Ordered a bunch accessories for my phone and it was delivered in good time and condition. One of the items did not fit my phone (a holster), however, but after contacting their customer care service, I got it returned and refunded me for the part. Plus they corrected their compatibility on their site later.

The worst company to order from!My tv was never delivered to me,customer service representative not useful at all!The managers of the company same,no response!3 weeks I am going back and forth!Avoid … buy directly from Costco or other chain!

Been looking to buy a Sony Blue Ray player with internet streaming. Can not find any where that they give the list of the channels available on their streaming of the internet. No seller could help me or really cared to help. Calling all over the country to Sony offices at best yielded an attitude of screw you, we're not going to tell you. We have a right to know what we are buying and that would include a list of the channels on their streaming network, what they are and if they are free or pay and if a pay channel how much it costs. As consumers we have right to know. I would even think that there should be a law requiring it. After experiencing their attitude, I will never buy another Sony product again and everyone else should boycott them sending a message back to Japan that you either give the information of what we are buying or lose all sales in the USA. This is beyond pompus a*s on Sony's part. It's time we demand our right to know!

Got 10 reviews and not one addresses what I wrote about! Sony's cult nuts mostly.

I will NEVER EVER buy another Sony product because they blocked the Mark Knopfler video I used to play my bass to. It costs them nothing to allow us the pleasure to enjoy an artist's music through a different player than Youtube. I already paid to own this music but I want to play it through this player!

No more SONY, no cameras, no TVs nothing SONY ---> FULL boycott

Tip for consumers:
BOYCOTT them let them know who is boss. They want our money, let them play fair and let us use the music we paid for.

Bought a Sony Bravia TV Model KDL43WF663 from John Lewis in July21. The TV never worked properly. When we finally decided to report it to JL were told it was under Sony's 1 year warranty. For 4 months we are being played between Sony and JL. JL sent 2 engineers to fix the TV to no avail. They just can't figure out what is wrong with it. Sony has cancelled their engineer twice and now is refusing to assist claiming they can only repair if the problem is with the TV panel. No one can tells us what is the problem. We have a TV that has been faulty from the minute we bought it. It came with 5 years warranty but none of the two companies involved is willing to do anything about it. JL has now discontinued this model… wonder why. Every time we call Sony they come up with a different excuse. We have all phone calls recorded and we will be uploading it on instagram and twitter. It's shocking this is allowed to happen. Please don't buy this model. It's an absolute rubbish and you will be left out of pocket.

Ordered a camcorder. It didn't show up by the provided worst case delivery date plus two days. Did a chat with an agent, was told that they don't know why it "stopped processing" but would have a "specialist" call within 1-2 business days. No specialist called. Did another chat, tried to cancel the order was told it could only be canceled within the first 30 minutes. Agent expected I would probably have it in another week. Another week, no package. Sony status still says "processing". Talked to another agent, asked again to cancel the order, she said it wasn't possible. I respectfully pushed the issue asking to escalate to a manager, she just hung up on me (ended the chat in the middle). I can't believe that this is really Sony with such completely horrible service that they can't even tell anyone when an order might ship? I thought for sure that I had accidentally ordered from some fly-by-night company posing as Sony. But no, it is the legit Sony Electronics. I don't know if I will ever receive my order, but I do know that I will certainly never purchase anything directly from Sony again.

Long story short, brought a high end 55inch TV, broke with the first year (I have a 5 Year warranty) screen Just stopped working which they replaced but quality was much less (cheap screen), then the screen became unwatchable so they replaced the mother board and it went downhill from there. The refuse to fix or replace the issue (SONY WILL NOT HONOR YOUR WARRANTY) I have been emailing back and forth for 4 YEARS! And what they will do is get you to run errands for thdn (30 and counting) until you give up. So I decided to share my view as they have not intentions to fix the issue I will ensure EVERYONE knows about SONY and please buy other brand they have better reputation these days while SONY hangs on to its old days of glory

