled tummy. I was in horrible shape for 7 days and couldn’t get out of bed.. I thought I was going to bleed to death.
My daughter called them for me out of concern and they gave no advice except to read the pamphlet.
Don't go there! Everyhitng they said BIG FAT LIE! They care only abut the money that they sucking from you, not about people! Procedure is very painfull, recovery is horrible and taking so far 2 weeks for me. Already have some concern about the results as well! Customer service is Horrible in locations - Hanover, Maryland and Tyson Corner, Virginia. They throw you away like piece of meat and nobody will call you to find out how you feel. You will lose a lot of blood and you will need some special food and juices but you have to find out that by your self

I had my procedure done only 2wks ago. I have been placing calls to sono bello's ft Lauderdale office since 11am. It is now 10pm and I have never received a call back. Was satisfied with overall experience but I would NEVER treat a patient in need like this, SHAME ON YOU ALL!

Dr Stewart is amazing my nurse was Cindy she was always there to talk to me when I needed her she answered any questions I had without making me feel stupid for asking so many questions and my doctor did the same surgery was kind of painful they did everything they can to make me feel comfortable but surgery was kind of painful like I said overall I am very satisfied today is my fourth day I went today to get drainage removed everything is going well and I'm 100% satisfied with results my nurse today Natalie told me if I'm satisfied on my fourth day she can imagine how I will feel later on down the line I am in a little pain but nothing that I can't bear nothing that I can't handle can't wait to get back to work and doing regular activities thank you so much sonobello

I am scheduled today for a pre-op visit at sono bello garfield ohio and for surgery tomorrow. I am having the worst customer experience with the staff there. Today I received a call from a CSR saying she could not satisfy the payment of 3500 dollars same as cash on my care credit because the amount for this finance option is $4000.The total cost for surgery was $8000, I put $4500 down in cash and wanted to finance the rest. I then asked to speak to someone who can help me solve this issue suggesting that sono bello refund me $500 of my cash and charge the total of 4000 on the care credit, so I can utilize the 12 month same as cash option. I spoke to a man name Phil Thomas, who stated he was a manager and could make it happen. Great! My issue is that he spoke to me in a very condescending tone, disregarded my concern(s) and put me in a very uneasy anxious set of mind. I have lost confidence in the quality of care you guys may have for your patients and need to be reassured things will be just fine.
I asked Phil T. For a contact to someone at corporate or someone higher than him and he completely refuse, just giving me half of someone's name, sending me to do research on my own to find a director of some sort on Linked In and Facebook!

Very Unsure Of How To Move Forward... if I don't get the surgery I lost $1000!
In april i went for my procedure. Not for a weight problem i weighed 140 but more for removing back fat and ex sculpture procedure removing. I stop smoking and never ever changed my eating habits point blank period. I was told by them and their running commercial all fat removed would not grow back which was a lie. Immediately after procedure i start gaining weight i kept mentioning it and they said no worries my swelling is still going down, i went from weighing 140 to 155. The areas worked on was growing fat back. I complained to the Overland Pk Kansas office mgr set up another appointment and said i could have the procedure done by another doctor. The med assistant said it might be thyroids i went to doctor just to prove no thyroids. So the next appt i had blood test document The Doctor laughed at me and said you stop smoking and said get back to 140 then come back. I was trying to explain the areas that were worked were not done correctly im an older woman and would not have workout abs along with my body looking lopsided. The doctor was rude made fun by laughing and said im not going to do anything and i was led out of the office. So i paid over 7grand for this f'd up figure. I will be one of the first to join a class action lawsuit, because the way these reviews are the company is going to be sued and force into bankruptcy. By having to pay people back
Went and they checked me up, agreed on 5k for 3 places, now they said my upper stomach was a different part from my lower, and my arms. They took several pics and after a few days I came in for the procedure.
Went well on that day after like 2 months I noticed one part of my Tommy was not symmetric to the other, i complained they said it will go down that I was stl healing. After 6 months it was obvious that I should be seeing results at this time no significant change at that point it was glaring that nothing change because they brought the pictures before the procedure to compare. With the present, After much argument they said that I should come back next jan 2020 for another pain level procedure. I didn't want another procedure sine the other experience was very painful, i asked if they could give me part of my 5k let me go, instead I should come in for the pain which is not granted that it will come out well this time. Secondly the garment is a problem for them for them to give. I will not recommend that place for anyone because they don't know one bit of what they are doing they are pretending to be what they are not. Drs bad, workers bad too. All they need is your money, zero services.

