If you own a Frenchie, these are cute clothes. But you must really consider the sizing. As long as you make sure that's the size for your dog you should have no problems. Do not go off of human sizes or what you think the size should be. My Frenchie is 26 pounds and I get the extra large on him so it's loose a little bit. Also, my husband is usually a size large I just sized up to an extra large and it's a little loose on him. The matching outfits are adorable and I get tons of compliments.
The company employed a delay tactic to prevent me from returning items. It took more than five emails and two months for them to finally approve my return request. Moreover, the measurement for the large dog item needs to be more accurate. To add to my disappointment, I later found out that the items were manufactured in China.
I went to the site hoping to find clothes to fit greyhounds and in a search came up with nothing, when I checked on the products it's the same as any other site, S, M, L etc. false advertising
These came so quickly! And omg are they cute! Our doggies are obsessed with putting these on and they fit perfectly. Izzy (white) is wearing a 3X. It is a little roomy and JJ (brown) who is about 100lbs is wearing a 4x it's more fitted but still fits comfortably. We love these!
I paid in full for an order which was supposed to be for a yorkie and xxl hoodie. Tge yorkie hoodie was for a young girl, my dog was 17.6 pounds. I sent both orders back provided the tracking number, and Maureen and Shelly tell me they haven't received it. Two days prior their CSR said it was in their warehouse? I called the post office it left Michigan 5 days ago. They are lazy I wouldn't recommend them. I always buy clothes from Chewy or Target. I asked Visa to reverse 59.00 and I'm done I have at least 19 text messages I'm done. Submitted to the CFPB

I received my products after about 7/10 days and found that one of the products was 1-2 inches SMALLER than what they advertised and the other was 2-4 BIGGER than what they advertised(mind you both were ordered in the same size). My dog is 3 pounds 10 ounces and one of the XS didn't fit him and the other was too long (covers his "potty areas"). When I reached out to customer service they responded immediately and said they would replace it. I received my replacement in 5 days of talking to customer service. The quality of the products is amazing and the customer service is amazing but I wish their sizing info was more accurate and production times are advertised so customers know what to expect.
Their customer service is very good but their processing times are really horrible. Not to mention they do not once say on their website what there processing time even is. When I asked for them to rush it and they did but it never left their warehouse? Disappointed they all of their products are around $40 and take so long to ship/receive. I hope they are not a scam
Expect your item to take a long time to get to you. Also be careful with the sizes. I have a small-medium dog and the medium hoodie wouldn't even fit a Yorkshire terrier. Needless to say, I paid for it to be returned and had to wait another 4 weeks.

The material is so soft and I was super impressed with the quality. The 4xl was too small for my my 100lb Cane Corso. I would love it if you made larger sizes for the giant breeds. I have a 120lb corso as well and there is no way he would fit the 4xl. I would be so happy if you made some larger sizes because the quality is top notch! Thanks for making such a great product!
We have been gifted hoodies for our bulldog, our $#*!zu and mom and dad (humans) and I have to say, I'm a #1 fan! Our hoodies get softer with wear (did I mention heaven on your skin) and are an excellent fit for our pooches. Mac, the bulldog, gets so excited to put his hoodie on (bulldogs don't like to be cold). I see Christmas gifts this year for my pet lovers!

Firstly, the shipping time was insanely long. I get packages from family in South Africa faster than this. Every time I inquired, it was "on the way" but no tracking information to prove it. When I received the item, it was not as described, so I wished to return it according to the return policy stated on their website. It took 14 back and forth emails to get the shipping address for the return. 14! I asked for return instructions in each email. The one person who seems to work there jut kept offering me an exchange or gift card. I asked for a return/refund from the get go and she just would not acknowledge that. 15 emails later, I had the return address. I tracked the return package carefully (as I did not trust them) and sent them tracking info. Once the return was received at their warehouse, this employee stopped responding to me. I had to file a claim. It was the most exhausting, horrendous retail experience I have ever had. They were happy to take my money and tried everything to keep it.
I wish I could give this company a great review! But I CANNOT! I love this product, and I wish I could say I'm happy with my experience in ordering this product! But I cannot!
I placed an order on Jan 17th, 2022, for 2 human hoodies and 1 dog hoodie, for a bday gift on Feb 4th. Then, I thought I could gift them for valentine's day...
My order didn't arrive until Feb 9th, and it was wrong. I received 3 human hoodies...
I emailed them, had to take photos of the box, the outside packaging, and the hoodies with the tags... to prove my claim. I did so on Feb 10th.
I was told, after reviewing everything that I would receive a replacement dog hoodie, that I originally ordered.
Well, I STILL have nothing! I have a tracking number but the shipment has NOT been sent to date!
I am SO very disappointed!