We bought 2 Sony TV's about 7 years ago. It appears both of them have a defect that is under warranty but were never informed about.Four years ago one of the TV's died and they sent a repair person out to fix it. Well last week our main TV died and when we called we were told to wait 24 to 48 hours and someone will contact us. No one ever did so we called again. They said they had to order the part and would be contacted by the service provider to schedule. Called the service provider today to check status and they said they have no technicians in our area and canceled our part order since they couldn't send a technician and informed Sony of the situation. Called Sony again today and got the same line that it would take 24 to 48 hours to see if they could find a technician. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told by Mark( who has TERRIBLE people skills) that supervisors don't take calls and only kept saying we will get a call in 24 to 48 hours., SO FRUSTRATING. Of course I have a house full of people coming for the long weekend and we will be without our TV because of their ineptness. Mark had NO empathy for my situation at all. I HATE SONY!

I purchase Sony Bravia LED 4 years ago, I got problems in it after 2 years continuous. Now from 2 months I also received problem the led don't work so I complaint a service appointment so after 10 days service center man comes and said this part panel is damaged and we mail the company, company gives new panel and otherwise give new LED in replacement I said ok. New panel comes after 20 days and after then the led not working the service center people said panel is correct. Ic or board is not working. We mail the company again it gives confirm replacement. Then after 10 days a man comes from service center and takes the led along with them and said we check the new board I said ok. And today he calls and said no it's not working. We mail the company again see what the company decides replacement or anything. See what the Sony givea to their reliable customers. I and my family becomes very irritated from 2 months. I also said I have no problem for money I please provide replacement ASAP. But the Sony don't even see and care about their customers. So please don't but a Sony product where service is not available. Im facing so much irritation

First off Sony's support is terrible. If you are buying a Sony product you should be aware that their support is not good. I bought Sony headphones (WH-XB010N) back in November. Well the first thing that happened was that my order was lost in shipping. So, I just went and bought them again and this time I went and picked them up. When I tried to use them I found that the Microphone on the headphones was not working. I called Sony support and their support person walked me through trying to get them to work. Well that was a disaster. So, the support person said they could exchange the headphones for me directly with them. I said OK, bad mistake. The headphones finally arrived back towards the end of December. When I got them I found that the mic on them did not work. So, now I figured that it must be something with my computer. As it turned out my Bluetooth device on the computer was older and that is why the mic did not work. I know this because I ordered a new Bluetooth device and the mic worked fine. So, I was finally able to use the headphones. However, this did not happen until the first week in Jan 2024. I noticed in the box there was a coupon for a free trial of the new 360 Reality Audio that is out there. I went to the site I was directed to go to. I put in the access code and was told that it was invalid. I called Sony and the support person told me in broken English that the coupon expired. I explained this was not my issue but Sony's. She stood her ground and kept repeating that the coupon expired. So, obviously I was getting nowhere with her. I told her when I hang up I will be putting a review of the service I received.

Tip for consumers:
I had to repeat myself several times with the support person because they did not understand what I was telling them. Welcome to the English language.

I’m a Sony Xperia E3 user. Their 4 GB built in storage is very less and not enough. Poor battery and camera quality. Front camera is really bad.

Bought Sony XR75X90CK 11/28/22 at Costco. Also received additional 5-year service/warranty from Allstate.
TV started to have network connection issues in June, 2023 - about 5-6 months after the purchase.
Called Allstate to replace TV. They stated that their "warranty" does not cover the period of OE warranty which the the 1st year. Called SONY they sent me to tech support to troubleshoot. Ran their routine - no help. At the end I was told to do a factory reset and see what happens. I was also told that if it does not solve the problem I could select to replace my TV in kind.
It did not help. Called Sony again. Explained the situation and requested replacement. I was sent to some very rude Customer Support lady that was not helpful at all. Hanged up. Called again.
This time a more reasonable person explained that many people are having similar issues and that SONY WILL NOT replace my TV and wants to repair it by replacing a board. I asked to replace the TV or get a refund. Sony told me to go talk to Costco. Costco service did not do anything other than sent me back to Sony. At this point I have no choice, but contact SONY again. Sony now says they will attempt the repair, but if it does not work, then they will replace the TV. I asked to escalate this matter and replace the TV. They said no way it could be done.

I 've bought a lot of electronics over the years from many different manufacturers. Sony is by far the worst company to deal with. They obviously don't care about their customers and don't stand behind their product.