I'm Margaret I had a procedure at sono Bello to make my face smaller I paid a $1000 and I went once a week the nurse would take a warm device and roll it over my face to shrink my face I saw absolutely nothing that I paid for I kept telling her I don't see any difference I didn't go back for the last procedure because all the other 10 or 11 times didn't do anything so I said the last one wasn't going to give me what I paid for I don't recommend them I know someone else had a liposuction after the person saw no different and she was told after spending her money she should have had a tummy tuck first I don't recommend this place not at all

Check the Better Business Bureau bbb.com for nation-wide horrific reviews of this company. The staff are reported as cold and uncaring. The doctors are reported as dismissive and bullies. Beware.
I had a Sono Bello "SPECIAL OFFER" to reduce fat, 2yrs. Ago. It was the the most PAINFULL, expensive, "MEDICAL PROCEDURE" I have ever gone through. It did NOTHING to reduce body fat, as claimed. I had INTENSE pain after procedure, for 3-6 months. I went back to Sono Bello 3 times to complain of pain, no reduction of body fat, and permanent scars from procedure. All they did was offer to put me through Painfull procedure again! I stated the pain was too intense to go through again, and requested a refund. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!
I had my procedure on 8/20/20 I had liposuction of my stomach, upper abs, and back with the EX procedure 8578- first I had sever swelling and bruising and a great deal of pain I was told on 2 visits pain meds would be called in they were NOT, they ordered my garment on 8/27 and I never received it after several calls - they promised to call back they do not! My incision split open and I have a terrible scar they told me to put neosporin on it and go by a hand massager- I cant tell much difference really- I would never go to them again- they get your money and bam you don't hear from them- I will probably have to go to another plastic surgeon and have the incision repaired- very unhappy

I had the laser Lipo and also what Sono Bello calls an E/X, which is the removal of the skin on the lower abdomen. I am 72 hours out of surgery, My new shape looks amazing I feel wonderful. Best decision I ever made in my life!
I would also like to mention that Nicole the consultant was extremely informative and absolutely great at showing me what to expect and leading me through the process. I met with the nurse Amy for my preop appointment who gave me more instructions and explained them to me thoroughly what to do pre-and post surgery, she was great and a plethora of information! Then, nurse Nicole that was in the surgery room who was awesome and absolutely wonderful!
The doctor called to check up on me hours after I returned home, then I had to contact sono Bello to ask couple minor questions 40 hours later which I got through immediately at off hours and they connected me to the doctor!
The whole experience has been smooth and everyone has been there when you need them!

I visited Sono Bello for liposuction and the pain of the procedure nearly killed me, it hurt so bad, I was screaming from the top of my lungs! This business should be shut down for butchering poor innocent people who are desperate to improve their body appearance. I have also had childbirth and I swear to God the pain was worst and pure torture for any human being to endure! You are given one Norco pill to relax you and that's it. You can feel every single needle, sunction and scraping. Omg, it hurts so bad, just rethinking about how I was butchered on that table in a clinic back room I want to cry. Please pay for a real plastic surgeon in a hospital environment under general anesthesia and with professional nurses and anesthesiologists. Trust me, the pain for this procedure in UNBEARABLE unless you are not human. Do NOT go to Sono Bello! PLEASE THIS IS A WARNING!
In the reduced physical activities that ensued the pandemic and the lockdown, I have put on some weight. Of course, I know how to shed it off through a regime of controlled diet and stepped-up exercise. When I saw their flier while cleaning my junk mail folder, I got tempted by the shortcut it offered. So, I duly filled out the form and sent it.
Within minutes, they called me. I did not have the time to receive the call. Almost simultaneously, they sent me their ad via MMS with a vague description of the procedures and an album full of BEFORE and AFTER photographs of people whom they panned as their former patients. Have you heard of the "deepfakes"? The technology exists for the lab to create video of any person without that person ever having to face a camera nor voice out into a microphone. So, I do not believe in those pictures.
However, the most important questions are 1) What is the procedure and the recovery time? 2) How much is that going to cost?
The agent did not answer those questions. Instead, she wanted to have me over for a consultation to discuss those questions. What ensued was a litany of what appeared to be an elaborate exercise of copy and paste.
It was impossible to bring that woman to the point, i.e. What is the procedure and the recovery time and what is the cost.
Still, she continued to beat about the bush. It was "gimme a blank check" disguised in different words. She seemed to lack both the necessary knowledge of the procedures and the communication skills. I felt like I was talking about expert surgical issues with a candy vendor in a cinema auditorium.
If that is the height of professionalism of this Sono Bello TriCult, do I want to entrust my body to them, that too when I am anaesthetised, unconscious and have no way of knowing what they are doing with my body and my life nor have any say over what they are doing to my unconscious body? Hell no!
Actually, I wanted to use stronger terms than "Hell no!" But I shall reserve that for a private audience. However, the buggers &co at that Sono Bello TriSculpt sure know what words they deserve.