$70 for a adult and dog matching sweater that is dropped shipped directly from China? No mention of this anywhere on their very professional looking website. The wool was definitely pulled over my eyes and I assumed based on the look of the brand and the prices that I was getting QUALITY, Made in the USA Clothing. What a rip off to pay this much to a false front of a company. They literally pocketed 60-80% of what I paid as profit, then pay a sweat shop in China to make and ship their product. The owners state on their website that they "wanted a place to buy high-quality, proper-fitting dog essentials that didn't cost an arm and a leg." Well they do cost and arm and a leg, and they are not high quality and DEFINITELY NOT high value.

I absolutely love the sweatshirts I ordered. They shipped quickly and are great quality. They are so soft and warm. I ordered a small for my 8 lb mini Dachshund and it fits perfectly.

First off the hoodies are okay, but not "buttery soft" as they claim. I've found better quality hoodies at a cheaper price with a different brand.
I ordered three hoodies and wanted to return them. They will try anything to get you to keep the merch. They insisted I could give them as gifts. I kept declining and then they gave me the return address. The address doesn't even fully show up in USPS' system. I had to handwrite the address and then use the USPS formatted address for the label. I asked three times what the long number in the address they gave me was with no response - guess what, it's a number for the warehouse which needs to be on the package. This is because they use a third party warehouse and not their own. Lots of different brands use that warehouse and the google reviews from the truckers that pick up there are poor. That's why it takes a week and a half to ship the order.
Anyways, 20 emails back and for later I have my refund. But let me tell you that the first time they issued the refund it was in the subtotal amount. Had to email again to get the taxes refunded. They also only respond once per day at about midnight only through email, so have fun. My saga lasted about a month and from the time my package arrived to when I got a refund was about 15 days (they told me it would be three).
Not worth the headache. Buy from a better brand that cares.
I ordered three sizes of dog harnesses and a dog coat from Spark Paws to try on and return what didn't work for us. I reviewed the ENTIRE return policy before making the purchase as well to make sure I could return or exchange anything that didn't work. After determining which items wouldn't fit my pup I contacted the customer service agent for a part exchange & part return. They informed me I could either keep all the items and get a gift card OR pay for all the items to be shipped back myself. Apparently, the carefully worded "free exchanges" policy means they will ship you one replacement item, they will not pay for any of the items to be shipped back to them even if some of the items are for an exchange. After WAY too many back-and-forth confusing and frustrating email messages with customer service I chose to be issued a gift card and keep the items. Only AFTER I selected this option did the customer service agent let me know the gift card balance would be active for ONLY 30 DAYS. Ridiculous! The total card balance is $135 and now I'm scrambling to spend it all before the time period lapses. Nowhere in the Returns and Exchanges policy does it state that the store credit would have an expiration! The entire time I spoke with customer service it felt like they were doing everything in their power to keep my money. Each time they pulled out 'policies' that were not explained well, had an alternative hidden meaning, or were not published anywhere. This is shady and unethical business practices. Other than making sure I spend the entirety of this gift card, I would NOT advise buying from Spark Paws.

I ordered two dog hoodies from Spark Paws. While I followed their sizing guide, the size that they claimed would fit my dogs, is actually a better fit for ahamster or small Guinea pig. When I contacted Spark Paws to do an exchange for two hoodies in the next size up. According to their website they offer free returns and/or exchanges on your first order. When I contacted them (which is a time consuming and convoluted process in itself) they said to donate the small dog hoodies to a rescue and that they would send me a new package with two hoodies of the correct size. Roughly a month later I received a single dog hoodie-not the TWO I had paid for. The whole process literally took 4 months and I'm not even done trying to get my money refunded. I told them I don't want the hoodie and at this point I wanted to send it back and get a full refund…that is when they made the claim that I had to pay the return shipping. I'm not doing that since these came from China (there was no indication on their website that they were a foreign based company. My advice is to stay as far away from this shady site as possible. They might not be a clear cut scam but they're shady and unethical.

I ordered 2 jackets for my dogs which arrived about a week after I ordered them. They were coming from China, which I wasn't aware of when I ordered.
When the coats arrived, they were too big, unsuitable for my dogs and poor quality. I sent an email to customer service, as that's the only way to return anything, and I was given 2 options. 1, keep the jackets and receive a credit note 2) return at my cost….to America.
I was annoyed at this but just wanted my money back as there was nothing else I wanted. It cost me £20 to ship the goods back. The goods were returned in EXACTLY the same condition as I received them as they were obviously too big and I hadn't even tried them in my dogs. 2 weeks after I returned the goods, I was told that they had received my return and (in bold letters) 'they were dirty' so I would have £7 deducted from my refund. I had photos of the goods before I sent them back and they were fine. All I can say is that maybe they should have the same level of quality control before they actually send goods out to their customers they they when things are returned.
I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be ripped off. They are a difficult company to deal with as everything has to go by email, and frankly, they are rude and somewhat lacking in good customer service. I have received no response when I have raised the fact that the goods were not dirty, and I don't expect too.
I will definitely not use them again.

This company is a scam. I ordered the gold dog collar and never received my order. Let alone tracking info. It's been months. I had to file a claim.