I recommend against buying Sony products and considering alternatives.

I also have several LG and Samsung TVs and never had any major issues with any of them.

I just really felt the need to share how incredibly wonderful the Sony Bluetooth speaker model GTKXB90 is. The affects that it had was almost magical; and the changing colorful lights that played to the beat of the music only made it that much better at night. Truly, having it was amazing and made life experiences so much more colorful! It truly is insane to watch the affects that it had. An ordinary day at the beach or park would transform inn such a beautiful way. The level of Euphoria was greatly enhanced and infectious! Families would transform from sticking to their "designated" spots to gathering closer together; and everyone would partake in dancing and laughing; conversations went from strained small talking to sharing intimate moments about where they first heard the song and whatever moments that went with it. And as time went on; it only gets better— people of all ages, sizes, races, classes all grouped together doing the Cupid shuffle! So much laughter and love! Truly blissful moments. A circle of 30 people in the water passing a volleyball and laughing and not wanting to leave because the energy that the speaker puts of is so intoxicating! I hope you guys find some joy in my story that I am about to share with the random purchase that I made when I laid my eyes on your GTKXB90 and how much of a difference having this speaker has affected not just my family but everyone that I share it with. Life is full of surprises and challenges but with music no matter how dark times get it brightens your mood. People would request songs and would thank me for sharing and telling me how much more awesome their day out was with having that music. Asking me where I made the purchase because they enjoyed it so much that they wanted to go get their own! Something so simple is able to light up people from all walks of life! I can't remember how many times I was told I should deejay; and I can't remember how many times we had a flash mob of people doing the Cupid Shuffle together. Kids would form chains and dance around and sing and laugh and never once did it never not spread love laughter and joy! So many smiles and the sound of the laughter that it would bring was priceless.

I have to say that this is the worst online store it can be, but I didn't see any reviews online. Need to put it here so that somebody can see my experience buying a Bravia on the official website.

First, although it says "est shipping date" when you order the product, the date was the date it ships out, not the date you receive. Upon further exploration of the website, it takes 4-9 business day to ship "if there is no delay." This is probably the slowest shipment among all the contemporary shopping websites.

Second, the customer service line absolutely had no function. They'd better all be replaced by ChatGPT next year. I called 2 days after the est shipping day asking why it wasn't shipped. The agent didn't know and had to escalate. Then they called me and told me that it was shipped but didn't know the estimated arrival date as it was handled by a 3rd party delivery company.

Third, one week later, I got an email noticing that my shipment is delayed. The customer service again had no idea why the delay is and how much the delay is going to be. The agent cannot even cancel my order and told me that I can only cancel my order within 30 minutes of order placement. So it technically can take 10 years to arrive, and I can only refund it "with a stocking fee" after I receive it. The request is then escalated to an escalation team who I cannot talk to directly. The agent has no direct manager that I can escalate.

Finally, I cannot even find a customer service email on Sony's website!

I think it is self-explanatory why the service is such a crap. Because they don't want to listen to the customers' feedback and don't care to improve their service quality.

1 year ago I bought a Sony model XBR-65X81CH There was a manufacturer defect in the internal wifi unit, I contacted Sony Electronics to complain of the defect I was informed after trying to fix it at my home the tv was not able to be repaired and they would replace it and pick up the damaged one. The first replacement was sent to my home but when it was plugged in the screen was cracked and had to be returned. The second one they sent me I realized 2 days was a cheaper model 65X80K which was nowhere near the same model picture/sound quailty I had purchased and returned due to manufacturer defect. I called the Sony customer service number *******669 to see about fixing this problem I was told by the representative I had agreed to the cheaper replacement which I didn't and there was nothing else they would do. I NEVER agreed to a cheaper replacement television. At best this is deplorable business practices at worst it was deception/consumer fraud. I have filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General Office and am writing this to warn other consumers of the despicable business practices of SONY Electronics.
If I could give them a Zero review of their customer service I would.

Cheapest on Sony wireless, noise cancellation is the worst. Ear pads are the cheapest of Sony! Your better off buying Sony WH1000XM4
